For several years, my brother Dorman had a pre-paid funeral contract with Dunn Funeral Home. As he became less capable, I helped him from Florida, and my son helped him from MA. We were sad to have to use Dunns services in late January, but pleased with how they handled everything. Jeff Meyer was thoughtful and kind and thorough with all the details. I sincerely thank Jeff and his staff for lightening our worries and taking good care of Dorman and his family.

Jeff Meyer was incredibly helpful when I appeared unannounced looking for information on my relatives from the 1930s. He was patient and knowledgeable as he pulled out old leather ledgers and was able to find the requested genealogical information. I am extremely grateful!
Dunn Funeral Home handled the arrangements for my mother when she died suddenly in January 2018. I was underwhelmed by the service provided by the funeral home. No one greeted us at the door when we arrived and the staff member lurked in the background near the end of the wake. I went to visit my mothers grave for the first time on Mothers Day, I had difficulty finding the grave because it did not even have a temporary marker. When I mentioned to the funeral director how upsetting this was, he had replied that they didnt usually provide them, but sometimes did if it was requested. He showed no emotion, no caring and no empathy. I wish that I was able to give the funeral home less than one star. I suggest the funeral director go somewhere to learn empathy and caring.
