Horrible have been waiting for my furniture for 2 days from Big Lots!! Just received notification That company will be unable to make delivery Today..I slept on rug on floor last night..my sofa & mattress are still Not here. And they had the audacity to try & reschedule me Yet again for delivery in El Paso,Texas. I confirmed with 3 different agents my delivery for yesterday. .then finally agreed to Reschedule Saturday between 2-4pm..now they cant fulfill that commitment. Lousy Pick Up service..do Not use them! Call local moving company less expensive & assurance you will get your items in timely manner.

Due to a tornado FedEx cancelled a delivery on a Friday afternoon. MCS printed the documents and executed the delivery over an hour away on a Friday night. I will recommend them to everyone I know who does business in the Bridgeport area.
