Great service! Ive had Lisa two times now and I wont go anywhere else. My nails look beautiful and hold up for a long time. Prices are good as well. I just moved to this area and Im so glad I found them. They dont overbook and pay close attention to you and take their time.

They did an absolutely Fanny ascot job!! Really took her time and very neat and clean! I have found my only place I will go for pedicures!!

The little lady who done my nails was sweet and took her time to do them and do they right and not just rush. They are all nice here. I used to go here all the time and get my nails done it was the only place Id go! Affordable prices as well! You wont regret your decision! ☺️

Never again my $50 dollar manicure and full set of nails I lost two days later and with it about 6 my nails half my nail came off with them.It was so painful.When I called to tell them what had happened and to ask what they were going to do and fix it the lady who pretended she didnt understand English and started screaming no refund the refund.So because of my treatment and The Blaze how is Aaron and the pain I was going in I called the health department and the Better Business Bureau because my fingers could have become infected with lost all my real nails.Recommends bags no one goes and gets all sales teams the pedicure that I got least painful they cut into my quick in my toes they werent gentle they were very rough Sonos I wouldnt even give them one star that I had to give at least four stars to be able to put a review.Whatever you do do not go through them and give these people any more money they are not professionals they are not even good at what they do are there basically to take your money and dont care after they get it.

Lou Nails is the best nail salon in Bristol, VA! They do a great work, always friendly and cheap!! I have been going to Lou Nails for 12 years and I will not go anywhere else. I have tried other nail salons over the years and they couldnt come close to Lou Nails!
