I was happy it was located right in holiday inn since I was dropped off there by the airport shuttle with 3 bags of luggage! The transactions both before and after were easy. The staff, Gabby and Estefany, were friendly and professional. I will definitely rent from there again.

This location is here to get you there! Walk ins are always welcome and pick up and drop off service is always available 8-5pm for no additional cost. This location always has manager specials and will price match other competitors. Always have a solution for the customer and really great energy behind the counter 😀

Literally had no car available for people who were not calling from an insurance company. My car broke down and I needed a car for the weekend to do groceries until I get the car fixed but I was denied the rental because they need to keep a few in case insurance companies call 🙄☹️

Friendly, efficient and speedy service. Easy drop off with ride home. Lyft available for pick up as well. Will definitely use their service again!

Very nice guys. However waiting to drop a car off outside of the lunch hour is very frustrating. There isnt a drop off box and when you call they say a few minutes but really at least a 40 minute wait for someone to come back.

I showed up at 5:45 pm to pick up my reserved car and the store is closed. So much for being a Hertz Gold Member. Nowhere does it say on my reservation that the store closes at 5 pm. Very disappointing. Also called customer service and they said I can pick up a car tomorrow. Really? That was unhelpful ... so we called a taxi ...10/07/18 also no one from Hertz monitors these reviews ... they should

Absolute disaster. Called to reserve a vehicle - was told they were open until six. Then I called to confirm the car was ready a few hours later and they said they’re only open until five. I said I can be there by 5:15 but no earlier with traffic. The woman on the phone, Gabriella, said no problem- I will be here when you get here. I get there and the lights are off and the door is locked. No phone call to tell me not to come, nothing. So I had to get an Uber home because my ride was gone. Unacceptable. Will never give hertz my business again.

When we arrived at the rental location there was a paper sign taped to the door saying that the agent would be back shortly. After several minutes of waiting we called the number listed on our reservation. We were given an estimate of 30 minutes of waiting. We thought this was odd given we had a reservation to pick up the car fifteen minutes before we called, but settled in to wait. We ended up calling two more times, each time after the previous time estimate had run out, and each time given the same 30 minute wait time. All in we didnt receive our car for 2 hours and fifteen minutes after our scheduled pick up time. We were in town for a wedding, only for the weekend, and wasted valuable time waiting for our car and desk agent to show up. I personally find this wait time unacceptable and I do not recommend this Hertz location. If you must rent a car in Bridgeport use another company, but I would recommend going to another town entirely based on other reviews I have read.

Pushy front desk insists you join the Priority Club before you can get any rest. They must get points for signing new members. Spam email doesnt stop

They do not take debit cards

Most of the time you will get the car you want but some time I had few issues.

Horrible service the place is never open you call the people say there in the garage it takes them about 30 min to come assist you the staff is ghetto uneducated bad for business

Please be careful! This animal, I used to rent a car at the airport nearby. He has a promotion Rent 6 days for free for 1 day. Its a hoax. I was hit by additional money on the 7th and when I entered the line, waiting for the cars return + waiting for a call and arguing with the call center for nearly 80 minutes, he added another 1.5 hour penalty charge, accusing me of sending the car. Delayed !If you are a foreigner, try to avoid this company
