I never had an issue with Bridge until we moved out and all of the “damages” charges came. My roommate and I were charged for damages that were caused by tenants before us that we had never even seen before. And when I tried to contact them to dispute the charges no one responded. This was extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend renting through them unless you want to be taken advantage of.
Would highly advise not leasing through this company. They are skilled in taking advantage of your security deposits and drastically overcharging for damages. Severe lack of communication between Nichi and tenants. The entire duration of our lease we had a broken drier that was never fixed, in return, I spent the entire semester taking my laundry to a laundromat. Aside from that, they are charging us for damages that were previously done. They never scheduled a walk through when we first moved in, so now we are liable for over $2500 in damages. Absolutely ridiculous. Best of luck if you do decide to lease with them.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of communication between management and tenants. I am going to be missing church today as you have allowed for a private 3rd party company to come and tow our cars with limited prior subjective knowledge. Many blessings to your company.
I wish I had of did a little more investigating before moving in. How do you remodel apartments and the supplies are still ragedy? A lawsuit is definitely going to happen if they dont do better! Ridiculous!!!!
Entire business model is taking advantage of college students. Would not recommend them as a landlord to anyone.
These reviews are kind. I think most folks would have been even harsher
Couldnt recommend renting from these people
