There must be a better place to get this done that actually cares for its clients! It’s been 3 months and I’ve received literally only a phone call a month to update me on my account. I never signed up for automatic payments yet money was automatically removed from my account (for which all I received was an apology) no such thing as money back guarantee because in three months I never moved from phase 1 of their “process” yet the website claims every 30 days in a new phase. Seems to me all they want is money and pretend to actually work. Do not recommend whatsoever. Plus whatever they promise in the beginning when you sign up they end up ‘not being able to do’ when you want to cancel. Good thing I have text messages and screenshots of all the times I spoke to the “advisor”.

Real fast service and straight forward. No BS Diego Villarreal is great . Great customer service.... 3 months later . Horrible!! They charged me 3 times in 1 week. I had to dispute that. Identity iq charged my a total of 9 times and I had to dispute that. Easy solutions just wants your money. I never get a call back from anyone. I have to always call and speak to some one who doesnt know what too do. Now they want me to pay for my last phase so I can get my results after I paid $550. Waiting for a supervisor that more then likely wont call back. Dont go here people.

Had bertha do my contract and explained to me how i was going to see an impact in my credit in the period of time of 6 months after that i never saw her again supposely janell my new advisor she had been fired because she had lied to alot of customers just to get her commission. So now my new advisor Janell kept telling me to get their easy solutions jewerly card, they just want money. hmmm I haven’t seen any results, nothing done to my credit i think my credit score hasn’t change much which i see no purpose of wasting my money with them so yeah there is no way you guys have a 5 star reviews let the community post their real reviews!! stop calling me to offer your services i done with u guys. They are nothing but scam artist and never keep you up to date on anything, not explain the process even when asked. If you cancel at the start of the month they do not even give you service that you already paid for. Advisor changed like three times and all I get is an email. Never any updates on what is going on. Crooks.

Went in for consult, met with Diego (advisor), he asked if he could check my credit. He said it would cost $21.99, a one time fee, I agreed. Three months later I find that a company that credit solutions uses is charging me monthly $21.99. Diego failed to mention that I was going to be charged monthly. I did not use credit solutions services and I am glad I didnt. They are supposed to help a person when they are having a hard time not lie and be misleading! Very disappointed.
