A family member bought flooring at this place and the entire experience was a nightmare. That sales person was not up front about possible installation costs and in the end, it cost an additional $2,000 for the floor which was quite a lot of money for a senior citizen. If there had been honesty and full disclosure, we would not have been so upset. When calling the store while the floor was being put in, the woman who took the call was very rude. We will never buy from Home Depot again, anywhere. .
