This is a terrible company and more than likely the majority of these reviews are fake. I’ve waited almost 3 months for them to send a claim for a car accident I had with one of their insured drivers who ran a red light, and I still have gotten nothing. I’ve asked for a manager and have gotten ignored. The business isn’t accredited by the better business bureau, and have multiple complaints filed under their name. Don’t go by these fake reviews, do your research sometimes it’s better to pay a little more for a company that will actually do their job because in the long run with companies like this one you’re still going to end up paying a lot for the worst service.

Very polite and efficient customer service rep. She was knowledgeable and there was no wasted time. I was able to reinstate my insurance without any hassle. Come rain or shine, this insurance company has my business and I recommend them every chance I can

0 StarsTerrible customer service! I’m still waiting for my claim to be paid. Cesar Cantu never returns my calls or sends emails as I requested. My son and his father have also left plenty of voicemails with no return call back.Terrible company and I hate for anyone to ever have to deal with this kind of company giving you the runaround.My review stands until I have a paycheck in my hand.I will post on all Social media until my claim is paid.

Awesome friendly service and so fast it made fast look slow. I got insurance in less than 15 minutes. And the price was unbelievably low. If you want extremely fast insurance that doesnt stretch your wallet then pronto will get you taken care of pronto.

Ive had Pronto insurance for the past year and had it set up to charge my account automatically. Thankfully we never used it, and I never had any complaints. Until now of course, they charged 384.00 dollars to my account without notice of increase, when I called and cancelled they said the would mail a check with the funds to my address. We mailed back the cancellation form and everything, 3 weeks later they charge my account another 344.00 after cancelling it. I have been dealing with them over the phone for the past hours and still cannot get my funds back. Its over 700.00 dollars that go to support my family and kids. This is ridiculousl!! They can careless if you have bills to pay and wont return your own money! Absolutely the worst insurance to work with!

This is about my 3 Rd time to be with Pronto. They have the best customer service. Especially Giovanni. He is my regular sales rep. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know. Thank you for the best service

If you prefer paying bills and signing up online instead of walking in an office pronto is not too bad. Getting a real c.s rep that knows what they are talking about is a problem. Customer service could be better and more helpful. Website seems out of date and is at time very annoying. Prices are low.

Sometimes you cant talk so I decided to use the message app they have online.I was surprised when an actual person answered all my questions not the computer itself. I was also able to sign my paperwork via my cellphone and print my ID cards on the spot. Great job Mayra Silguero, and thanks for all your help.

Poor service at the cliams department in Brownsville tx with ISMAEL GONZALEZ ext 8850.We were trying to reach him for 3 weeks to get info about our claim calling and leaving messages with not even one phone call back frm him. Then he gave us different amounts as to what we were going to get back as equity. On the 4th week he finally calls me to give me another amount of equity thats lower than the other amounts he gave us. Thanks to ISMAEL GONZALEZ we are now considering switching to another insurance company. Ive been a pronto customer for several years but having the thought that one day in the future wed have to deal with him again is something i DO NOT Look foward to.

Pronto has been very efficient, quick and spot on with everything they advertise that they offer, and offered follow up every step of the way. Have been very pleased with their liability auto coverage.
