A business who knows you by your 1st name when you walk in the door is one to be loyal to. Especially when you just moved from a completely different part of the U.S. Transitions are hard. One of the best dry cleaners I have been to. Not only are they extremely fast and well priced. But Marge was extremely helpful and courteous.I will be taking all my dry cleaning items there.

They have dame day shirt service! Exactly what we needed since our son is on the road 5 days per week. We can drop them by 10 AM Saturday and get them by 4 PM Saturday. They have a very convenient drive through drop off window and a drop box for after hours. They have always been on time or early a d the shirts have been perfect. They appreciate your business.

Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews. After they ruined one of my shirts I took it back to complain and they said there was nothing they could do about it, as it was the customers responsibility to check all items before leaving the store. Who picks up dry cleaning, all nicely hung and wrapped in the plastic, and inspects each item before leaving the store?Be aware that they also iron on/heat seal bar-coded Klinke stickers on all of your clothes that are impossible to take off. They might think they are putting them in an inconspicuous place, but depending on how you wear certain things, they become visible. More clothes ruined! I have never seen this done with any other cleaning service. Whats more is when I asked for them to be removed, they told me that was not possible. I paid you to clean my clothes, not modify them.Given the lack of respect for customers and the unwillingness to correct their mistakes, I will not be returning.

I have been sending my clothes to Klinke Cleaners for a few years. Im so glad that my brother told me about them. My clothes are always fresh and clean. I appreciate getting my clothes back in a timely manner and also getting an E-Mail when the cleaning is ready.The free bag is very handy. I often put my clothes in them a few days in advance so that I wont forget to take items to Klinke.

I have taken all my dry cleaning to Klinkes in Brookfield for well over a year and they have always been great. Marge, Summer and Lilly are always pleasant and they do exceptional work with my clothes. How do I know their names? Because they always make the effort to call me by mine and even when things are very busy for them make an effort to stop, smile and make me feel like a valued customer and not just a transaction. That is pretty rare in todays world!

I agree they are lucky to have their manager! She was very sweet and super helpful. Unfortunately they couldnt get a stain out of a shirt, but they managed to save the silk tie and it was a pretty nasty stain. Free laundry bag and a 24 hr drop off door, clothes were ready the next day and I got an email letting me know.

We have used Klinke for about 3 years. The service is always excellent. Even though we only drop off once every 4 to 6 weeks, they remember who we are and our account number. All in all the service and their treatment of customers is super impressive! We recommend Klinke for all our garment needs.

Ive been coming to Klinkes on Capitol for about 5 years now. I like the service, the friendliness and professionalism. I drop off items on the way to work and they text me to remind me to pick them up on the way home. Also the coupons every month help on the wallet.

I have used other cleaners and they have ruined my dress pants because of not being careful with the amount of heat they apply. Klinkes does a fantastic job every single time I bring my suits etc in to be cleaned.

My husband needed a sport coat cleaned for a business trip. He did some research and based on all the positive reviews, chose Klinke. When he took the jlcost out at home to pack, it was covered with processing lines and looked terrible. Imagine your favorite jacket with ironing marks all over.Klinke was still open so we took it back to ask what could be done. We were told that 1) it was our responsibility to check for any issues before leaving the store and 2) they were done with any cleaning or pressing for the day (even though they were open several more hours). They offered to re-do the work but on their normal schedule and too late for his trip.The woman D told us several times that we are responsible for checking their work and was extremely rude. She said it was our choice to not let them fix the issue; the fact that my husband would already be out town was apparently not a factor she felt worthy for consideration.We will not go back there even with the close location and positive reviews.

Klinke in Brookfield charges $3.40 per pressed shirt. Very expensive for the service.

Ive used another local dry cleaner and was forced to look around when I had a stain on a suit coat that my regular cleaner couldnt get out. I contacted several other cleaners to get pricing info, and Klinke was one of the only places that was straightforward.What really impressed me is once I arrived several hours later, the woman I spoke with actually remembered me calling and, once she saw the stain, actually gave me a lower price that what she had thought over the phone. In addition, I had brought in an overcoat that I had ripped the sleeve liner taking off the hanger (in the parking lot!). She not only gave me a great price since it was a smaller rip, but let me know she could have it back the next day since it was cold and figured that was my main coat.Ive been using Klinke every since, and would not hesitate to recommend them. I know theyll do a great job and never worry about getting ripped off, or them missing something.Theyre fantastic!
