Theres only one person here to run the store/gas station and the truck rental and shes never done a truck rental before. Shes been nothing but kind and shes done her best, but we have a reservation to pick up a truck today. This isnt a spur of the moment walk in. I also had to move their trucks around to get mine out, since theres only one employee here.Edit: the DEF tank was nearly empty and after talking to the local branch manager he sent some guys out to refill it. He also apologized profusely for my troubles.
