I would not go back to waste management for my trash pickup, due to the exorbitant price. However, to those looking to switch, DO NOT get White tail . Their price is low and so is there service. Youll be lucky to get your trash picked up one week a month. And forget contacting them. Youll be on hold, get no satisfaction, or reimbursement for continually missed pick ups.

Yard waste wenesday morning pickup last week they got it on Monday. Called everyday same run around. New driver, Lost sorry for the inconvenience. This week yard waste out on wenesday no pickup called wenesday and Thursday was told it would get picked up.got home from work no pickup, called again talked with manager. He talks with route manager will be picked up within an the hour . 2 hours later truck went down the street not to return to get our waste

I was using residential trash removal service from Waste Management for years. Until recently, their service was OK. However, starting this summer, the reliability of their service was extremely poor. They started constantly missing trash removal pickups for several months and sometimes late at night.. Finally, they announced that they would be only picking up once a week instead of the twice a week pickups but with only a 15% discount but with several added on charges for environmental fees, fuel fees, etc. When I tried to cancel their service they announced that they had a $108 cancellation fee. STAY AWAY FROM WASTE MANAGMENT. CURRENT MANAGEMENT HAS TURNED A RELIABLE COMPANY INTO AN OVER-PRICED AND UNRELIABLE ONE WITH VERY QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! There are many other choices for far less money that provide far better and reliable service without all the additional fees.

Recently I am really happy with your service. every week not sure if to place the trash out or not. In most cases emails came out the day of the pick up. Just received a letter the service with be just once a week. Are you give half off on the bill, by the way you guys the most expensive to begin with. I paid next bill but will switch the service to different provider as most of my neighbors after taking to them.

The drivers are excellent 5 stars for then i called them a month ago and asked for my price to be adjusted to what my neighbors are paying they just moved in and they got a better price than me because of the white dear competition. A week after my price adjustment i get a letter saying services are cut back 50 percent to once a week my price didnt adjust by 50 percent so did you really give me a deal ????

For last so many weeks, we dont have trash people pick up trash on Tuesdays. Tuesdays and Fridays are our set days to pick up trash. We put our trash out on Monday evening and it would still be there on Tuesday or until Friday.

I see You plan on providing one day, on Fridays, pick up per week for all trash in my area.During the summer months Friday is not a good day for one pickup per weekWe normally cut the grass on weekend, the bags of the grass clipping will be stored in the backyard for 6 days and decomposing, and releasing bad odors...if we have a party on Saturday, the trash will be stored for 6 days in the backyard, it will smell.I would suggest Monday or Tuesday for a once a week pickup day

Service is terrible and inconsistent. The Tuesday pick-up is usually re-scheduled at the 11th hour and pushed to Wednesdays. Then Wednesday comes and the trash is hardly ever picked up (maybe 30% of the time). The service is quite expensive and I am considering changing due to the inconsistency and rates.

Horrible my cans are placed in front of my driveway after they pick up always. Hard to pull in from work with cars parked on rd that way. Now my trash was not picked up Wed I called they said they would be out Wed eve or Thursday. Friday still not picked up can not contact anyone with holiday. I called twice talked to someone first time second time left a message. If that did not help doubt email nonlocal center will help. My pick up is tomorrow again we shall see what happens.

Delays every week, rescheduling, missing pickups when my camera shows truck driving past my house. Eventually going down to one pickup per week for same price. Poor service and depleted staff.

I watched as they took my recyclables but not my waste can that were next to each other, but than write a note saying he couldnt reach my can? But Ive been putting it in the same spot for almost a year now. Straight laziness.

These guys left my trash can full of trash on Monday and Thursday, Im very tired of seeing my cans not emptied. I bought a new can and they destroyed it. Very very possessed off with this company.

Elli Vendril is our trash collector and is doing a great job, answers any questions I might have and is always friendly. Only 4 stars because Ive never given 5 yet to anyone but he was damn close.

They told me nothing will be charged on my account after I cancelled the service. Now I got a bill for $97.50 for removing the bin. What kind of charge for just taking back your bin and you expect to get almost $100. Seriously? No wonder you got a bad reviews

This company has to be the worst Ive ever dealt with for anything. They make promises they have no intention of keeping and above all do not do the service that you pay for. I pay my invoices through an auto payment so they get every invoice in full and on time. My trash and recycles are constantly being missed and skipped over and over a dozen customer service representatives and several supervisors have no issue lying to customers that it will be resolved.

My garbage man stopped at my house just to tell me he didnt see my trash can when he drove by earlier so he cant pick it up. Except our conversation literally took longer than him picking up trash would have and I did have it out earlier. Lazy and rude and it seems like their custonee service is too.

My quarterly bill goes up and the service goes down. Waste Management will not do anything to work with you when it comes to lowering your bill. No loyalty to long standing customers regardless of the years you have been with them. Unbelievable!

Terrible customer service. They miss pick ups and blame you saying the items werent out when they were out the night before. Yard waste was out on Tuesday for Wednesday never got picked up. Called to complain was told we will get it within 48 hours. Never showed. Call again on friday they said your number 18 on the list....never showed again. They dont want your business.

Today is 4/26/19.our trash has been picked up & the young black man (about 25 yrs. old )on the truck walked our can up the driveway & put it next to the house. this isnt the 1st either. pls thank him for me.

Got tell you your guys are flying down streets. Tearing out wires and then blame on the home owners. And then only do half pick up.then when call your customer service for help they lie to you about pick up.and my question is why do you call it a double pick up when your not coming back till the next trash pick up. Class act I tell you guys have.

Their bulk pick up is the worst part, have had little to no issues with other services but when LARGE items such as mattresses are left curbside for weeks due to them neglecting to pick them up it makes the company as a whole look terrible.
