If I could give zero star I totally would . Staff is not friendly and their so called manger Ryan Moore won’t do anything to help you if you have any issues. This guys should never be a manager, period. They’ll just say sorry, but we can’t help. Be careful with their cars and inspect twice. THE WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! Will call their corporate office to repot too.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, I had reserved a mid-size car approximately a week in advance and there was only a compact car available. The car given to me was almost empty of gas which I didnt realize when I took the car and had a bit of worry about getting to a gas station before the tank was empty. The car was clean.

The Good: Jessica Brooks was awesome, she got me into a rental after I had an accident and my car was in the shop. She was professional and cordial. She got me in and out without no issues. She explained and when over the paperwork with me in detail.The Bad: Another Associate charge my card without my consent after I told him to hold on because the insurance was the one that extended my rental and they were paying for it. He did not waited and did it anyway. I felt violated by this person I think his name was Ryan.

I reserved a car with Budget three weeks ago and i recvd a call as i boarded the plane to CT that they didnt have a car for me. Franticly called and spoke Farith Vilchez who was nicer in person when we arrived and i was able to rent a vehicle. When returning the vehicle i was helped by Ryan Stone. When visiting the area again and i will often because my grand lives near. I will use Enterprise EVERYTIME!!! Congrats to the management for the employees that are representing the company in a courteous and respectful manner. Thanks again!!!

The worst experience I have ever had trying to rent, a car they make me jump through so many hoops and in the end I walk out with my hands empty,all of this after having an appointment set up with my insurance company. I hate it, if I could give them 0 stars I will🤮👎🏼

I was just NOPED out of this Enterprise office because I didnt know to bring a Utility bill with me. Enterprise has changed their Renter Requirements and on top of everything else they ask for they also need a utility bill if you are using a debit card, (even if your card is a debit/credit card) unless you are active military duty, which the representative declined to mention. I have been an Enterprise Plus member for quite some time but do try to avoid renting from them because it is a hassle. If you are in from another state and need a rental, I VERY STRONGLY suggest you go through another company or make sure your transportation stays until you are in the rental. I dont know of ANY other place ANYWHERE that requires a utility bill to rent a car. I have attached their Renter Requirements because when you reserve a car online they cant be bothered to mention it. Also the Ready Pass when you prepay only say to bring your license and payment. This is a classic bait and switch and I encourage anyone else who has had this happen to them to contact the local Attorney General Office.

Today I showed up at the Enterprise Rent a car at 370 North ave Bridgeport. The sign out side the building states, please wait here for assistance, I waited outside the building until I was invited in by Ryan Moore. At the time of the reservation been booked, 3 persons walked in and sat down. Ryan Didn’t even ask anyone to leave and wait outside like the sign asked. There was no Sanitizer to use on my hands while in the building. No one was cleaning or wiping after customers. In the middle of a Corona virus pandemic where safety is paramount Enterprise Car Rental is doing absolutely nothing to protect its customers!!!!!Very Upset!!!!

I asked for a car and the manager RYAN MOORE gave me a mini van for a week, i asked numerous times or a smaller anything. After a week of having the mini van I went in to get something smaller,he was very rude took the rental keys from me told me I had to give him another $200 for a deposit after I already put on down. He never told me where my first $200 deposit went, when I kept asking him to clarify he got very loud and told me he closed out my account and to get off the property and he or nobody else there would Help me. He threatened to call the cops on me for no reason.I will never do business with them again!!!

Had a reservation for 8 months for our vacation. Went there to pickup. They were about to give is a van while the last people were still in it. What about cleaning?? I forgot my wallet. Asked to come back in 20 minutes. They said they close in 20 minutes. Couldnt even help out a customer in need. They told me to come back next morning at 9 when they open. Got there at 9 on the dot. Was told they opened a little earlier and gave my rental away. Wasted trip! Never again!!!

Had to have my personal vehicle in the shop for a dent and then rent a vehicle through insurance with enterprise. Deposited $150.00 in which I was supposed to get back once i returned the vehicle. I’m not a smoker, never have been and when I called to ask for the $150 back the guy says that there was smoking in the car and that the vehicle needed to be detailed (dog hair was also on the front seat of the car drivers seat) but I can’t see how that would cost $150. Never doing business with enterprise again lol

The staff at Enterprise on North Avenue in Bridgeport CT were sooo efficient and courteous. I needed a last minute switch to my rental because I had an extra person traveling with me and I needed to switch cars because of the size. This was not a problem for them. They switched the vehicle for us last minute without hesitation. As I was on the road with the vehicle, I had a few questions come up and I called the office a few times. They had patience and were very respectful as they assisted me. The whole process was smooth. The vehicle was ideal and tidy. Even the automated service was great and I usually lose patience for automated services. I didnt have to yell in my phone one time..thats rare. I would recommend them, especially at this location. I dealt with a few people and their customer service was great. I will definitely use them again.

Worst experience I ever had with Enterprise. When I called to make my reservation, I was told to bring my ID and my debit card. I had to hitch a ride from a friend to get to the Enterprise location I was renting from, as I do not have a car. Upon arriving there, the manager helping me asked for my ID and my debit card and stated I also needed a copy of a bill in my name showing a $ 0 balance. I told him I was not advised of this and therefore did not have a copy on me, to which he responded that I have to pull it up on my phone. I dont have a data plan so I told him I cant do that, but if he would let me use the computer inside the office I can pull up my electric bill, but he refused. My ride had already left and was not picking up the phone and I was stuck there. I told the manager that now my ride left and I have no way to get back home, and pleaded with him to let me use the computer inside so I can pull up my bill. He refused again and kept saying that I should have had it on me when I got there, to which I responded that if I was TOLD to bring it, I would have, and blamed their sub par customer service for not relaying that information to me. Since it was not my fault, I begged him to be understanding and make an exception or at least let me use the computer there and I would have no issue pulling up a bill for him to verify. He refused once again and left me no choice but to WALK HOME 5 MILES AND BACK AGAIN just to get a piece of paper that could have been just as easily falsified to show a $0 balance (point is that this paper they ask for is pointless since they dont actually call the company to verify anything)So this MF A**hole made me walk all the way home for nothing, was not one bit empathetic that I was not given correct information and totally unwilling to be a good manager and help the customer out. I will NEVER forget the day Enterprise made me feel like a fool and walk 10 miles for a useless piece of paper.(Bridgeport, CT location on North Ave btw) stay way from this place by all means, nobody gives a sh*t about customers there.

The service was below par. Long wait outside in the hot sun and the customer behind me was turned down and the customer service person did not try to help her. The enterprise person just kept putting more demands on the prospective customer like she had to bring in a utility bill and no they did not accept cash and stuff like that instead of seeing if she could help her resolve her problem. I thought it was discriminatory. My customer service was pushy and when it was time to go around the car where other agencies would have pointed out the scratches etc, this person put that responsibility on me and only when I pushed back did it get better.I will not go to that enterprise dealership again.They should get inspected and trained by enterprise corporate on how to run a nice business. And yes, their grounds/building are in need of an upgrade and modernization.Enterprise is a good car rental company and I have often rented from them and will avoid this location if I can.

It was a very weird interaction although customer service was great! I just have a HUGE complaint which I will contact Enterprise Corporate tomorrow if necessary. I am TOTALLY NOT HAPPY with the car I was given . Ok yes its temporary for good purposes but who in the Devils home wants to smelling pets in a car?? So unprofessional! If I had time I would have raised all TYPES of hell. All I experienced was sneezing the entire time home😡 This leaves me to believe they DID NOT clean this car properly! With the manner this world is set up with Corona they should know and do better! Thank goodness we carried our spray from our Truck. Then had to let the car air out once we arrived home just because. Im so disappointed. On top of it all you have the NERVE to hold $250 on a renters CC like tge cars are prestine?? SMH so tiring

My experience in Sept was worst that Aug....smdh. How you have a reservation for almost a month and still no car for you when you get there and then its your fault because you came early after being told it s ok to come. Then the car they give you to drive cant even accelerate when you press the gas but the rpm needle is moving. They gets one mo chance then Im finished.

I recently rented a Mini Cooper Countryman. The car was perfect. The salesman explained the car to me, and its features. The online reservation made the transaction seamless. Enterprise provided door to door service which you dont see advertised in many places. The Bridgeport location has a very professional staff.

No problems here! My first time renting from out of town. Smooth process except for verifying some info from my bank which stretched the process out about 45 min longer BUT that wasnt their fault. I always use Enterprise Rental when I travel. However, with cell phones, service can be erratic! I have noticed over the years, Staff are very, very quick to hang up. Get irritated very quickly. I recently was in a pinch and needed a rental car for a couple weeks. After looking at a couple different options, Enterprise on North Ave was the closest option, and the most affordable, so I decided to see what they had available. I made my reservation online and when I went to pick up the car, the customer service and overall experience was nothing less than amazing! Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and personable that it made me feel very comfortable renting a car for the first time by myself. I ended up needing the car for 2 months and they made renewing my rental easy and carefree. We recently had a snowstorm in Connecticut which was my second week of renting the car. I had a mustang which was not that great in the snow and they gave me a call and made sure I knew all of my options and was safe while under their care. I ended up swapping for an all wheel drive vehicle which they made so easy and I was just so impressed in the effort and professionalism they shows throughout my time with them. A special shoutout to Tom, Everett, and Sebastian for going above and beyond and making a positive and memorable experience.

After taking the Pt. Jefferson ferry from NY to Bridgeport, a pickup from the ferry was tremendously helpful, and as reliable as promised. We had a friendly exchange and encounter with the customer service representative in the office who helped us and we ended up with an upgraded vehicle. Our return trip to drop off our vehicle a day ahead of our contracted drop off day and time was problematic due to unforeseen weather and traffic making our drop off before 6 impossible. The office closing at 6 was a problem. The drop off had to be made at another location but no signs on the gate or rental office location from which we made our best effort to get to plus the lack of cell service available in this location created obstacles to our smooth rental car return. After we found an Enterprise location that had a drop box to leave a vehicle, we Ubered to the ferry and all was good. Car was fine and I wonder why there was not a credit for an early drop off by a day when in the past we have been charged per hour for late drop offs as per our contract? I would highly recommend Enterprise provide clients with nearby drop off locations to accommodate unforeseen traffic, weather and drop off if and when pickup locations do not have drop boxes for after hours car rental returns.

The car was only 5/8ths full of gas, the phone pairing list consisted of someone dropping f-bombs, and the car I ordered wasnt available (asked for a compact and got a gas guzzling 9 passenger van instead). I was not credited for the gas tank being less than full even though I reported it.

The one thing I do have a comment about is, The Veterans discount. I feel it should be a little more and also if someone rents for more than two weeks. But overall I like Enterprise.

I rented a car for about 4 months from here. The first 2 were great they were helpful and offered me the monthly rate to save money. The second 2 months they charged me full price weekly and would not give me a monthly rate. My Uncle who works for Enterprise in St. Louis said they should have offered me the lower rate, especially when I asked. For someone who has always done business here, I may consider another rental company from now on.

It was a very pleasant experience. I made a reservation about a week ahead of time. When I went to pick up my rental, they didnt hassle me with any extra selling (although I did ask for the damage waiver just in case). They didnt have the smaller car that I made a reservation for so they upgraded me free of charge to an SUV.I returned the rental a day earlier than planned and they discounted me for the unused day. The staff was very polite and professional. I am looking forward to renting from them again in the future.

I use this location quite often when in need of a rental, but today I had a very inconvenient experience. Yesterday I made a reservation for 1pm which is the cut off time on their website. I showed up at 1:02, and was told 10 minutes later when the employee came out, to go to another location. There was another lady from New Jersey waiting to return a rental also. Issue is why allow me to make a reservation if you will not be able to accommodate it? Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

I had a car accident last month and my insurance company told me I was able to rent a car through enterprise. When I dropped my car off at the repair shop enterprise came and picked me up to take me to my rental car. They were quick and efficient. They called me the next day to see how everything was and to call if I had any problems. I had a great experience with them.

I wouldn’t even put one star!. They made my mom pay for something she didn’t do!. they don’t pay attention with there own vehicle on things that may be missing so now my mom has to pay for something she didn’t do. The office looks like a dump they act like they don’t know what there doing and there attitude is very unprofessional. My mother and I are very unsatisfied with the service that Everett provided for use. Never again renting for them and I don’t recommend anyone to either!!!

I had a car accident a few weeks ago and my insurance company set me up with Enterprise. I was very happy that I was able to get a rental that was equivalent to my car and the staff was very friendly. The Representative Nichole arranged a ride for me back home when I returned the car and took the time to get GEICO to approve my rental extenion so I didnt have to pay for the extra time from my deposit. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Had a reservation but the Bridgeport location didnt have any cars left. They offered me a minivan but I asked for a car from another location. They promptly drove me over to the Stratford location and set me up with a brand new Elantra. Drove it 1500 miles in 4 days, great car. Great customer service.
