I came here to get my nails feet and eyebrows done and had a bad experience. First they forgot me for a half hour in the room to get my eyebrows done. I had to remind them I was there. Then they didn’t do my eyebrows but call me to sit and get my nails done. The guys starts my nails but can’t do the shape I wanted (coffin) the shape was horrible and the nail wasn’t smooth. Then I asked for a simple French tip and they said they couldn’t do that either. And I would have to be charged extra because what I wanted was similar to a style they charge extra for. I didn’t even get my eyebrows or my feet done. I will not be coming back. If you want square lumpy nail one soiled color then this is your first choice

After waiting for like 40 minutes, I asked to get my gel off and get a new gel color on my natural nails. They burned my skin while filling my nail and ended up with some uneven color on my nails.

Gel nails will last you 1 whole month

TERRIBLE. I asked for coffin and she made them a skinny square. Polish was terrible. Going to my regular nail tech to get them fixed. Wont be going back.

This place is a scam! They charge you for everything, why do i have to pay for shaping AND a design ? And the shaping wasn’t that great either. The employees are ok, but the service is horrible. I don’t recommend!

I can most definitely approve Eagle Nails for the simple fact that I have been getting my eyebrows waxed here for almost 5yrs. I find their vibe to be friendly and homey. I bring my daughter to get her nails painted here every 2 weeks.

Labor Day saving grace! Didnt realize that nail salons would be closed on Labor Day (dont ask). I went to 5 shops and they all were closed. I absolutely needed a pedicure and was hoping to get a manicure as well. I found myself just driving around scanning store fronts and then my prayers were answered. I saw the front door open and one car in the lot. Just as I got to the door Kim, the nail tech seemed like she was leaving. With a little pleading; I must have looked really desperate, she agreed to give me a pedicure. As she locked the gate behind me she said you want a manicure too? Music to my ears! She too forgot it was a holiday until she called a coworker asking if everything was ok. Such a perfect coincidence. I enjoyed conversing with her and I will be back to see how I like the shop. My experience felt very VIP as it was only her and I.

They are Sssooo bad!!! All my gel chipped off the same day. I went back to get it done over. The French is so sloppy. The white mixed with the pink. I will NEVER go back. DO NOT GO to eagle nails on Boston Ave.

Charged me for dip powder (something new that they have been trying to get me to buy) $45. So I tried it and it peeled off 1 hour later. I went back and it peeled off a hour later again. I go back on Monday (closed on Sunday’s) the lady wanted me to get the dip AGAIN! I told her that I wanted gel (gel, my usual $25 job and $6 in design) they would not refund my additional $20 and made me pay for my cousin that I brought for a $10 manicure and my design. Mind you I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years... No customer courtesy at all. Don’t go here that don’t appreciate or deserve ones hard earned money!

My nails literally didn’t last a week! Nail teach rushed.

Just recieved a refill...looks worse then when i went in. Didnt even try to fix it after i tild her they look horrible. ...just paid and left with my nails half done. Beware of this place. Very disappointed.
