Have a 2017 Toyota Sienna that hit a raccoon. It broke my bumper, a/c condenser, and a few other parts. A mile down the road part of my radiator protector started flapping in the wind. I had to drive 7 hours sounding like a helicopter. The a/c isnt working properly after they replaced the condenser. Then, about a week later the bumper is falling off. They also, painted the new bumper and it is no where near where it should be. Looks awful! If you think about using these people think again! I could have used a guy in is backyard that could of done a better job! I brought it to the Joe Hudson in Alabama and they were laughing at the poor work! Ill post pictures later.

All around great experience. Im very happy with the outcome of my repairs and the professionaism of the shop. The front desk clerk is a gem. Any services needed in the future will be done here without a doubt.

I loved everything about my experience with this place until I went to pick up the car. We had a door replaced because someone side swiped us. The outside of the car looked great but when I opened the door it was a total mess. There were footprints everywhere, sticky goop all over the backseat, greasy handprints on all the doors, a huge streak of white grease up and down one side of the window, scratches on the wood grain in the middle console that werent there before, a crack in the trim around the inside door handle on the replaced door (which they offered to replace, but still). I couldnt believe they didnt make any effort whatsoever to clean up all the mess they made when doing the repair. Especially since they told me they had just detailed it when they gave me the keys. I guess detailing to them is washing the outside of the car because it looked absolutely flawless. Then, after they brought someone out (twice, because he still didnt get it all the first time) to wipe the car out, the car wouldnt start when we went to leave (which has never happened since we bought it). They had to come boost our battery and told us it was probably from where they had it hooked up to run tests on it as that process can drain the battery. That may very well be true but after the experience we had been having up to that point it was really just the icing on the cake. The customer service experience I had all the way up to this point was absolutely great. They were so professional and went the extra mile to keep me updated every step of the way and made me feel so confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Thats why I was so disappointed when I picked up the vehicle in the condition it was in. After this experience I just cant recommend them to anyone else and I wont be returning there for any repairs of my own. I gave them 3 stars instead of less simply on the strength that their customer service was great. As for their staff doing the actual repairs, I cant speak on them in the same manner.

So far so good. They informed me yesterday that they found additional damage and had already cleared it with my insurance. Very nice.

My mother’s Hyundai was repaired by Hudson’s 2-3 months ago. when I saw what happened in the wreck I thought the car would be totaled, luckily it was not her fault. However they assured her it could be fixed and fixed correctly. When I took her to trade it in last week because it hasn’t drove correctly ever since the accident we were stunned at the offer from the dealer. They told us they could not offer book value on trade in due to poor paint and body repair work. RUN away!

I picked up my car and when I bring it out in the light the bumper is a completely different white than the rest of the body. This is a Toyota so it shouldnt be hard to replicate it.

JHCC made the repair process on my Ford Edge quick and easy. I simply dropped off my vehicle and they handled the rest, they uploaded detailed pictures of the damage from the auto accident to my Geico app and kept me updated every step of the way right up until time of pick up. My vehicle looks better now than the day it was purchased, they do excellent work! 10/10 recommend.

Great job on the car repair as expected, but so much more. Customer service was excellent. Got the estimate right away and they were able to take the car in the shop within just a couple of days. They got the repairs done ahead of schedule, called me with updates and cleaned the inside of my car, which was a great, totally unexpected surprise! I was able to leave the rental car with them for pick up, which saved me that hassle. Overall, great job and awesome service. Highly recommend!!

I took my car by Stallings this morning for an estimate on solvent damage to the clear coat. Chad looked at the damage, and said he could fixed it if I could wait. After a half hour in the garage he pulled the vehicle out in perfect condition AND NO CHARGE! Truly amazing in this day and age. Use them... all great folks that I met.

Very courteous. Showed up rather early for an estimate they were not only courteous they went out of their way provide said document. I have seen their work very impressive. Will keep posted as soon as insurance company contacts me with the okay. Even if that fails I will definitely have them paint my hood for me. Of course it had to be on backorder.
