Solid service! Best is they quickly diagnosed for an older Honda. And removed the complexity and made it easy to understand. Car fixed 5/20/21, hopefully it should run good for at least a couple of more years.

They replaced my transmission in one day .Quick service and done right. and quoted me the cheapest price out of the four other garages that I called. I will return here. they are fair and that goes along way .

They do quick work and are upfront about what you need and what you dont. I never feel like I have to worry that they are going to try and get me to pay for additional work that was unnecessary and as someone who doesnt know a lot about cars, that is bordering on priceless.

I was referred to Franks by another resident of Bristol after receiving an extremely high quote for work on my tie rods on my late model Mercedes from a different garage. I was very anxious about the expense. Chris was the person that handled my car service. He was extremely professional, fair, and honest. He turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I am relieved to have found a business that takes pride in their work and provides such exceptional customer service. I will be using them in the future for any car service needs. I will be refering family, friends, and colleagues there as well.

These guys honestly gave the best Auto Service I have ever received. I originally got a quote for $2000 dollars and I called Franks for a second opinion. The guy laughed, advised me that I was being scammed, and had me bring the car over. He ended up charging me $100 to fix the problem and it has been working great since. When I asked him how it was possible that the quotes were so different he responded Our Dad raised us right and to not take advantage of people. He is absolutely correct. I would recommend them for their auto body service, customer service, and of course price.

Great customer service

Best service station for all our cars needs over the years. The sons have taken over the family business and have provided excellent service from basic maintenance like oil changes and brakes to issues like bad bearings. They are fast, fixed right the first time everytime, and repair just what you need . They dont ever taking advantage of the customer with excessive repairs, fake issues, or have one come in with one thing and leave with the car having a new set of issues. I am extremely grateful for these mechanics honesty and ability to keep our four cars going.I have had issues with many other garages not being honest over the years. One dealer lied and told me I needed my entire steering column replaced because there was a fast clicking sound when I made turns. I ran from their shop. It was the warning signal that the turn light bulb was burnt out and need replacing. Sadly many other garages in the past accidentally or intentionally created new issues immediately after the car was in for repair or inspection, such as letting out my air conditioning freon.Last time they saved me a $800 by referring me to another local shop for a low cost welding job on a muffler pipe, since they dont do welding in their shop. They explain the situation and informed me of my options of repair and the cost of each. My exhaust system was too rusted for them to replace the section of pipe with a hole in it. Their shop could only replace the entire system since they do not do welding. My muffler system was still in good shape and could be saved if the pipe section could be cut out and then have a section welded in.On top of it all, they are extremely pleasant and polite.The brothers have an integrity that is hard to come by today, carrying on a family business with pride. I wish all business were like this.

Family business, well established, knowledgeable in all areas and I have always trusted their work and judgement. They have NEVER failed me & do have the customer as a priority. Technicians are great to work with! Turnaround time from drop off to pick up is quick, cant ask for better. Always personable, you dont feel like a number. Work quality is superior and they do checking of the car (small items like fluid levels, belts, brakes, tires, etc.) while the car is there - BEYOND THE EXTRA MILE! So many other places want you in and out AND NO EXTRAS INCLUDED!!! Franks son Jim and Franks grandsons Chris and Dan have helped continue the family business of delivering great quality service and making the customer feel like they are important! As usual, they did a great job! Meineke refused to honor the warranty on my power steering unit. My steering wheel would freeze up on the highway. It would only unlock if I gave it the gas but, lately, before I brought it into Franks, it was even binding when I gave it the gas. It was scary! Dan found that the problem was with the main serpentine belt and replaced it instead of my power steering pump so, apparently, that was the problem. Im not just writing this because we are cousins through marriage to the Kucharsky family but, because I really do believe it.

I had a very bad experience with these people. They botch up my car years ago and they did bad things recently to see one one I know.Dont know how you can be in business for all these years . You do horrible work. You dont deserve 5 star. Not even close
