Missed this place Ssooo much.. and its been almost a year because of covid-19 😒😒🙄 but Im happy they are still around and are doing well. The virus didnt affect them or their business as it did return most others🙌🏾🙌🏾❣️💅💅

I come here often one time i complained about the way the guy at the first seat to the left did my nails because i was very unsatisfied ! And since they give me a really hard time . Even though i am always a great tipping customer . They told me they didn’t take appointments ans once i came in and they took some body else over me and said she had a appointment . Also i came in and requested Cole he was working with one person and said i will be next the guy asked me to leave and wait in the car ans immediately after me allowed someone to come in and wait in the same seat i was just asked to leave ! They are going DOWN HILL WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM ! And i will not be back !

Its been 10 days and I am already missing a nail and another on the way just lifting. Called to see if I can get a free fix since it is way to early for missing nails and was told I had to pay! Bummer! At least the people who work there were nice to me. The nail work could had been better.

I usually go to Cole (I actually don’t know how to spell his name). He is amazing. He works really hard to make sure the nails you’re getting done is to the best of his ability. He sizes them precisely. They don’t look too bulky or sloppy. The shape is consistent. I love going.Everytime I go in there, the environment is usually pretty friendly. The pricing could be a little better but compared to this other Nail Salon on Capitol Ave in Bridgeport, the prices here are amazing.I highly recommend this place to try.

They were great when they started. Now everything is rushed and they dont pay attention to detail like they used to. A bit dissatisfied and disappointed in my last visit. But Im loyal to P..r so I keep going back.

This establishment has the worst customer service and customer loyalty I have ever experienced. The workers are rude! I was accused of stealing services because they refuse to accept debit cards to avoid paying fees (which is questionable during a PANDEMIC). However, I suggested that I go next door to the ATM and the lady at the register got loud and snobby with me in front of everyone in their establishment as if I didn’t want to pay. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. I will never go back to this place.I was satisfied with the way my nails turned out but there’s a million mail techs in the Bridgeport/Stratford area that would never mishandle their customers!

I have found a place to make my nail beautiful and I am very satisfied I will definitely come back every two weeks.

Nail techs are very nice to work with they were friendly and concerned about how I wanted my nails to look. My first time there and will make this my regular place for now on as my previous place made my nails look thick. Clean spot.

Was going here for the last 2 years- went today- got cut on two fingers. Technician acknowledged it and proceeded to try to put acetone on the cut!!!! No way, I got an apology but no discount... that’s poor customer service. I mean I still expect to pay, but at least give me a discount for my wounds!!!!

Very expensive, gel manicure and pedicure $80.00. Smh!

Only place I go. Ive travel to some of the trendiest cities for nsils, yet only go here.

How do you choose who you would like to take care off and who you don’t..Isn’t it suppose to be first come first serve..So because all I needed was to cut my nails down because of work and some older lady comes in after me for a full set and pedicure she gets serve before I do..I would never even if it’s the last nail salon open would I step a foot in there ever again..

Clean place, but not friendly, they nickel and dime you for everything. Was my first time there, dont think Ill be going back. When I asked the women to fix my eye brow she got upset and tried to tell me that my eye brows were the issue not the way she did them. Okay first time anyone has ever said that to me. Not for me...you have been warned...

Peter has been doing my nails for at least 8 yrs and he is the best I always have a great experience,him and his wife are like family thank u for ur years of service

I’ve gone to this place a couple of times and the few times that I’ve gone here, the man that does my nails always does them so rushed! Smh. The first time he did my nails he cut me. The second time (which was today) he didn’t do my polish good. I had the gel polish done and it came right off when I got home. I’m very disappointed. I paid almost $40.00 for these nails and the job wasn’t well done. I wish I can go back tomorrow to get them fixed but I work everyday. As a result to such bad experience they have lost a customer. I will NOT be returning back here for any other services.

I had gel polish on my toes which they put the gel polish on 2 weeks prior to my last visit this Saturday and they wanted to charge me 10.00 to take off the gel polish that they put on. That is craziest thing I ever heard. You pay top dollar to get your nails and feet done and they want to charge you to take the polish off your toes. Nevermind mind them I have been to other salons in the Bridgeport area and never had to pay to remove gel polish from my toes before.

There is only one man at this salon who knows how to do nails well. (MING)Dont dare tell any of the women that a piece of black lint is in your pink nail polish... They have horrible attitudes! I was so dissapointed in my treatment and I will never return. They have a poor selection of polish colors and I witnessed them using the same utencils for pedicures. I rate them a 0

Very clean and professional! the staff is kind and inviting they treat you like family, i get my waxing and gels done there and whatever picture i give them they copy it to the T!

If you pay with credit/debit cards you dont get a hole in punch card and get charged an extra 2 dollars to use your card they want guest to pay with cash to get a punch card hole to save money after 5 visit
