Never followed up with me I chose another contractor lead/follow/ or get left behind!

Very disappointed in Home Depot. Twice I have scheduled a window consultation and twice they did not bother to show or to call to say they would not be there. Called manager and he assured me he would find out reason and call me back. No call back. Went up to the store and talked to Kevin. Very nice. Said lack of communication between call center and installer. Installer supposed to call today. Its 4:54pm... and nothing. This is the third time home depot! :( I feel very unappreciated and unwanted as a customer.
