I waited almost an hour before getting my nails done even though I called in and was at the top of the list, spent two hours there.My tech was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Ive never in my life been spoken to in such manner as she spoke. She was very argumentative and hostile. I told her I was not trying to have a confrontation with her. She made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.As a paying customer I should be able to tell you what I want and what I see needs fixing on my nails. She even threw her 10 years of experience at me as a nail tech, which I was not questioning nor did I care. However, those 10 years did not pay off. My nails are uneven, not the right color and they look like clubbed fingers and the image I showed of what I wanted, I did not get. I do not like my nails to look clubbed Id rather them much flatter and an even joining from my cuticles to nail bed, I have a dip. Either way, I will not be returning here and I shall make sure everyone knows of the rude behavior/customer service I encountered. I felt she could of handled the situation as a professional person and not as someone who wanted to scuffle.

1st time ever getting eyelashes & it wasnt bad. Prepare for your eyes to water!! The girl that did them (Vee) was awesome! She asked if my eyes were sensitive & used the less harsh glue, because they are very sensitive. So far, so GOOD! I look like I actually have eyelashes now! For an excellent price!***update! I will be asking if she can attach them to the TOP side of my eyelashes next time. It feels really rough against my bottom waterline which is very irritating & making my eyes red & watery. It has gotten better over a few days time but, still not very comfortable.

I wished I got the name of the guy who did my nails! He was shading amazing! He took his time on me and made feel super comfortable and didnt cut me with the drill! These past couple of years as far as finding somewhere to go & feel relaxed without the fear of getting cut. Will definitely be going back!

Firstly, I havent received any services here, but I wanted to share my thoughts attempting to. Twice now, Ive tried to make an appointment or walk-in for service. Each time, a nail technician instructed me to put my phone number down, stating they would give me a call when they were ready for me, declining to estimate a time frame. I waited outside for over an hour and ultimately decided to go elsewhere. To date, I have never gotten a call back from them. Im only one person, but I wanted to share my experiences because I certainly cant be the only one whos had this happen to them.Folks, regardless of the service/industry, understand the integrity, follow-through, and transparency of your methods are what people recognize first. All are significant to earning your customers continued dedication to your craft.

I would love to give a 5 star review. But Ive had bad experiences far as professionalism. I went in to get a pedicure at 930 opening time about 2 weeks ago. I was also getting a fill in but it was busy once my pedicure was done. I was told to leave my phone # they would call later when time permits. I never received that call. I called yesterday & again they took my # & I was told Id get a call again. Once again I never received a call. So today I decided to go in at 530 I was told they were closed. No come back tomorrow just were closed. I will find another nail salon that has better communication & is more reliable.

I signed in on the sign in sheet ( & requested two,the owner) around 9:30am. I was told to check back in an hour . I did just that. She told me to come back around 2:30... so I did. Upon my arrival, two was not willing to take me although my name was on the list. V (his wife) did my nails and was very argumentative and hostile with me because she cut one my nails too short and I politely asked for an extension on just that one nail. She was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. She continued to argue with me,and was nothing short of unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer there for years and I am consistent. I will not be talked to or treated that way in any entity,especially when I am spending my hard money! PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE V!! Now I see why the other customer treat you the way that they do! What’s the point of being a talented nail tech if you’re going to have such a nasty attitude? If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would

I was there 11:45am and i been waiting till 2:45pm. Never got my nails done. One person came after me and she got into a chair before me.. so i left. I used to go there with no problem. Also they don’t whip chairs down after being used. 5 people left as well because the wait time was so long!

Diamond Nails are the best place to get my deluxe pedicure. I prefer to ask for Magen. Megan takes her time and take care of everyone. Give them a try and you will see that they do a good job with care.

I walked in and people waiting with masks on in the place without social distancing so I walked out. Who knows what else goes in the there. I went somewhere else where they practice much better Covid precautions.

Im not sure the service. But I sent my wife in to get her nails done. The lady the provided the service if thats what you would like to call it, not only didnt even look for the proper color that i sent my wife in with a picture of. But instead this is how a person of 10 years in the industry handled things.....Okay, so first she said the nail wasnt angel good and I needed a full new set. Which I felt was a lie. She could if fixed it. Then she spoke to me as if i was going to flick dust in her eye.Next i simply asked if she was going to make it even. Bringing to her attention that the nail is uneven then she went into I havent gotten there yet. How she knows. Okay. Did say anything after that. Once she out on the acrylic she was buffing etc all that. So I said to her. This nail has a dip and then she lost it saying Im not finished I havent buffed yet then went into explaining the steps then said she has done nails for 10 years. I act like I do nails Ive worn nails forever, basically she is saying Im questioning her about if she can do her job. I told her Im not trying to get into a confrontation with you Im simply telling you something. I explained Ive had my nails look clubbed before and I dont want that. But she said some stuff that just made me upset. So when I went to wash my hands before getting up i said to her. I suggest you be a bit more polite to your next customer because someone else will not be as nice as me.Then she was like how I should pick someone else to do my nails kept repeating it. When I was paying she kept doing the same thing then talking how I would let her work or something like that and I didnt think she knew what she was doing. But I never said any of that.How unprofessional I too am in the service industry and would never treat a paying customer this way.I will NEVER let my wife in this facility again.Sure wish i could post the pics i took when my wife left of the uneven 💅

I went to get my nails done and the lady came out saying it’s a 3/4 hour wait and it was only 1 person in the waiting area. She presume to tell me it’s another nail shop around the corner but really it was because I had someone with me in a wheelchair .

Ive always loved Diamond nails. I even followed V2 there when she left the nail salon I had always used. She always did a great job and Megan is a true gem as well. My last visit, neither of them where there so a gentleman did my nails. With in 2 and half weeks my nails were lifting and were not rounded at the top so they would snag on anything, even my hair. I went in and showed the girl at the desk and was told they could glue them down for me, which we know that isnt going to last, or I could have them redone at full price. I dont think that is fair as this isnt quality work. Ive never had this issue when V2 or Megan did my nails so I know it shouldnt be happening. Not going back.

The best nail salon I have been able to find in that area of Brunswick. I have tried 3 prior. I visit my husbands work apartment periodically from Alabama nice to have a good nail salon nearby. Clean and good prices.

I can’t say enough how much I love this nail salon. I commute almost an hour and a half to come here and I consider it 100% worth it. The manicures are of the highest quality, and the gel designs are applied with careful attention to detail and accuracy. There are small things that make a huge difference in the overall experience and very professional staff. It’s worth every penny!!

If I travel from Florida to get a mani/pedi every 2-3 weeks you better know they bomb!! I would definitely recommend...hands down!

Decided to step into this nail salon and get a white full set with a gel pedicure and Im glad I did. Right away I was greeted through the door and asked what was needed within 5-10 seconds of being there I was already in the chair getting ready to start my pedicure.The woman who did my pedicure was pretty awesome I love the way she took her time especially when it came to the massaging part.I love the gentleman who did my white tip full set even though he took a little longer than usual my nails came out exactly the way I wanted them to shape and all.So after all is said and done I would definitely see myself returning to this salon and for all the right reasons, I definitely appreciated that a1 service.

I was in Georgia for work training purposes and went a different salon that directed me to a different salon that was down the street, but I looked across the street and found Diamond Nails. The owners were great, so accommodating and genuinely friendly people. I would recommend this place to everyone... you will not be disappointed. This nail salon is clean and modern. I love the powder, which lasts for three weeks. Mai did powder on my nails for my wedding and they came out perfect. Tu does a great pedicure.

I loved this place until I took my mom to get a manicure and she got a fungus!! So unsanitary!! They do not stay up to date on codes at all. The nail techs are uncomfortably aggressive with making you get gel nails.

Diamond nails is my favorite nail shop in Brunswick. They are very busy and its a little wait sometimes but if you make an appointment they take you right in. The staff is very helpful and caring, I brought my daughter with me once and she fell asleep while I was getting my nails done and one of the employees gave her a pillow and reclined the pedicure chair back for her lol they are kid friendly unlike most nail shops but I have a good experience every time I go

Probably wont be back for a while. People were nice, but really only talked amongst themselves, unless needing to ask a question. (Im an introvert, so thats a positive for me.)A girl did my pedicure, and a guy did my manicure.The issues I had were:Not being told how long I needed to stay under the fan to dry, (which vibrated off the table, and I had to pick up)The non-gel glitter polish (emerald stone #471) was not applied evenly, or fully on my toes or fingers. Especially my fingers where there were holes in the polish, and it didnt go down to the cuticle.I got an ingrown fingernail from them being trimmed and filed too short. Never had an ingrown fingernail before... only toenails.

This place is great I wouldn’t say Awsome but great ther wait is a bit long but it is worth it they need more employees!!!! But I will go back

Personally I was a customer at this place and truly cared for the owners. But I am a fan on pedicures and I was happy until they hired new employees, and that became a problem because one of them was not properly trained. Which resulted a complaint from me and I paid and left too end up going back the next day and reported to the owner. So I sat down and waited because he said they would take care of this. And when I was done they wanted full charge again and I paid because I am about peace. I was a faithful customer and I told them that I would never step back in their place of business anymore and I haven’t. Deeply hurt that this was not told to me that I was going too be double charge for work that wasn’t done correctly the first time. Sadly the owner was so cunning and knew he was going to charge me again. But you reap what you sow.

Very rude. I arrived at 11:21 and signed in, I wanted my brows done. I wait for about 15 minutes before someone else came in also wanting their eyebrows done. Mind you the place was packed. I was patient. The lady who arrived 15 min after I did was seen before me. They didnt ask me what I was there for until she had walked in!! When I asked about it....I was given short snappy responses...

First timei got a pedicure and manacure i am a mans man no queer bone in my body.i had infected big toe not ingrown toe nails it was very painful while it didnt cure it fees 50 percent better

I walked in about 4:15 signed in and sat down. ( there were about 3/4 ppl in front of me). Took about 2 hours of me sitting and waiting to decide to just get up and leave. Service is slow, employees do not seem concerned About customers that had been helped or not. So I wasted 2 hrs sitting there, and will not be going back.

After paying $50 for a mediocre pedicure, I went to set an appt to try a manicure. I asked the man by the front desk about setting an appt but he was terribly distracted (rummaging through papers, stalling for time) because he didnt know I paid and tipped the woman who worked on me, BEFORE coming to ask for an appt. Finally, in his language, he asked the woman if I had paid for my service and she responded yes. At that point I no longer wanted anymore to do with this place. No thanks!

This my third attempt to just have my eyebrows done, I came in at 12:45pm place was not packed signed in and sat down one person was in front of me in about 10 mintues another lady came in. The first lady went to the back and five mintues later they confirmed our names then took the lady thats behind me to the back its now 1:08 and she says it will be 15 minutes, like really, Every time I try to give this place a chance the f### it up. Please dont let the review of 5_stars hype you up its so typical. Tragic!!!! This place trash

Scheduled an appointment hours in advance, for 3:30 today. Now this is the second time I have been here with an appointment and had other customers who have come in after and before go ahead of me. I thought Id give them a second chance but this tops the cake. I will not be returning to diamond nails.

The woman who waxes eyebrows should not be waxing anyone! Not only was it extremely painful, we left with skin ripped off our eyelids! EYELIDS! why was wax even put there???
