My husband walked in, ready to buy the new Kia K5 on the spot but it seems they were not interested in selling the car. Just a lot of short replies and I dont knows. This will ultimately be our sons first car, so were thrilled to have him in a safe car with a great warranty bought from good people.

This was by far the best experience we have ever had at any dealership.I have been shopping the 2021 Kia Sorento since February and have received quite a few offers, a few of them were good, but none came close to Mike Murphy Kia. Our salesperson Amanda was great and answered all our questions and she had a great depth of knowledge of all their products. We test drove both the Sorento and Telluride and loved both. The General Sales Manager Eric was a great guy, made us feel very comfortable, like we had been friends for years. He built our deal and again it was fantastic. Bobby in the Financial office was great too, all you do in the financial office there is sign your name, no selling of any products. We appreciate all of the staff there and will be back, had my eye on a Stinger!

The only reason Im not giving a 5 star rating is because the financing process took an inordinate amount of time because I was purchasing the vehicle as a company owned vehicle. I am not faulting Tyler or the dealership itself, it is a KIA Financing issue. The company really needs to simplify the process and not require an extreme amount of documentation. If you are purchasing a vehicle individually, you will not encounter the issues I did. I love my new vehicle (Telluride) and highly recommend this dealership.
