They are nice people they will help you with the power bill and other things. If something happens and they cant help you they will tell you who and who maybe able to help you.

I absolutely love this place and the people who work there. They have helped me and my family of five 2 or 3 times now. I couldnt be more grateful and thankful to them for everything they do to help me financially with my electric bill considering BTES is outrageously and ridiculously expensive. Idk how BTES expects people to survive and maintain electricity when u charge an arm and a leg for power and heat. Anyways thanks so much to the kind and professional people whom r employed here. I appreciate all u do for me and other people who r seeing some rough and tough times financially ☺☺☺😊😊😊🙏🙏🙏🙏
