The store had a nice variety of dresses. One person working and the store was so busy that no one could help you. Purchased a beautiful dress, not knowing that the alterations I needed couldn’t be done. When asked if I could return it, was informed that they do not accept returns! No where is this listed on the receipt. So disappointed. Will never shop at this store again.

I went here for MOB dress with my mom. The lady who helped us was so kind and easy to work with. Not over bearing but checked in on us to make sure we were doing okay. They have a wide variety of dresses. My mom found the perfect dress and she’s so excited to wear it at my wedding!

I had a middle of the road experience here. I dropped off a dress for alterations. They completed them, said they called to tell me the dress was ready. I never had a call or a message.I called the day before the wedding, the alterations were done. I picked up the dress got it home tried it on and it was way too big in the back by about 4 the spaghetti straps also needed to be shortened. I called Sue was amazing and incredibly accommodating. I came back and the adjustments were made quickly. My issue was the woman doing the alterations. She was incredibly rude and condescending. Im very much a tomboy in my style, even at 40 years old. Ive never needed a bridesmaid dress or alterations so this was 100% a new experience for me. The whole time I was with the woman doing the pinning and alterations she was rolling her eyes and sighing heavily. I understand its wedding season and shes probably busy and we all have bad days but this was on two separate occasions that I had this type of experience.I may not be a very dressy woman or have much knowledge about these things. What I do know is, this is not how you treat paying customers.

Selection here is great and in multiple sizes for on the fly shopping at the last minute!I didnt buy anything this time, but the reason for the 3 stars is because I wasnt greeted coming in and the lady offered zero help in finding anything for me. In fact, she never spoke to me at all until I left the store and told her to have a good day..ughh. Not very good customer service, in my opinion, for such a nice formal wear place.Ill give them another chance next time Im in the market for a formal dress.

Stopped in the other day on a recommendation of a friend to have a special dress shortened and their seamstree, Sabara did a wonderful job! Very knowledgable and I had total confidence that she would do a great job with a more complicated hem that had to be hand cut. I would highly recommend them!

It’s so hard to find a wide selection of unique prom dresses but Dressed in Time delivers!!! The staff is amazing and really went above and beyond for us. My daughter is so excited to wear her dress this coming Saturday. The owner is very much involved and helped us every step of the way, from pointing out the dress’s unique sparkle feature to making sure the alterations would be done on time with such short notice. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service experience we had here.

We were totally WOW’D the moment that we walked in! The selection is second to NONE! We felt they had a decent range in price points too! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. My daughter was able to find a dress for $140 LESS than the Savvy Seconds store! I would highly recommend checking out Dressed In Time! They will have a beautiful dress at the price point you can afford and in the style that you’re looking for!

Love this shop. Gave us all the time we needed with concern and patience. Good selection, nice area for changing and allows assistance by family rather than associate. We drove 2 hours (twice!) to get there and decided on a beautiful dress.

I truly loved the experience I got while at this store. My best friend and I were out on a Friday night looking for our prom dresses, and we came across this wonderful shop. When we got there, we noticed that we got there a little after it closed, but the woman who owns the shop was lovely enough to open the store just for us to look at dresses. I told the worker what I was looking for in a dress- and she found dresses that exactly matched my needs. I even found my dress! It was a beautiful red gown from Mori Lee, and it was a little over my originally set budget, but it was definitely worth the price. The selection of dresses here are awesome, there are big brands (like- Jovani, Mori Lee, and Sherri Hill) for way less then they would be online.

My sister, a friend, and myself worked with Sughra for bride/bridesmaid dress alterations. She did such a fantastic job and the dresses fit perfectly. Sughra was efficient and easy to work with. We would highly recommend her alteration services and Dressed In Time as a whole. Thank you!

I came in on a Thursday, found a dress, and had it altered and ready for pick up the following Tuesday! I was given a ton of options in the brides color scheme, various sizes and price ranges. The store was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Dressed in Time appears to be family owned and everyone I met was very nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing service! I brought a bridesmaid dress in for alterations on a Sunday and it was ready to be picked up by Tuesday afternoon! I needed it back quickly as the wedding Im in is only a week away and they didnt even charge me for it, so glad I came here!

Please do not support this business. I was in shock to find almost no one in the store was wearing masks including workers. There was no system in place to social distance to shop and unmasked customers were not making any attempt to social distance either. It is appalling people are this selfish in a global pandemic.

I bought a dress from Etsy that needed minor alterations and a bustle. The ladies at Dressed in Time were able to get in me really quickly and had my dress done in less than 3 weeks. They were really receptive to my requests and I felt like I was in good hands. The price was extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend coming here!

We found the perfect dress and the seamstress went to work on it right away. She did a terrific job with the alterations! Beautiful and wonderful dress shopping experience for my daughters first prom. We were immediately greeted as entered the door. Given suggestions where to look for dresses. We found a few dresses--yes was I a little taken back when I wasnt allowed in fitting room-yes but I totally understood. The clerk was right there to help. This lady was so helpful! My daughter we thought was a size 2/3 but really is a triple zero. The perfect dress was found, altered by length only now waiting for the day. Thank you Dressed in Time!!!

Love Love Love Dressed in Time. We bought my daughters prom dress there last year and when we went this year they remembered us and even asked how my daughters trip overseas went last summer. They looked at my daughter and started helping her pick dresses in colors that looked great on her and even had her try on a few that just came in because they wanted to see it on someone. They made my daughter feel like a princess! Great service and a fun experience. (and the seamstress is probably the sweetest woman weve ever met)

Came in an a whim after seeing the sign from the road. We were on a very limited budget for my daughters winter formal. The owner stayed over an hour after the store normally closed to help my daughter try on at least a half a dozen dresses trying to find something that she liked and we could afford. She even talked my daughter out of a couple possibly losing herself a sale. We ended up getting something that my daughter loved within our budget. Totally a great experience. Family owned which is always a plus for me. Thanks again!!

Once you spend hours in and finally decide which one you would like and you think works best and they sell it to you, it needs alterations and you come back and they want us Telly you still much more this that and the other is extra however you could put your deposit down and now its just all extra money added on conveniently 1 of a kind dress and then you see it elsewhere 1 of a kind here means only in this door is 1 of a kind!!😨😨😨😨

I went to visit this store around 6 months ago after visiting a number of other stores around greater Milwaukee that sold the make of dress I was looking for. (I had seen it in uk but it had had the label removed and I had a picture but that was all)I had given up on finding this dress, but the lady who owns the store, took a lot of time out of her day to help me look through all her books, suggested suppliers it may be from and also gave me a bunch of other dresses to try.In the end by complete coincidence the dress popped up in an online advert so I bought online, but I wanted to take a minute to write a review as this lady went totally above and beyond to try and help me find the one dress I desperately wanted.I would definitely recommend the store to anyone needing an occasion dress.

There was such a wide selection of dresses in all sorts of styles, sizes, and colors. SO many beautiful dresses!!! My daughter felt cared for by the staff and they were very attentive. The dressing rooms were very spacy and we were very happy with my daughter’s prom dress!!!

We got our wedding party tuxedos and bridesmaid dresses here and loved them. They were awesome to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything ready for our big day.

I had a mishap with amazon and needed a dress immediately I came in Thursday for an engagement photoshoot that monday. Not only did they have my size and the color I specified but were able to do quick turn around on allterations. Definitely recommend this place for formal dresses.

The people at the dress store didn’t tell us they were gonna charge us to fix the dress cuz we thought it was included like other prom dress stores had told us too and it was never brought up how much it was gonna be at the end or the price of anything when we went to see what needed to be altered. so when we were done and the dress was already altered they said it was over $100 and we were confused and they said i was suppose to make a $50 deposit at the last appointment and they NEVER asked us to make one or even said how much we had to pay, it was very frustrating and dissapointing

My daughter was in dire need of a bridesmaid dress in a very short amount of time. By chance the two of us stopped in this wonderful shop and after explaining her situation the owner said no problem..we can help you out. Prior to this all other shops treated us poorly and said basically that she was out of luck. I cannot express the gratitude my daughter and I felt towards this woman and her professionalism and the lengths she went to get a dress. The dress was perfect and came a week before the wedding. Thank you so much!!!!! We have been telling everyone of your shop and how nice is was to be treated with respect and kindness.

Beautiful dresses but horrible customer service. I went their with my 13 year old looking for a pageant dress. The employee kept insisting that I couldnt help with changing my daughter into her dress. My daughter felt uncomfortable with this lady barging in while she undressed. Finally, she told me that she wanted me to sit in front while she helped my daughter. Um, thanks but no thanks! Never going back again!

I used to go to dressed in time every year to search for dresses for homecomings and prom. The owner is extremely helpful in finding what you want and knows where to find it. I will not be stepping back in there after how I was treated by one of her employees today. I was assisting my sister in getting in and out of dresses and the woman numerously yelled at me for helping. The woman was rude and my sister wasnt comfortable with her helping us which is why I had stepped up to help. Finally this employee told me Go sit up front. She proceeded to scream at me saying I was taking pictures while I was texting my mom to say were not coming back here. Get rid of her and I still like the place.
