Worst experience ever. Car was brought in fof warranty on work preformed a year early. They refused to address rust forming where they had repaired the car. The paint was also coming off the bumper. They did fix the pealing paint but I think Ray Charles mixed the paint. They didnt even blend it on to other panels.We waited 2 months for this substandard repair.

Brought my car in for body work because they came highly recommended. They did an outstanding job. Excellent communication and thorough explanation of what was being done and why. They even cleaned my interior!

Maurice is a great place to use for auto body shop and for to buy a car the service is accurate I would give this place a 10 star instead of a five-star

All of the mechanics I worked with were very helpful. They fixed my car in a record time and did great work. It was an easy process and would not hesitate to bring my car there again!

Brought our car in for hail damage and the service was excellent! It only took a few days, the work was done perfectly and our car was sparkling clean when we got it back. The staff was very friendly and helpful, would recommend to everyone.

It took an entire month for them to just put 2 new doors on my car. it originally was going to take 5 days. I was delayed 7 times!!! Even at the time of writing this review, I still do not have my car and I have absolutely no clue when I will get it back. I was told it was going into paint 3 times in one week. It cost me a lot more money not having my car for an entire month than it did to pay the deductible to fix it. These people absolutely do not care about your car or when you will get it back.

Sensible prices, fast service, trustworthy and honest work. What more could you ask for. I would certainly recommend this auto shop. You wont be let down.

Good car wash! I purchased a vehicle from Morries, get free car washes, and I always choose this location. The attendants are good, but Wong is the best! He always has a huge smile on his face and waves. He sprays the vehicle very well as you enter the car wash. Wong brightens my day!

I recently brought my vehicle in for repair after being in an accident. I did have to wait a few days for an estimate. Rachel provided the estimate and said it would be at least two weeks before they could even physically start working on the vehicle. I received a call a few days before that two week mark from Rachel assuming it would be bad news that I was bumped out further or my car was totaled but instead it was Rachel telling me my vehicle was ready!!! She said she knew I had a child and the holidays were coming and said she worked hard to get our vehicle worked on and done as soon as she could. I was blown away and couldn’t believe it. This is my first experience at Morries auto body (other than the car wash) but it definitely left an impression and I would certainly recommend working with Rachel!

Always excellent service! Im a Buy Happy member so my basic car washes are free but Im always treated like a valued customer. I have a favorite attendant who will exchange pleasantries with me which leaves me smiling. You might even say Happy. Bye!

This car wash is awesome. Always helpful attendants. Ive been helped by Wong many times and hes always happy to provide a great experience. The wash itself is the best one in town. I dont go anywhere else except for this wash.Keep it up!

Hit a deer and wiped out the entire side of my car. Morries was the absolute best. They repair Bentleys, Maseratis and all the highest end cars. These guy know their stuff. They arranged rental car for me so I all I did was show up drop my car and leave. Car ended up looking better than new. They even detailed the interior for me. Hands down and awesome job. Spencer who I worked with was on top of everything and informed me what was going on every step of the way. Very happy with them. Body work and accidents can be a pain but Morries makes it easy.

Excellent car wash. Joe R. took the time to use some elbow grease on my grill when he noticed that I had gone through a swarm of bugs. This level of attention is not typically found. Thanks Joe!

Has a nice car wash but only for those who bought a car and the car wash package from Morries. Lines can get long around weekday lunch time. Have not used the auto body side of the business here.

We had a simple problem the clip was missing or wasnt holding onto a body part they suggested that we make an appointment to get an estimate and then after that we make another appointment to get it fixed so I went to another body shop and I showed him the same panel and they said oh look theres a little slot I can put this clip in it might there... There it is! He Clips it back didnt make this body shop look very good they have a lot of administration but Im not sure its the cheapest place you can go either perhaps if your insurance is paying for it. Im not questioning the quality of their work but I think for a small small problem if somebody came out and looked at it for two minutes like they did it the other body shop I went to then it would be only if it was actually a collision or something that they would be useful and again I would prefer to have insurance pay for it

If I can give this a no star I would. If you are going to this place for body shop PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! They repainted our bumper & there was a bubble, on top of that there was a dent on my hood that wasnt there before. I asked and the first thing he said to me was turn on your car! Look at the mileage! We didnt drive your car. I never asked anything about mileage nor if they have driven my car. All I asked and wanted an explanation over was the dent on my hood. I will never take my money to this place ever again. I love the Morries Dealer in BP, I HATE their auto body. I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future.

I have never had to get bodywork done to any one of my vehicles in my life, but recently had a need. The process was painless. I was given a quick estimate and made arrangements for the repair The next thing I knew it, I received notice of the jobs completion. My car is only 3 months old. My concern was that the repair would somehow be noticeable. The repair was so well done that I would recommend their service to everyone I know! Jeremy Smida and Joe Leidlein were the front of the scene faces I dealt with there and they were both so friendly and helpful. Thanks, also, to the person who repaired my car. It turned out beautifully!!!

Had an issue with my drivers side door latch on my truck. I stopped in late in the afternoon and they helped me on the spot. The staff was friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

I get my car wash here and have never had any issues I appreciate ken who was working today! He makes sure every piece of dirt and leaf is washed off my car prior to washing with the spray gun he is does a fabulous job and I thank him !

Great car wash- sometimes long line which can be unavoidable on busy days. Called this morning to ask if the car wash was open due to it snowing outside and the gal who answered was short, unfriendly, and annoyed that I would be asking such question. She proceeded to tell me management wont open the car was during a blizzard and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional.

What is happening to customer service nowadays I was so disappointedI made an appointment a week to get an estimate at 4:00 September 6th 2019 when I got there the the person who was supposed to give me the stated that it was going to be a total she said its not worth her time to write out the estimate.I was instructed to get an estimateand when I called to make the appointment they said I would get just that.very disappointing today that people get paid to do a job and they just dont do it.I was so dissatisfied with their customer service and I will never go there.

Very slow with communication. Phone calls were prompt by myself. Not very outgoing or over friendly. Did great autobody work, but a cold experience. Seemed unprofessional like it was a inconvenience.

7.27.18 accident occurred8.6.18 Dropped vehicle off at Morries Auto Body.9.14.18 Picked vehicle up from Morries Auto Body. I emailed a list of issues I noticed after picking up my vehicle form the auto body shop as there was now walk through of the repairs before I left the shop.* Alignment issues - The steering wheel is slightly tilted to the right. I feel like the vehicle pulls to the left.* Possible transmission issues – There is grumbling near the driver front side of the vehicle while driving. It can be heard and felt while in motion. I notice it the most when slowly accelerating around 15-21 mph or when accelerating near gear shifts. There is also grumbling when reversing.*Tailgate squeak – an audible squeak in the tailgate when closing or pushing slightly around the brake lights and back window*Screws in wheel well – There appear to be missing fasteners in the back tire wells. The front of the vehicle have them so I can only assume the back should as well.*Substance on window – the driver’s side back window that does not roll down has a mist of possibly paint spray.*Gummy substance- There is a gummy sticky substance that is present on the wheels and within the doorframes.*Rust Coating- does a new rust coating application need to be done for the repair section of the vehicle?9.21.18 Took vehicle to Morries Dealership for an oil change and requested a diagnostic on the sound and the alignment issues.10.1.18 - Picked car up from Morries Dealership. The dealership preformed diagnostics and fixed the rear transmission mount that had shifted. They also did an alignment on the vehicle.Upon return home, I noticed my rear light on the driver side gate was roughly 2 inches full of water. When the gate was opened, water noticeably leaked out of the panel behind the light. I contact the auto body shop. I explained the situation and was asked when I could bring the vehicle in. I was told they would order the part and have it ready to replace when I came in so that the repairs could occur while I wait. They asked what time I would be able to10.8.18 - Spent an hour at body shop for them to show me that yes there is water in the light and then informed me that they did not have the light to replace it. They will let me know, likely tomorrow, when it arrives and I can return to have the light replaces. The light is being replaced with a factory warranty. The previously mentioned issues listed above on 9.14.18 were not addressed.10.12.18 I have not yet been contacted by Morries Auto Body with regards to my light being available for replacement.Needless to say I am extremely underwhelmed with my experience with Morries Auto Body shop at 7800 Jolly Lane in Brooklyn Park. I would NEVER recommend this body shop to anyone. They perform poor quality work and do not seem to think they need to own up to it and right their wrong.I am however extremely impressed and grateful for the Morries Dealership. They were more than happy to discuss the issues that were still present once I received the car back form the body shop. They assured me they would get my car back to where it should. they deserve a gold star!

Get your car fixed at a reasonable price and time, great customer service and reliable. Always there when you have questions.

Morries did a poor job on the paint protection they did on my new 2016 Nissan. There were some died bugs on front of my car, but they didnt care to clean it up before putting the protection coat on. Now the front of my car will forever have bugs stuck on them. They even rub the paint to hard, and you could see a tear in the paint.

Best body shop in the metro!

This place is trash. My car has been there for over 2 months and im still waiting.
