Overall I suppose they are okay. I like that you can vacuum and detail your car after the wash for no charge. Do not sign up for the fast pass or the advanced wash its over priced and does not do a better job than the inexpensive wash. The attendants are suppose to rinse both sides and the fender wells. They do not, if your lucky they might halfway rinse the left side the right-side attendant is never in position and they do not rinse fender wells at all. If you have a really expensive car I do not recommend taking it through there. We took our Cadillac through there and it ripped the rear quarter off of the bumper. The attendants did nothing they just stood there and watched as my husband picked up the panel and took pictures of the damage and didnt say a word. We canceled the fast pass immediately and reported the damage and still have not heard back from them.

After I declined the fast pass and just wanted a basic wash today, the lady didn’t seem too interested in the following questions I had about getting the monthly fast pass later on. Then I pulled into the bay and stopped when the guy told me to and put my car in neutral. Since it was in neutral and I was supposed to have my foot off the brake, my car rolled about 6 inches and stopped on its own. The guy working the lane said “stop dumba**” as I was closing my back windows. So I heard what he said even though he probably thinks I didn’t while my car was rolling a little bit on its own. I didn’t say anything while I was there because I doubt it would have done much good anyways.I didn’t think I would get a response. I would be too embarrassed too if I were you.

They just re opened and it is GREAT! the staff is so much more friendly than before and the quality of the wash was great. I got a monthly membership and went through for the second time and they even asked what they should focus on more for the rewash. Definitely recommend this place. Keep up the great work.

I had a monthly plan from the previous owners of this car wash, which I was very pleased with. After being left in the dark as to what was going on when they closed for a remodel, I pull in one day to find out that my previous plan was no longer honored.Then came the hard close on signing up for a new plan at a higher price. I basically had to argue with the guy to get through the gate to get back out of line. I did use the new car wash after the remodel, and if anything, it should be cheaper than it was before. My truck was almost as dirty as it was before I went through the carwash. After using the vacuum, I realized they must have changed those out as well. I rarely leave a review for any business on Google, but my experience here was really surprising. I was caught off guard by the condescension and rudeness of the employee I dealt with. I have since signed up for monthly plans for our vehicles with a competitor down the road and couldnt be happier.

I will start off by saying if you like the independence of being able to drive up and select which wash you would like to do, pay for it, and drive around well you already won’t like this place, they literally will not allow you to use the machine by yourself, they have to select the wash that you pick and they swipe your debit card for you. I have asked once before why they do that and was told that it was their job.. okay no big deal, moving on. I went back yesterday to gave it another try and was asked why I didn’t want to pay $20 promo for the month of unlimited washes I explained that I do not use it enough to pay monthly fees for car washes and that I just wanted a basic $8 car wash the lady then says well if you come through twice it pays for itself, again. I do not want anything automatically coming off of my card, I do not pay monthly subscriptions for car washes and she finally lets me go, I get up to the entrance and as I’m rolling my window up the guy spraying the cars looked at me and said feet off of the pedals, put it in neutral and proceeds to spray me in my face/eye with soapy water and I did not even get as much as a sorry from him! This place is AWFUL! I would much rather pay the extra money and put in the elbow grease at a basic car wash then to be treated so poorly!

Works very well, especially the upper end washes. However it’s very expensive to me when you want the better wash. $40/month is the best package. I have the $17.50 per month least expensive one and it does a fair job.

One of the best car washes in town. I love the choices, and convenience of entry and use. They have a great vacuum and cleanup station with spray bottles and clean towels to finish inside cleaning.

Update: On 5/28/21 I was informed that as of June 1st all customers who previously had unlimited wash plans from when it was called Southern Classic will have their accounts closed. For the 3 weeks in which we were unable to use the car wash due to the remodel we will get a special introductory rate they offer to everyone else who is new... Whats worse is that the rates have skyrocketed and are now limited in the amount of washes per month. This is the only car wash in our area that does this. Awful owners. Time to move onI am a little conflicted about posting this review. As a little background, I have had a monthly car wash plan with Southern Classic for the last 3-4 years. Over that time my wife and I used the car wash daily and at one time paid for two separate plans before they offered the multi car plan. Very few times in those years was I disappointed with the quality of my wash.Enter the remodel. At first I heard nothing but good things from the employees. New equipment, replacing rusted doors, more money from new owners to fix some of the small things they needed around the wash.I was excited and patiently waited the three weeks as they went over the original deadline even though I was charged for a full month of washes I could not receive. Then the soft opening happened. I was excited about it and showed up within the first few days. I immediately noticed the makeover and saw that I was now Platinum tier, one tier under a new wash that was added.Going through the car wash I noticed that many of my old perks are gone. The armour all tire coating, the intial Red waterfall of soap that always provided a glorious scent. Instead you know receive a very basic wash and all old customers were moved down a tier while losing features. To make it worse, the car wash does not even perform its job as well. The new brushes inside under perform, to soap does not cover my lifted truck very well or my wifes mini van. All and all I am disappointed. My wife and I are now on the search for a new car wash, one that can perform its job to better standards.

Had a one month trial introduction and liked the service and location. Cancelled apparently one day late, incurring another monthly charge. Went to the wash to start a family plan. The agent should have seen the Ultimate plan that I couldnt see and convert it to the family plan. I ended up with two plans, one that I clearly didnt need. Called their office to eliminate the double charge and verify the family plan and they wouldnt credit the double charge. I told them I cancel over it and they ignored the $600/year they should have made for the sake of $40.Not only terrible customer service, but people oblivious to economics. Duh! Im done. Go elsewhere for a wash plan.

Free vacuum, floor mat cleaner, and towels and glass cleaner provided. Would have been 5 stars but we had to go through twice because we purchased the platinum plus package and it only gave us the bronze wash the first time. Other than that completely satisfied with our visit. Overall much cheaper than paying for vacuum and wash at hand washes.

Not sure what equipment was changed but for $17 dollars I should have just waited for the rain to come. The old wash was much more efficient and effective. The front of the vehicle looked untouched and the attendant prewashed the left side of the vehicle and not the right. The new roller system doesnt allow time for newer vehicles to hit the brake to go into gear as they exit. The sign said Go but in the split second I tapped my brake to engage Drive, my car was immediately lifted by the roller and abruptly dropped as the roller continued. Of course the appeal here is the free vacuum, which is great if the vacuum actually worked.. 1 of the 2 I parked between had zero suction.. I used this wash previously on a regular basis. Unfortunately after the first visit since the updates, it will be my last.

The only expertise this company has is scamming. They are professional scammers. The car wash is not that good. The billing is even worse. They will continue to bill you even after you cancel the membership. You will have to get a new debit card. This has happened enough times in my locality that the banks are more than willing to swap your card for you, because they’ve seen this issue with Wash N Roll so many times. There are various posts regarding this issue, yet many fall for it anyway. Do not use this car wash unless you support being scammed. Like I said, the wash is not that good. The customer service is non-existent. Even after billing you if you have canceled your membership they will claim you are not on file and will not service you. Using this wash, just one time, proved to be a mistake.

I called to leave a message to cancel and the call was never returned. My debit card expired so I thought that would end it,nope! Charged AGAIN! at Bristol TN location,they couldnt find my membership to cancel! Their website isnt even legit! Person who answered at main corp number was very rude and lied! Ive been at work all day. She said I went thru car wash before lunch. How many people have they done this to?After speaking to a supervisor on 8-20-21,she refused to see fault! I will be canceling the promotional package early due to the fact that we went through with the wash twice and my car is still dirty. I was not the only one with compliance. The old man next to me in a little compact car said that the previous owners did it immensely better than what these guys were doing.

Ive visited twice. Was a regular of the previous establishment. Was hoping for better but sadly disappointed. Bugs are still left on the car even worse than the previous place! They have taken away the dancing rags ( what I call them lol ) that I believe is what helps get most of the bugs off. I have to go to the vacuum area, get some rags and cleaner and scrub off myself after paying $8.

Only problem i have is that some times the people dont wash the front of your car like they do sometimes and the biggest thing is that the one in piney flats doesnt recognize your all sticker and wont wash your car even know they are same places thats frustrating! Besides this im glad you all are here you all have good car washes!

They do a great job. Just need a little more Armoral on the tires and stocked supplies out at the vacuums. There was no window cleaner or towels last week. That had never happened before. I absolutely love the floor mat cleaner... amazing! Its a really good wash and spiff up for a fair price.

I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Last month we needed a wash before heading to FL. We were going to spend $12 on the wash itself but we were offered a $20 platinum wash that’s normally $40 that we could use for an entire month. No brainer, right? We used the car wash exactly twice during this period. This morning I noticed a $40 charge on my card and couldn’t figure it out. I went to Facebook and noticed people talking about the car wash subscription and put two and two together. We were NEVER advised this was a subscription. I immediately messaged their Facebook and sent an email asking for a refund and to cancel. They advised to call the number provided in ALL of the responses to the reviews below and they would “sort it out”. Spoiler! They definitely didn’t. I called. The rep just kept repeating herself about how I should’ve cancelled before the 20th. How can I cancel if I don’t know it’s a subscription? She wouldn’t do anything to help refund my money. I haven’t used the service. The charge just showed up today. As a new business, don’t you think you should do the right thing here and refund money for something that JUST withdrew today, I haven’t used and based on my history, probably won’t use in the future either? At this point, I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank and post all over social media about this experience. The rep kept over talking me and talking to me like an idiot, explaining what a subscription is. I’m familiar with the concept of a subscription. I’m not familiar with a business proposing something as a “promotion” and then skimming my card information the next month with no mention of this happening. If I could give less than 1 star, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Don’t respond to this review apologizing for this experience unless you plan to refund my money.

Wife’s car was scratched down both sides by their new equipment.Annoying salesman at the self service kiosk won’t let you buy the car wash you want to buy constantly trying to upsell the monthly recurring charge.Will not be back, don’t get your car scratched up and have to sit through an annoying sales pitch go somewhere else, like the salesman said “plenty of other car washes to go to”. Extremely rude and try to push you into their monthly wash packages. Paid $20 cash and they got frustrated with me when I didn’t want to give them a credit card for the “free trial”. Got through the car wash and it looked like I drove through a light rain, I immediately just drove 100 yards down the parkway and went to the self car wash. I honestly could have just thrown my $20 out the window, at least that way I wouldn’t have wasted my time too.

Best car wash in Bristol I really love the area after you go through the wash they have free vacuuming and they also supply towels and a bottle of all purpose cleaner. Your tires will also shine at the end of the wash they spray on tire shine. I would suggest paying for the unlimited wash package they put a little sticker on the inside of the windshield then all you have to do is pull up wait for the gate to open then proceed to the car wash.

I thought it was great!!! I used the top wash. When finished, my car look as if it was professional. The tires received tire dressing, and look new. The car shined from the wax it had received. The vacuum stalls were great also. The vacuum had great suction. I really liked that the window cleaner and microfiber towels were supplied.

Ive been to this place a few times, and each time it gets worse. Last couple times they didnt have any rags out. Ive paid for tire shine and didnt get it. I think Id rather go to a do it yourself car wash than pay $8 for one here. My car was happy she was being washed, but when she dried, you were able to see the flaws in the outcome. There were streaks all over her,her windshield was extremely streaky. It took a lot of window cleaner and elbow grease to get it clean. The only thing this establishment has in its corner is the free vaccum system . You may indulge yourself till 3the cows come home!

A really good car wash. They have done something, the wash is better then ever. My wife really likes the nice smell that is in the chemicals. I also noticed the wheels are cleaner and the dressing is more evenly applied.Good care wash, good value, friendly workers.We will be back.

This is the only place I have ever used when it comes to having someone else personally wash and detail the exterior and interior of my car. The prices r little on the steep side but they always make my car 🚗 look amazingly clean and plus my car 🚗 always smells immaculant as well. I always end up tipping the people who helped clean mg car as well cause as a server MYSELF, I know how helpful those cash 💸 tips can be and appreciative it makes an employee feel as well. So in the end i always end up spending $50 or more for the price of the service plus tipping the employees as well. Thanks for the amazing customer service and hard work!!!!

For the equipment to be new, it sure doesnt operate or clean like new. The entire right side of my car was still just as dirty as when I arrived there. Plus the badgering at the car wash station is unnecessary. A huge reason for myself and others no longer returning.

My only disappointment was seeing my car completed before another customer but since they arrived before me, I had to wait until their vehicle was finished & they were able to check out before I was called up for my vehicle. I had mud on all four rims and tires. The two guys working there didnt spray or brush them I had to take it to soft cloth and wash them after going through their wash.

Went to go get my oil changed and the head guy turned me away flat out refused to change my oil. He stated that he didnt feel like doing it and my money wasnt good enough. Go some where else to get you oil change. They have zero prefessionism.If I could give a zero star review I would. They dont even deserve a one star.

It leads one yo believe they are committed to the safety factors to prevent it. It’s worth noting that as of this the time of this review there are mire than 4,000 active cases in the TN county they are located in.3. There is nothing remotely resembling social distancing amongst any of their employees.4. Never any face coverings by employees.5. I run my car through that car wash every day and in the last 2 months there’s not been a single employee wearing a face mask.6. If you have a question their employees are so close in your face that they would pass Covid19 on to the driver. They’re literally about 6-8 inches from your face in the drivers seat. That is near or at the distance of oral intimacy. This is a huge problem as some employees are offended by asking them to step back. Their manager, Dillon doesn’t lead by example in wearing a mask. Keep in mind it is these very actions that provide community spread.When I see improvement on these issues I’ll give them a 5-Star review.

I had my daughters oil changed and tires rotated. Every single tire was not put back on correctly. Fluid levels were not as they said. I plan to report them to TBBB. I went here to make my daughters car safe for a trip. I would never go back or refer others to this establishment!

This place was good place to go until they started trying to play the face mask police. They insisted on me wearing a mask,,, while not one of them had a mask on. First time I have used this service since remodeling. Car wash didnt even get the bugs off, which I could wipe off with my hand without a scrub. Tires dirty. Most likely will continue to use the 1 month services, then cancel.

First time I ever used it Wallace Subaru gave me a token to get it washed after I had it serviced I did upgrade the wash this as I wanted to see how it did and the wash was good they had these big blowers at the end to get most of the water off your car and towels ay the vacuum area if you wished to clean your windows and wripe tour tires and wheels down will definitely use them again

They covered my back wiper blades with plastic to protect them! Thats a big deal to me in a 94 Toyota that I take pride in. But wait til you get to the detail area. They have clean damp cloths and window cleaner and car mat washers and the vacuums are wonderful and easy to use.

The car wash part didnt exactly get all the bug grime off the car. but the unlimited vacuuming alone makes the money worth it. And whatever cleaner is in those bottles is very good about not leaving streaks on the windows

Having had an excellent experience visiting about a dozen or so times also more importantly putting my BMW m5. Into the hands of an automatic wash took some doing so I purchased a months worth Ive washes IDK about 40 bucks. Well I brought my Volvo to simply vacuum it out and boom was asked to leave Im not sure if management knows about this but hopefully this gets through some female with curly long hair asked me to leave wow keep your washes fellows I will not be back to your establishment and I have quite the track record for when I say ever now how is this in violation of any policy I dont put your little decal on my BMW because its simply looks well as my grandmother would say.... Not good anyway considering the competitive market Im guessing time itself will shut you down not one mere BMW driver.

If i could post a picture of my car i would. What i enjoy most about this place, is i am pretty sure is is a soft cloth and DOES NOT cause paint swirls, which is really great. In addition they do supply cleaning microfiber cloths as well as window cleaner. I recommend bringing your own cloth for the windows, but i use the damp rags to wipe the places the car wash missed (usually just door jams and underneath rear spoiler) if you have a rear windshield wiper they even place a bag over it to prevent it from coming off. I have a factory spoiler with roof rack and a bug diffuser and never had a problem with anything breaking.

The guys here are so rude. I was driving down Volunteer pkwy when I heard a noise so I went to pull into express lube to check it out and the guy comes outside and without even hesitating he say, Hey you can’t drop your trailer here. I said, I wasn’t going to I was only stopping to look at my trailer for a minute. Then he says well you can’t pull this (meaning my excursion and trailer) thru the bay. So I pulled out and left. The

I’ve never used this kind of car wash before, only the automatic touch less kind. It did a very good job, my car looks like it was washed and waxed by hand.

Very good car wash for the price you pay. You also get to vacuum your car as well. The deal is definitely worth it. Be mindful of those with license plates attached to your tow hook!

Service was quick. However, they claimed to have checked things that they obviously didnt. One of my wiper blades was in bad shape and they had checked on the list they were good. Also, the fluid levels were not full when they was marked full. To top things off they are very pricey!Decent location, nice setup but poor service with high prices.

They do all they can to ensure your happiness if there is a problem they will wash again no questions asked. The vacuums work real well and they offer towels and window cleaner for your use. If there was any negative I would have to say that the towels are still a bit damp.
