Alex Gonzalez went above and beyond for us to get us into our 2021 Nissan Sentra SR with lower payments than our preowned Rogue. He stood by his word when I spoke to him prior to arriving, as he said he “did all of his homework”. This time was a lot smoother than our prior visit last year. Scott, the finance manager, also was great & made the paperwork go so quick. So, I stand behind this review. They were amazing. Thanks again guys!!!!

I found a 2019 Chrysler 300 online that was listed for $22,688. I called Greenway Nissan in Brunswick Georgia to inquire about this car and was told by the sales person that they did have it and he said he could work with me to get a better deal on this car since I was paying cash. He sent me this listing with some Nissan cars to look at as well. The next day he called to ask if we were coming down to Georgia to see the car. Since we live in South Carolina I told him it might be tomorrow especially if he could get us a better price since we would be driving over 4 hours. He said he would get some numbers together and get back with me. About 20 minutes later another man called me from Greenway Nissan and told me he could get me a better deal if I financed it through their credit union. I told him I was paying cash and to get me the best price he could and I would look it over with my husband. He said I would be penalized for paying cash. About 20 minutes later I received an email from him and the sales price went from $22688 to $24183 and he added a lux care cost of over $1800 which I didnt request or want! When I wrote back to him about the sales price he quoted being higher than the sales price of the listing he said that price was only for previous Greenway customers. Stay far far far away from this dealership!!!!!

Alexis Gozalez did a great job answering all of our questions and teaching us about all the bells and whistles on the (new to us) used car we purchased. All of the staff that we worked with was very friendly, helpful and non pressuring. While the inside staff took very good care of us we were told to leave the car overnight and to come back the next day to pick up the car so that it could be well cleaned and detailed because it was so extremely dirty inside. We understand that this car was a rental car and that is why it was so filthy inside and out. This is where Greenway Nissan fell short badly! We came back at noon after leaving the car overnight to pick up our what was suppose to be freshly cleaned and detailed car and the only thing that had been done to the car was the outside body was washed, period! The car was extremely filthy inside, sand everywhere, trash under almost every seat. The detail department didnt even vacuum the inside of the car let alone detail it. My husband and I spent 3 hours TOGETHER cleaning the inside of the car when we brought it home. It was REALLY filthy! We are very disappointed that once the sale was complete nothing else promised got done. We did point the filth out to Alexis when we came to pick the car up the next day at noon, and pointed out that it was very clear the car had not been detailed as promised or even vacuumed, and he did apologize. I took multiple pictures of the filth in the car. While we are very happy with our purchase we are very unhappy to receive a filthy car after leaving it overnight to be detailed. Here are just a few pictures I took of the filth, I have plenty more. It was bad! Please dont promise me something and not see it through.

I was interested in a vehicle Greenway had advertised and called to ensure it was still available. I was told it was, and set up an appointment to look at it. Upon arriving at the dealership I was informed it had been sold the day prior. Im not sure if the staff is so incompetent they dont know what they have in inventory or if they just lie to make a sale. Either way I suggest finding a different dealer is who competent and honest.

I went here to test drive a car and found out it was never at this particular dealership. I was ready to leave but they insisted I test drive their new 2021 Altima which I had no interest in… as soon as I leave the dealership my phone starts to go crazy with alerts from where my credit was ran without my consent. Fast forward a month later and I’ve counted over a dozen different lenders from which they tried to get an approval from … It’s dealerships like this that gives sales reps a bad name…..

Traveling from Ohio to Florida, my brother and I stopped for the night in Brunswick. We decided to run past Greenway Nissan an hour before closing to see what they had to offer. Alexis Rodriguez was out the door to see what I was looking for. I thought I would have to scale back to a new Murano SL from my 2017 Murano Platinum. Alex was able to get me some numbers to mull over that night and we were able to work a deal before I made it to Okeechobee the next day. This dealership is a crook, they will try to catch your attention by showing low online price. And after you talk to them about the vehicle the price would be at least 20% more of the listed price. Just to give you an idea, I saw a vehicle of 20888$ and after calling them the out of door price was around 25000$.Dont waste your time on this dealership

He got me approved for the vehicle I wanted and made sure that a veteran such as myself had been taken care of properly. After the purchase was made some minor defaults were noticed, which this Nissan dealership made sure to correct before I leaving. DO NOT BUY USED CAR WITH OUT A WARRANTY! Bought a used car from this dealership. Had to drive it up the next day to finish paperwork. On my way home, the traction light and check engine light comes on. Instead of having try drive back to brunswick I take it to a Honda dealership to get checked. They tell me the engine needs to piston rings ($3,500) and timing belt service because the tensioner has a leak ($1,100). Also some other service items that should have should have been taken care of by Greenway Nissan service (transmission fluid and brake fluid). I do not believe this vehicle received any kind of inspection before it was sold. If it did, this dealership is a SCAM trying to hide major engine malfunctions just to make a some money. I have tried calling to talk with a manager multiple times. I have left messages and been sent to voice mails and no one responds. I do not trust this dealership and would not shop there again or take a car there to get serviced.

I am disappointed with the after service of this company. I was told I would get a 100.00 gift card and coupons for oil changes. I ordered louvers for my windows over a month ago. I have yet to get the gift card, I have not received the coupons for the oil changes. No word on the louvers. Cant seem to get a return call when leaving a message. I call up there and they will transfer you to several different people, sort of like passing the buck only to get sent to voice mail. I havent received any emails from this company since I purchased my vehicle nor a phone call about my purchase.

Reservation was easy to make. I received the managers special for synthetic oil and tire rotation. I was offered additional products to enhance the performance of my sons car and chose a fuel additive. The service department washed the car and had me back on the road in under an hour.

Drove an hour and a half to look at a car after speaking to a great sales guy only to arrive and get quoted a price that was almost 4,000 higher then the price listed on their website. $950 administration fee, $950 loyalty fee ( discounted only if you have purchased from them before) and $1,800 lux cleaning fee ( and the car was filthy)! The sales woman was not polite and played on her phone the entire test drive. Overall it was a sad display of apathetic employees and dishonest business practices.

I have to give it up to the sales team, and the banking team. I went in at 9:30 and left at 3:00. Some of you would say that was to long. I say it wasnt. I just got out of bankruptcy. I knew I was taking a gamble. I went in. I wanted a maximum. I knew that wasnt going to happen. Alex, my sales guy tried to get me a fully loaded altima. I need more than I had to put down. They were able to get me into a basic Altima. Not just any basic one. But a 2020. For just $1200 with only 3 miles on the car. After 4 hours I thought theoy would have given up. But they kept on. I dont remember any other people that were involved. I know I had their main bankmanger working on it.i cant say thank you enough. For your wonderful service. Before I even drove a hour away from home. I put in my credit application and called them to make sure I was able to get a vehicle that was in my budget. Talking to them on the phone I told them what vehicles I was looking at to buy and they told me that I there wouldnt be a problem to buy one in my budget. When I got there, they started off trying to sell me a vehicle $10k more than what I was asking to purchase. They also said, I wasnt able to look at or purchase the vehicles that I already picked out from internet because the financial company wouldnt expect my application for the vehicles that I wanted to look at. Even tho I was willing to put down a good down payment on a vehicle in my price range.

I had a decent experience buying my car but the issues I have is number one transparency and number two following through on business. When I went to the dealership about the car I was interested in I was told all day that it was there waiting for me and then when I get there they show me a completely different car that was more expensive claiming that it was sold yesterday. And then the other issue is them not issuing me my permanent tags but then sending me a check in the mail essentially saying do it yourself for all the fees you pay you would think you would at least get updates throughout the tag process or them at least letting you know that theyre having difficulties before your temporary tags run out. But no! Apparently thats too much to ask for.

We were promised a second key and now because the previous driver (a dealership employee) cannot “find” the key we must pay $300.00 for a second key. You DO NOT tell a customer what you have to offer before they sign for a car and then you DO NOT receive the items/services ever. If you call to reach a manager they will route your call around the entire building but understand you will never get to speak to a manager. I do not like to bypass the chain but I’ve left several messages so now calling corporate. All companies need to retrain staff periodically on customer service. Say what you mean and mean what you say. BTW I’ve spent 34 years serving customers via Human Resources (the most thankless job) and I truly know how one should be treated. It’s amazing when attempting to sell a car they will call, text, and/or email 50 times a day!

To start, the person I head been communicating with about a car wasnt the person who I worked with at the dealership. Not a fan of salesmen taking another salesmans potential sale. Everything after that was fine until we started to talk numbers. I didnt read the fine print so I was surprised when a 7k car turned into a 9.6k car. Salesman starts with his pitch. Goes to the manager, gets ke a better price. Still above what I was comfortable with. He goes back and gets a better price (500 over what I wanna pay) More used car sales pitch. Goes back, gets it down to 200 over what I wanna pay. More used car pitch. At most, 2 minutes after being given the last price, the manager comes in the room and literally slams a piece of paper on the desk saying something about how he got me my price then stormed out. They completely lost me and any potential sale at that point. I dont like salesman to begin with, but that was pathetic.

Looking for a Tiguan on Autotrader.com I found one at this dealership that i was interested in. I selected the Confirm availability option, and asked if they had interior photos. The response was, Yes, Since we just got the vehicle, its currently in the service area on a lift getting it ready, so we cant get photos, but by the time you get here it will be ready to go! I live an hour away from this dealership. So we drive up there, after they confirmed I was coming again. As soon as we arrive, we head inside and they sit us down and immediately tell us the vehicle was sold 2 days ago... What?? Does this tactic actually work? We walked out and they called immediately to say it wasnt sold and is actually in Jacksonville getting a recall repair done. Why didnt you just tell me that to begin with? I would have waited.. But since you lied twice Im done. Shady tactics. Stay away.

Took us a few months to get that money back and that horrible finance manager, who lied to us and said he had removed the charges, still works there. My family just returned to Atlanta from a trip to St. Simons Island and part of my vacation plan did not involve Greenway Nissan, but I am sure glad they were there. I recently had my Infiniti QX60 serviced and experienced a noticeable vibration during the drive down to the coast. The next day a violent grinding noise when backing up. I contacted my Infiniti dealer in Atlanta for guidance, since they just serviced the vehicle and he said due to a fix on a faulty sensor they may have not replaced some bolts on the drive shaft (jaw dropped to floor). This is where Greenway and specifically Tyreek Jones saved the day. Tyreek gets notified of the situation at 2pm on Wednesday and is in coordination with the Infiniti service manager in Atlanta (since they will be paying the bill). A tow truck is sent to where we are staying within 30 minutes and Tyreek calls me about 2 hours later (4pm) with an update, and that they have identified the problem and have ordered the parts. They are also hopeful they can have it completed by next day (Thursday) or Friday. We were leaving Friday, so that would put us in a bind. The next morning (Thursday) about 10am I received a call from Tyreek that the work was completed and they took a test drive to confirm the car was running properly and was ready for pick up. I was amazed, in less than 24hours Tyreek and the service team at Greenway found out about a serious issue with my car, coordinated a tow truck to get my car, identified the issue with my Infiniti, ordered the parts, and completed the work. My car was obviously not the only one that they had come in, and I am not a regular customer, so if this is the level that the Greenway service team operates at, there is no reason to go anywhere else in the Golden Isles area. Again HUGE thank you to Tyreek Jones and the service team for this effort and customer service.

Last October I needed a new car. Typically, I drive the same car for many years and had my old car since 2006. I knew when I found what I wanted that I would keep my new car for many years. Since my kids are grown I wanted something just for me. My ideal car had to be big enough for all my beach gear including my bike and kayak. I really needed a truck, but wanted something that looked good, got good gas mileage and was easy to maneuver. I saw an ad in the paper for a Nissan Rogue and went to the local dealership to take a look at what all Nissan had to offer. I was greeted by Tom Wilson as soon as I got there. He was very friendly and spent the whole afternoon taking me for test drives of the various vehicles available. I must admit that I was overwhelmed with all that Awesome Nissan had to offer and couldnt decide. Then he showed me a beautiful mini SUV that was a 2017 Red Nissan Rogue. I immediately loved it and decided that was what I wanted. In order for me to be able to transport my bike and kayak as well he threw in a roof rack and bike hitch. I was sold! We went inside to do the financing and I was gone within an hour. The experience was easy and he got me a really good deal. Tom Wilson is the best and I would use him and Awesome Nissan again in the future.

I took my vehicle for multiple services one of which was an alignment because the car pulled to the right and the steering wheel was turned slightly while driving straight. After driving a day I noticed the issue had not been corrected. I was unhappy to still have the same issue and to the same degree. I returned to have the dealership look at it again. I was told that the original alignment was not done to spec within manufacturers tolerances, that “it wasn’t out by much” and that “this happens all the time, and most people don’t notice” I would have liked to have known this after the original service since I paid for it and expected it to be done correctly. I was then told they could not correct it without replacing a part, a repair which will cost over $700 and I would have to pay for another alignment! Again I should have been told this the first time and should not have been charged full price for an alignment that was not correct. I will not be returning because I do not trust their service department and am appalled at the blatant unethical practices that are occurring there.*Update: The morning after posting this review I was contacted by my service advisor who apologized and refunded the cost of the alignment. While I appreciate her making it right and so quickly, it should have never gotten to this point.

When I called to inquire about a vehicle I asked about the internet pricing to make sure what I saw on my end was correct. I was told it was so I drove the hour down there just to find out in fact that the Internet price was wrong. They are putting prices online for rebates you have to qualify for. The sales people would not listen when we said we were leaving. They just kept trying to sell us a car instead of giving my husband his ID so we could leave.

I had an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours for them to do it. I was supposed to get a car wash and did not receive it. I was also supposed to have an multi point inspection and did not receive one. Now if I did not have an appointment I would kind of understand. I had to burn an 1.5 hours of vacation time due to it taking so long. I watched my truck on the rack 2 separate time un attended for at least 20 minutes each time. This is unacceptable practice. At this point I should have received an free oil change but was given 10% off. The service advisor was very professional but the technician obviously dont care about customer service. I think I should have been compensated for extremely long this there.

BEST car buying experience on the east coast!!!! In and out in a little more than an hour. Alex Gonzalez and his team found our dream Special Edition 2020 Rock Creek Pathfinder SL over 300 miles away and got it for us! No hidden fees or sleazy tactics, just straight up honesty from the beginning. Definitely recommend AND will do business with these guys again. Dont go anywhere else, stop reading and find Alex Gonzalez! Shout out to the finance department that almost got us 0 percent, an even better deal than they had already got us. Just more proof that they are honestly trying to get you a better deal.

Went by one day saw a used Highlander on lot, drove in Darryl offered me the CarFax because I was in a rush. No pressure for my information but he provided me his information. I took my time (approximately 2 weeks) doing research on the vehicle. Contacted Darryl asked for a price on auto, he provided me with a out the door invoice, I still was doing my research and we stayed in contact by email. I went in for a test drive once a price was agreed on...loved that I was able to keep car for a few hours to test drive with my husband. Went back and completed sale. I was happy with the process and was able to take delivery the next day after vehicle was detailed.

I came into the service center and was greeted with a smile and offered a fresh cup of coffee. Teddy explained the work needed on my car. I relaxed in your lounge and read some magazines I brought with me.Teddy told me my car was ready and he was having it washed and vacuumed for me. It was my usual very fine experience. I always request Teddy because he is very thorough with his explanations and I trust his judgement.

My service advisor, Danielle was really helpful & friendly. Since I bought my car from another dealership, I havent had my car tuned up, & she walked me through everything I had took my car in for & the cost. Shout out to the mechanic guys for getting a whole lot done in one day!!! I was worried my car would be there overnight due to the many services that needed to be done on it. Yall are awesome. Also, I like the payment plans yall offer for those with financial issues, Ive already told my friends about it, hope they see yall in the near future. Thank you so much, Greenway Nissan Brunswick!!! They snuck an extra $4,144 into the price of the car on the paperwork after they told me it was listed under $13,000. On the finance agreement it is nearly $17,000. I pulled up to the dealership and told Tiara what I was looking for, and that I wanted a base price of less than $14,000. She had a Nissan Pathfinder brought around for what she said was $12,595. The base price on my paperwork says $16,739. Ive tried to get them on the phone and have not received a call back. My wife called about a problem our car had after having it for less than a month and never received calls back. Now they dont have records of those calls. Everyone that knows me knows how honest I am and I DO NOT RECOMMEND Awesome Nissan of Brunswick. Tiara was very nice and professional. The extra $4144 before dealership fees, warranty, or tag has not been explained and I cannot get a call back on it. I expected them to try to cheat me a little, but sneaking in four grand at the last minute, is morally and professionally wrong. It might not be a big deal to them but to an Advanced EMT who makes less than $40,000 a year $4,144 is a big deal.

Went in for the down payment assistance program to be told that it’s only for well qualified buyers and it’s just advertisement to get people in. I understand my credit is horrible and I need to work on it but Alex was just so rude and impatient with us. I will never return there even when I get it together.

Yiemi Espiritu Gomez is 2019 salesperson of the year. The vibe in that place is electric. The music is pulsing the salespeople are laughing and dancing and having a great time. You can tell there is passion in what they do. Havent purchased yet but godwilling Ill be able to get an economic car for low low down. PS NOT the car Im getting but one can dream. Lol.

Customer service was just what I expect. I had no problems with my service except that it was longer than I had been expecting. Apparently, the service department had shorter hours on Saturday than the Customer Service Representative believed. She immediately notified my, but the service was not completed until the following Monday.
