The owners are very friendly and everything came out perfect and on quote time. They go above and beyond for their customers. Best repair shop in town and the only one I use now. Great service!

The service was great mechanic was great at his job but u could use some help at the desk to relieve him of running around so much trying to do both jobs. Under the circumstances he did wonderful. I believe his name is Dave.

I used to go there all the time. It was really the only place I used. Something changed. Last time I went in, it was 2 years ago and the consequences put my children in danger. I asked them to check my brakes and give me an estimate.This guy drives around the block then comes back and says “they’re fine, they’re not even making noise”.I said, “no they’re not, they’re spongy and they stick sometimes. I know something isn’t right and I already told you, I didn’t hear a noise. They need work I can feel it.”He says, “ma’am this is a heavy vehicle, maybe you aren’t stopping early enough.”I said, “dude, I have a cdl and drive a 20+ ton vehicle for work, I know how to stop a suv.”I didn’t appreciate being talked down to as if I was ignorant but thanked him for his time and left.Since this was my only vehicle, 2 days later I’m driving with 5 children in my car and I feel the brakes sticking. I go to slow down and I hear “crunch crunch crunch”, my brakes are on state street and I’m trying to stop. We were fine only because I knew what to do.I haven’t been back since and I don’t plan to. Their unprofessional advice put my children in danger. I’m only leaving this review now in the hopes that the owner will know that these things have happened.

Always willing to help even when I didnt have enough to pay, they let me have a tire and took me at my word that I would come back to pay, which of course I did.

The worse place I ever took my wifes car. They never fixed the problem and charged us 400$ I would not take my lawnmower there. They broke her oil dipstick and didnt even tell us.

This place is a rip off brought my car in thought it was my spark plugs and turns out I needed a new coil pack so after paying for spark plugs, oil change I then forked out over $150 to have the coils pack replaced well not even 2 months later they went out again so I took it back well no mechanics on duty because they all quit so I’m having to take it somewhere else to get it fixed and pay even more I tried to call and get in touch with the owner and we’ll surprise he’s out of town I will never take my car here again and will gladly take it to a place where they actually know what they are doing yes I will be paying more but in the long run at least I know the job will be don’t right the first time around

Cut you short on the phone need to learn to have manners probably wouldve ended up with one hell if a mechanic!

I do not recommend taking your car here. Brought my car in to have the ac checked waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes no one ever came to see what I needed. The mechanic came back from I assume a break and got into another customers car to move it in front of the bay to change a tire. He then backed her car into my parked car causing around 3500 worth of damage. The mechanic had a suspended/ revoked drivers license but was still allowed by the shop to drive customers cars. The mechanic and guy who claimed to be the manager didn’t really seem to care that it happened. Never heard anything from the owner That day and I filed an insurance claim with there insurance to have it fixed. So I don’t suggest going here and taking the risk of having someone with no license driving your car.

They were very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my SUV that another garage had been trying to figure out for over 3weeks. I took it to the Pit Stop and they fixed it in less than 45 minutes. Would recommend them.

Guy up front was nice the ones in the garage werent as nice. Once everything was done I left and pulled over to check at a different location to go over it all I then noticed my good tire was gone and they gave me my bald ones back to make money after I said I want all my tires back my tires were not balanced either woukd not go back I woukd def go to spare tire #3 on state street.

I was quoted a price of 60.00 + tax to repair my car. Took it there and the price quote had changed to $160.+ .tax. Chester never handled business this way!!!! This is BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!
