Have used them before but its been a while and the economy wash didnt do the undercarriage not sure if it did it before for the economy wash. theres a lot of competition in Brookings now so id be trying very hard to keep on top . Were spoiled because in Hendricks and Toranto the cheep washes get the undercarriage. I was in the far south bay and the blower stopped working with 40 sec left on the clock (2-25-21) so my door jams can poss freeze up being colder out. check us out on youtube mrsmel269

It didnt spray my under carriage i did the 11.00 wash the ones up in hendricks and toronto do and i get the cheepest wash

When its working good everything is good. But often recently there have been problems such as the drying time gets cut off midway. The door wanting to shut before entering. The sprayer sometimes dripping product on the car leaving big splotches on parts of it that then requires you to get out and wipe it down. When I called about the door issue they did get me another wash code and points for that but problems like this happen too frequently.

Cleans great!They have touchless automatic car washer. I hadnt cleaned my car for about 2 months. Combination of mud, snow, salt and sand had made car look horrible. Undercarriage wash, non- corrosive detergent, powerful water jet and final drier combination made my car look like new. Since I was using this place for first time, I used the most basic wash + undercarriage wash option ($10.6 including taxes). I would definitely use higher option in future.Recommended for Tesla owners too!

Always a very nice job on the vehicle. The pricing is comparable to most facilities of its kind, but this place is top-notch. The only drawback is getting in when its busy!

Love the fact this carwash washes the underneath of your car. This car wash does a great job of washing your vehicle. Keep in mind if your vehicle looks like a gravel pit its not going to make it spotless, no car wash will. Never had an issue with the dryer cutting out early as mentioned in other review, gives you the perfect amount of time, again not going to get it completely dry, really no dryer will. Love this car wash and the customer service is top notch. Was having credit card issues due to network problems was approach about the issue and problem was resolved right away, due to the outstanding customer service I will only use this car wash from now on.

It was nice when it first opened but lack of maintenance has drove it down hill. The wash bays are dirty and dingie it use to be a nice white. The pressure washer stays slightly on as you drive out so the spot free rinse you pay for is just a waste of money, and the air dryer turns off earlier than it says The way the soap goes on is very un even but thats most of the clean cycles, uneven. I look forward to another car wash to open. I included pictures of my truck i went through the wash twice in a row

Car wash is fine, just like any other car wash. The vacuums absolutely do not vacuum and the garbage is always full.

Paid for the Gold wash. The undercarriage wash finished as only half of my vehicle had made it past the jets. The main body wash jets associated with different stages of the wash did not all work. Half the vehicle was Rain-Xed, the other half wasnt. The spot free rinse didnt work at all. There was no beading of water. The air dryers were completely ineffective. They did not push water off the vehicle at all. My vehicle now has water streaks all over it. Ill have to try to find a hand wash facility where I can get a better job done. A place like this should really have an evaluation at the end of the wash cycle. This was just robbery.

Its okay but this time the wax did not come on. I tried calling phone # but it said mailbox was full. No recourse but to redo wash ..terribly disappointed this time but not in the past.

Your website shows two types of car wash services (gold and silver) however, doesnt include/show details of what is included in them. A link on page asks to be clicked to know more though it only shows SERVICES on the page visited after clicking it. Is this a real business?

It was an alright car wash. No complaints. Little messy.

I get my work truck washed weekly and Ive had multiple occasions where the soap only covers half my truck and the machine doesnt give me a receipt. I call the number listed and there is no response. I am done with this place.Theyve finally reached out when I gave them a 1 star review.

This car wash sucks. Payment processors are down, machines are worn out, undercarriage cleaner runs half as long as it should, dryer quit 30 seconds early. If BPs wash wasnt always out of service I would have gone there.

The dryer cuts off with more then 10 seconds left on it. I went there 3 times and it happened everyone so I emailed them about this 2 times and never received a response so Ill not be returning there again.

I paid for the most expensive wash and it looks like I rinsed my car off with a garden hose.
