Free vacuums that truly suck! In a good way! Reasonably priced wash with not only spray but also brush! They take cash or card and still take coins too!

Went there and got just the regular car wash for $8 I put a $20 in and didn’t get any change back. Called the number listed and left my name and number and never received a call back. Very disappointing would not recommend. The dryers at the end of the automatic car wash also didn’t work.

Sunday ritual to visit. It has all the right equipment. All car washing options from Soaps to wax are excellent. Should note I don’t use the automatic wash. Don’t be lazy. Do it by hand. Your vehicle will come out as clean as you like it.

So my dog hasnt had a bath in like 6 months so I decided to bring him to the pet wash while we out driving, hit some red hit some green lights and saw somebody else with their dogs. A lot of animals outside. We went down to 12th st that was the road I was looking for and when we got I just parked on by the side of the building. Thor peeped on the poll he has to mark his territory, so we paid with cash that I had on hand and I used the sprayer to get him wet and he is one of my kids so I made sure to cover his eyes I was just being nice. Cleaned his ears out because he has been scratching them so maybe we should go to the pet wash every 3 months or sooner. I was one of those crazy people that washed my dog like once. a month and for some reason I stopped giving him a bath. See how the world turns

They updated I think a year or so. At any rate, I believe this to be the best auto wash in Brookings.

My shower head at home had better water pressure then the main wash

It does the job well. I like how the have a bucket and scrubber before you go into the auto wash to help really gets the bugs off!

Wish there was a squeegee to clean the floor and pit when done washing your animal.

New Washing device gets much cleaner than before. Now lets get dryers that move over the vehicle. Wont woot.

Glad they updated where you pay..could never see the screen before and it was kind of confusing. Wash itself was ok. Missed the entire lower front end of my car. Price was still good

Wash quit working half way through on my car and it made me exit the wash bay. Wasted $12 on the good wash. Called the management number since nobody was working, left them a voicemail and they didnt ever call me back. Poor product and poor service

I did not know they upgraded the wash but it was great and my car seems to be very clean!

Worse auto car wash I’ve ever encountered $11.00 and it came out worse then when it went in and it wasn’t that dirty to begin with . Plus if you use the self serv they disable the doors so you can’t close them and letting the wind blow through making the car dry before you get the chance.

A very good touchless car wash

Just a horrible experience the automatic car wash didnt dry my car and didnt remove any dirt, it only left water spots on everything. Will never go here again, absolute waste of money.

I paid for the highest grade drive-through automatic car wash they had only to get barely any soap or wax dispensed and got basically a water hose hosed-down clean look. A first and last. Of course no staff to handle complaints just a number on a wall sign. DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST AUTOMATIC CAR WASH IN BROOKINGS. A RIP-OFF.

It is what it is. Some spray nozzles seem to leak and make a mess on you not your car.

Low pressure wash/soap options didnt work in bay we went through, and when using a card it runs out at $10 so if you dont finish your paying the minimum fee to start it up again, but other then that the hoses worked well, pressure was good throughout.

Paid $10 for the best wash, but it skipped half the steps on the board. My car was barely washed afterwards and had to pay again to just wash it myself.

How is nobody in these reviews talking about the fact that they are ALWAYS out of soap. I have only gotten pre soak once out of my last eight trips to this wash. Id love to stop going but I was dumb enough to buy a prepaid discount card.

Cheap and easy to use!

I work at the gas station next door and I get a lot of complaints about the car wash and how its always running out of stuff. Could use some improvements.

This is where I usually go to wash my car. Have been responsive in the past if I ever had issues with the machines. Had an issue about a week ago with soap spray out with the high pressure rinse. Had to go through another wash bay and put more money in to rinse the vehicle off. Called the number by the coin machine and never got a call back. Called multiple time and still no call back or answer. 😡

This place used to be really good and deserved a 5 star but does not seem to be working as well. A lot of bug gunk left on windshield and front of car.

Used vacuum system, hose fell off after a minute of use. Put in $5 called number for help 3 times, over a 3 day period, no one ever called me back. Poor service!

It had a preclean station with a tank of bug zap to help remove the bugs. A little more work on part but car came out clean.

As automatic washes go this one is absolutely terrible. I dont typically give reviews but I just thought that the next potential customer should be warned never use the automatic car wash it does nothing besides get your car wet

Went into the automatic wash and when the washer got passed the cab of my truck it turned and slamed into the side of my truck scratching it all up

Once I figured out how to use it, it was great.

I wouldn’t go here unless you want to repaint your vehicle. A buddy of mine and myself are up here for work and wanted to wash the salt off our trucks. The next morning I walk past the side of my truck and notice deep scratches and scuff marks down the whole side and the emblem on my grille is dented and scratched too. Also the guy that runs the joint doesn’t know how to operate a phone to call you back. Horrible service and poorly managed. Wouldn’t recommend taking any sort of vehicle here to be washed.

Some prices are overboard on prices but the do have a large variety of alcohols of all kinds.

I think it should have soft cloth brushes that is a much better clean.

Do not go here. Change machine gave change in $1 coins, the wash would not accept them, but no coin return is available. Sleezy as hell. Spot free rinse had soap in it.

The time in manual washing is a bit expensive but in general it is fine

I would give a zero if I could. The high pressure rinse in the first bay sprays soap so its impossible to clean your car. Wasted $8. Should habe gone to Bozieds.

My car looks worse after the wash. The wax, or polish, or whatever it was, left white streaks along my car. Next time I will hire a kid to do it for 5 bucks.

I used my card and it charged my account but I did not get my wash. I have tried calling and have not heard back from them.Talking to another relative they got coins fir change and they did not work.

Fair price for a good car wash

Only gives $1 coins in coin exchange and wash bay would not accept coins or return them. People are inconsiderate and dont give the first open wash to the first person waiting.
