I cannot express my gratitude enough to the Brunswick Toyota service team. My family was driving through Ohio when we broke down on the interstate. We were towed there on recommendation of the tow driver from AAA over the initial recommendation of the AAA advisor to a different mechanic. Im very glad that we took the recommendation. The team took GREAT care of us/our vehicle. They were expedient and pleasant, fixing our problem as quickly as they could (which I thought was quicker than it would have been fixed). Their rates were also very good.Thank you to Jeff Harry, Toyota Service Advisor, and everyone else involved in the repair. You got us going and home safely. We appreciate you all!!!
In all my years.... I wish I had discovered this Toyota Dealer a long time ago.They actually appreciate me and my business.... I was already to start looking at other brands of cars...... Now I can stick with This Toyota Dealer and be very happy. To day my tire was low . this wonderful young man Ben Kmiecik checked my tires, put air in them.. and taught me how to do it my self..... unless I had a more serious problem then advised to make an appointment. . He was wonderful, The last time I was in there service department, I was expecting to spend a lot of money..I wish I could remember the mans name..... he was wonderful also..... to my surprise, they are honest, and get the job done, and glad to do it. I love this place and will NEVER go to another Toyota Dealer.....
I came in to help an agent of mine get a new Tacoma. Arthur Miller was extremely helpful, transparent, and made the entire process as easy as just choosing the color of the car. Due to this experience I came back a week later and bought a Tacoma myself. Brunswick has the best prices around and Arthur Miller is definitely one of their better salesman. Would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a Toyota or used vehicle to him.

Sales was great. Has taken over 3 weeks (still not done) to payoff my trade....I have to make another payment and that includes the interest. While my new vehicle payment is also due in a week. No return calls from finance after 3 attempts. The only person who checked for us was the sales person. He has been great, but still no results. Unfortunately, I will not do business there again.
3 years ago I purchased a 3 year extended warranty on my RAV4 for about $2,000. I never had a reason to charge anything against it. Yesterday, I went to this dealer to show them my rear shocks were leaking and that they should be repaired ASAP am my warranty was expiring on July 31. Toyota Brunswick service refused to acknowledge that the shocks needed to be replaced.So, for about a $200 claim against a $2ooo policy they made me sever my relationship with them. Good riddance!

They even took the time to show me little hacks about the car im renting such as if youre lost in a big parking lot and the alarms not working place the key on your cheek and hit it.. the signal will be boosted off your body! 10/10. Avoid this place in wide range,purchase new Tacoma with some scratches and chips, took twice to get fixed, got nothing done,got total disrespect from sales menager, was told here is your key,go away they are good when you buying but if is any issues, forget about to be resolved. Very unhappy about pre and post purchase experience. It was quite obvious that the salesman had over committed and made us wait past our agreed upon time on more than one occasion. Definitely needs better time management skills. The service department also seemed to have some serious communication issues when we came in for a checkup on the vehicle since some of the features on it were not working correctly.Having said all that, they were easy to work with during the price negotiation process. There were no headaches with that aspect.
If I could give this place no stars, I would. Be aware of all promises they make pre-sale unless it is in the contract. Have your attorney review it before you sign. We had a disagreement on what was agreed upon and what was delivered as accessories added to the leased car. When asked for a manager, they unleash bully mike on you. This guy is extremely unpfrossional and uses demeaning language. I am surprised he still has a job there but I know why they keep him. The management is all about making a sale and not customer satisfaction, esp. in this type of market. Again, try to avoid this place at all cost if you dont want to be patronized.
I called to ask about a part. The service desk transferred me to the parts department. The guy at the parts department was rude and had no patents for me. All I wanted was a part #. I work in costumer service, and it is not hard to at least pretend to be friendly. Talk to me like that in real life please

Well I have a 2 year warranty on my tires. I got a flat and they told me they had no appointments for a week so I used fix a flat and now my warranty is void. Super upset about this. So note they will send me and my daughter home and Im also pregnant on a messed up tire cause I refuse to pay. I will be contacting a manager since there is not one in today.

This is my first Toyota I have purchased Rhonda was patient allowing me to look at different models until I found the Rav4. She let me test drive different trim lines until I found the one that I liked. Negotiation was crazy easy. No haggling, no, let me go back and check with my manager. Just this is the best price. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom. After purchasing the vehicle Rhonda did an amazing job providing demonstrations of how all the features work on the vehicle even to the point of helping connect my phone through Bluetooth.I highly recommend Brunswick Auto Mart and if youre in the market for a Toyota you HAVE to talk to Rhonda.
I had one of the best car buying experiences when purchasing my Toyota Venza at Brunswick Toyota. What made the experience great was dealing with my sales representative, Alex Drescher. He was informative, answered the numerous questions I had with patience and helped me get the best deal possible. I plan to be a returning customer for years to come.
Hard to get any attention here! Car sales just ignore you. Spent about 45 minutes waiting for assistance. Even asked for it twice! I was trying to buy a 2020 Toyota 4runner TRD out right in cash.( SAVING MANY YEARS) Guess these guys dont want money! Ill be going elsewhere. Sales personnel definitely need more training on how to address customers and talk to them. Or even notice people who are trying to truly buy. Or looking for information to buy in the near future. I went a week prior to today to ask information about specific models trying to find key differences and potentially a test drive and I was pushed away very rapidly. And I quote we dont have time to assist you just go online, it list all the information there!. The salesman was rude and didnt give me the light of day. Just seemed to look at me and make a snap judgement of I cant afford this vehicle I mean heck anyone can read a screen but to actually see and feel it, drive it is completely different. I mean this is $45,000 we are talking about. A buyer has every right to ask whatever they wish. Its the sales team job to make time for customers but instead they quickly dismissed themselves from me and the conversation and proceeded to address an older gentleman. To hound them for a sale. The older guy just wanted maintenance though. The salesman didnt return. And I left. Disappointed as I did today. Definitely buying elsewhere. I think others should to. The staff definitely needs training... major training. Good luck to anyone who goes here. Hope you dont get the same treatment I have. Take care all.

When they did not have the vehicle I wanted in the exact color desired, she searched the database and found that one was being built the following month. Excellent service! Mike got me in for a check engine light with no appointment and told me what the problem was within an hour. The dealership I normally go to couldnt get me in until Tuesday of next week (its Friday) and I rely on my car to get me to work which is 20 miles from where I live. All dealerships are the same... I feel a little fooled with this one place. I checked out a van at the Medina location. They wanted $21k they counter offered $18k. I came home to think about it... and wanted to see more pictures. After checking out the car on their site, they wanted $19k 🤔 Nope, I’m good. Hoping my patience will find me something better.

Over an hour so far for a simple tire rotation, and I supposedly had the first appointment of the day.Ask a lot of questions.
Have bought two cars from our salesman Dave. We like him and the car we bought. I think other Toyota dealership offer more and better service. Service is good but have to be watchful of things they do. Personally I don’t think the owner pays his people enough or takes care of his people because they seemed very harsh and are always in a hurry. That’s usually a sign of leadership and what they experience.

Ive always liked this dealerships sales and service but this time I Called 5 times to schedule a service appointment and was hung up on and couldn’t get though to anyone. Never again. There are plenty of other places to go to. I’m never buying or servicing my vehicle here again.

Horrible experience, Brandon was horrible to deal with. You can tell he does not care about making the experience great, he just wants paid and won’t do anything to make the experience good. First he tried to get me out of the car I wanted, next he asked me to remind him to do his job, he showed me a picture of a car and then told me it was sold. Just an absolute horrid experience and I was never taken seriously. Ended up going to Kasper Toyota and they got me in the truck I wanted. Don’t ever recommend getting a car here!!

Do yourself a favor, and take your business elsewhere. I had a horrible experience with Brunswick Automart. I was dealing with Mike (the sales manager) who was completey unprofessional, incompetent, and lacked all common courtesy.First Mike made a deal with me on a price, which was later changed and was raised to a higher monthly payment. After that I decided to go ahead and give the finance department my credit information and complete the credit application. This is where Mike told me I had to put a down payment on the truck that they DID NOT even have in stock. So I went ahead and did that as well. After about a week of not hearing back from the credit check I started reaching out. Mike kept saying his finance manager was out of the office. I kept calling and calling and eventually Mike stopped answering my calls all together and was not responding to me (Keep in mind the dealership still has my down payment). I finally came to the conclusion that this dealership did not deserve my business and I had to call the finance department to get my down payment refunded. It has been nearly 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund.After all my cooperation and willingness to work with such an unprofessional dealership I was not even able to get into the truck that I wanted. Do not waste your time on a dealership that will not work with you to meet your wants and needs. Let alone answer your calls when you are waiting to hear from them??? They are definitely not customer oriented here at Brunswick Automart.

Had the opportunity to sit in reception area. The cashier, Elaine, was very kind in helping me to navigate my visit. Although her phone rang constantly, she was very courteous to all the people.
Getting someone in the service center to answer the phone is impossible. I was transferred and the call was dropped 4 times. When we had our vehicle repaired in Wilmington NC on vacation. We had the direct number of the person working with our car. It was amazing and stress free to have open communication. Brunswick Toyota needs to spend time on training their people for customer service instead of employing people to transfer calls.

Cut right to the chase, gave me his undivided attention, went over our new highlander about 3 times showing my self all the features and my wife the following day when I brought her up to test drive! Did not feel like I was being pushed to get anything other then what I was looking for! My entire time spent including our rep showing us the vehicle and going over numbers was about an hour including signing! For busy people looking for an honest dealer LOOK NO FURTHER !!!
Very poor ethics from this dealership. Put a deposit on a vehicle with the stipulation that my vehicle be bought back from another manufacturer. Tried to supply sufficient proof that it didnt happen only for this dealership to keep my deposit cause proof supplied was not sufficient enough. Definitely get exactly what they expect from you in writing before signing or putting a deposit down or they will keep your money!! Never going to look here again!!
I have purchased several cars from this dealership and had a relatively good experience. I have also referred a number of people to this dealership over the last 15 years. However, a recent event has made me reconsider future referrals to this dealership. I need to be confident that the people I send are not going to regret taking my advice. It makes the dealer look bad and makes me look bad.
I bought my 2015 Toyota at this dealer brand new and I love it. The dealership provides efficient maintenance services. The 1st 2 years of routine maintenence are included for free with every new car at this dealership. I imagine that is true at every Toyota dealership in Ohio though. I know someone that bought a new Suburu and their deal did not include any free maintenance at all. This adds up. The staff at this Toyota dealer are professional, friendly and efficient.
A day Ill never forget!! Thanks to Joe and the whole staff for making my daughters (and my) day!! I helped my daughter search for a great deal on a new Toyota, both myself and my daughter either went to, emailed other dealers but no one could beat their prices. Beside being the lowest price, we got treated like we were special. Even after Joe had to find my daughters new Rav 4 Adventure, he even went along with the surprise (my daughter didnt know it was already there when we arrived). The whole experience was AWESOME..... thank you again guys

Terry and Victor were extremely methodical with the process and did everything in their power to make sure I left with the car that was right for me. This is the only dealership I have ever experienced that is relationship oriented and genuinely cares about the customer; not just their wallet. Mike in finance is phenomenal as well. He will bend over backwards to ensure that you will get the best rates and I’ve never experienced a more painless credit process. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from another dealership. Arrived on time for my appointment for a routine maintenance and two and a half hours later finally was informed that their computers were down and a receipt would need to be mailed; which is fine, however, since all the diagnostics are computerized, it begged the question whether anything was checked and/or changed? Was advised that the itemized checklist and receipt would be mailed. However since a straight answer was difficult to come by, and the staff was overwhelmed with the computer issues it was unclear what exactly was done and if their coupons were applied. Extremely unfortunate and unpleasant circumstances.
Fair price good service and free car washes .
This group is a complete ripoff.They ordered part for my vehicle which were not necessary.Told me they rotated my tires but after the second time I marked them and found that they did not. Not sure the oil was changed but I was sure billed for the work. They seem to offer you repairs that cant be verified such as intake manifold cleaning to make the vehicle run better. Beware!
When I read the 1 star reviews on this place they all seem to be from people that make a career out of complaining, looking for shortcuts and free things. You get what you pay for with vehicles and Toyota is expensive because theyre better. I have always been really impressed with the service I received there this time being the best experience of all. First off we were early and they let us drop off the car anyways. We knew the service would take a few hours, when we told them we were going to uber to a local restaurant to wait they had somebody to drive us there. The gentleman that drove us was kind and courteous. The work was done an hour early and they sent a car to pick us up free of charge. We live 35 minutes from the dealership, but will continue to come back here. All the employees are just wonderful and we will be in the market for a new vehicle soon. We will surely be looking no further than Brunswick Toyota they have never let us down!

I bought a certified Toyota from Brunswick Auto Mart and went with the package that effectively reset the factory warranty. As such, Ive gone in there a few times for some repairs and they have always worked with me to get them taken care of under warranty. Aside from that, I also go there for my regular maintenance and oil changes. The staff has always been polite and they have never tried to sell me on things that werent needed.
Sales was helpful and easy going not pushy at all. Financing works really hard to get you a great deal. Service is quick and easy.

Terrible service, took truck in on a Saturday for oil change Sunday morning all the oil was all over garage floor, technician forgot to tighten oil drain plug. Had to go to auto parts and purchase new oil. This is something I would expect from Walmart not a dealership

DO NOT SHOP AT BRUNSWICK TOYOTA!!! I went to purchase a new car from there, but they did not have one with leather seats on site. The salesman, Arthur Miller, told me that it was not a problem and they could order a kit that would match the interior and have it installed for $1700. Unfortunately, I fell for the scam and bought the car. It took weeks of calling Arthur Miller and stopping by the dealership to get him to set up the installation. I dropped off the car for the installation on Monday. I had to keep calling to find out if it was finished. Arthur never calls you back. After over a week, he called to assure me that it would be finished. I got the car back, which is all black exterior and interior, to find light grey leather installed. Along with that came a scratched door. I discussed it with Arthur Miller again and he gave me the run around about that being the correct color, although anyone else that looked at it said that it was obviously wrong. He said that he would fix the scratch and see what he could do about the wrong leather. He promised me he would call me the next day. Surprise. Surprise. I never heard from him again. I have never had such a horrible experience from any car dealership in my life and would urge anyone reading this to NEVER SHOP AT BRUNSWICK TOYOTA.

The amount of ignorance found at this dealership is impressive. It must be a prerequsite for them to hire the most incompetent/rude people they can find. Although the salesman named Mike gave her a run for money, Terry the sales manager came out on top as the most ignorant of all the dealership employees. Congrats Terry, Im sure this is the only award you will win!My first interaction was with the angry unprofessional salesman named Mike on the phone. After some back and fourth about prices, Mike became upset because I didnt want to pay over 2k more for the same truck I could get at another dealership. During our conversation, Mike gave me the classic dealership saying we would be losing money on this truck. Since I wasnt buying the we are losing money nonsense, Mike became angry and called me a derogatory name/hung up the phone.I called to complain about angry Mikes behavior and unfortunately I was eventually contacted by the land of misfits leader, sales manager Terry. I advised Terry of my complaint and she offered to make me a deal. I told her I was good and hung up the phone.Terry texted me multiple times one of which included the price I wanted for the truck and the price I wanted for my trade. Thinking that maybe she had some class (def does not) and wanted to make things right, I responded and agreed to the deal.Terry was provided with all the information on my trade prior to the agreement we made. However, about 1 hour later she backed out on the deal and changed her offer for the trade. Her reasoning was that as a business, they have a right to change their mind. As a business you do have a right to change your mind. However, if you are respectable and dont suck at business, you honor the deal you made. The deal that you reached out to the customer with and agreed to. Since this dealership obviously does suck, they opted to back out of the deal like Terry stated they could do. Again, congrats Terry for your award as the most ignorant.As I was speaking with Terry, she bragged multiple times how she was the fat cat at the dealership with power to make deals. She also bragged about her over 20 years of experience. If this is what your 20 years experience has given you, maybe consider a career change? Also, as the fat cat of the dealership, you demonstrated that you dont make deals but drive away business. After interacting with Terry, I now see why the salesman was so incompetent/rude. If Terry is the fat cat leader of the misfits, I can see why Brunswick Toyota is a 1 star dealership.After reading other peoples reviews on this dealership, I accept partial blame for this interaction. It is more then obvious by the amount of similar negative reviews, they do not deserve anyones business. I should of never wasted my time with them. My only regret I have for this interaction is that there was other people in the room while I was speaking with Terry on the phone. Although I was able to tell her how incompetent and bad she was at business, the words that she truly deserved were not said.There are plenty of reputable Toyota dealerships in the area. A complete joke of a business. These people shouldn’t even be in charge of themselves let alone a car dealership. The sales manager Terry is one of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. She bragged about her experience but based off my interaction with her, she is only experienced at being rude and not telling the truth. She is an expert in both areas. Do not deal with this place. There are plenty of other Toyota dealerships in the area who have competent people working for them that you can buy from. Stay away from this place.
