Covid-19 hit I was going to be out of work unless I got a computer to work from home. Easyhome helped me got me set up with a computer bi weekly payments today my computer just wasnt working I called the told me to come up and they will get me another one .I clocked out went in didnt take a minute I had another computer ... THANK YOU EASYHOME

My boyfriend rented a bedroom set and they took a payment out of my bank card when i never authorozed it. Mgr was very rude saying i distroyed a couch which was a prejudice remark cause i am heavy. Not allowed back in store but it wont break my heart

The woman who answers the phone ( Mindy )is extremely rude and disrespectful. She cussed me, threatened me and my husband, as well as threatening to cause him trouble with his job and screamed at me on the phone before hanging up on me, TWICE. She left a threatening voicemail as well all because of ONE missed payment. She kept degrading my husband referring to my husband as a thief. They not once came by the house. Ever! They called a few times, and me calling them back was me responding to their calls. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Walked into easy home today, didnt get any kind of assistance’s at all. Sat in the store for about 10 minutes while the employees working sat and watched me. They didn’t speak to me, they didn’t ask me how I was doing or anything, so I left and went to Aarons! Awful service, everyone working needs to be fired ASAP.

My Father-in-law got a lawn mower from them and had to send it back 3 different times and told them repeatedly that it was cutting uneven and he gets it back the last time and it is still cutting uneven call and talk to him and he refuses to fix it so its going back and after he gets the living room suite and televisions paid off more than likely he want go back bad experience with them he wouldnt recommend anyone go there
