This company was amazing. I called them a day before and had a technician at my home the next day. Where as other places I contact denied me service or were to busy. The technician Jamie arrived on time pleasant,helpful,knowledgeable. Very hard worker. He knew exactly how to do his job. I’m very happy with him and his job performance was great. I will recommend this company to others. Over all if I need them in the future they are the ones I will call. Nina was great! My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with Steve Basso Company thank you so much!

My husband called Steve Basso Plumbing for a minor repair but was unable to schedule something that worked with his schedule. My husband said the woman who answers the phone is so pleasant that she deserves a raise! In this day of answering machines and mediocre customer service she made quite an impression on him - and hes a tough critic! We will be calling for any future needs. Thank you.

We had Steve Bassos tech out to replace the faucet and piping in my daughters bathroom sink. There was not a lot of room to work in the small bath but they did a great job and charged the exact amount of the estimate. My second experience with the company and I have been pleased on both occurrences. Hate to have to call a plumber but making this call is easier as I know the service and pricing will be great. Positive experience setting up an appointment.Had to cancel after hours, however, which was not easy.The voicemail after hours (5:30P-8A) asked for an extension (x201, x202 or x203) then a “password”?Eventually, I relented and called the “emergency line” at 7A in hopes they’d get the message in time to cancel the “first job/8A” appointment. Unique circumstances: another company J. Marasco recommended by our oil guy Ritter Fuel came same day to diagnose the furnace.Sorry to have to cancel ya’ll, but I shouldn’t have to call an emergency line to leave a voicemail. All the best.

I really like Steve Basso and his company. We have had Sean service our geothermal system several times. Both Steve, Sean and office (Kevin) are responsive, professional and get the job done. Great at what they do!

We live in a house with an older gas boiler, we were referred to Steve Basso for service. Our technician, Sean, was courteous, professional,and fixed our problem rather quickly. Our sink faucet stopped working even though the sprayer worked. We called Steve Basso and he had someone out quickly. He diagnosed the problem as being within the faucet itself and required replacement. I paid the service fee and they gave me a quote to install a new one. I bought a new faucet and they scheduled the service for the next day. The technician did an excellent job (proficient, neat, extra polishing) and he waived the service fee for this visit. Great service at a great price.

We had a great experience with Basso Plumbing. We had them install a new furnace and AC unit. Price was very competitive and work was completed quickly. Victor and his crew spent a lot of time with our system. He explained everything they were doing in terms that I could understand. They went above and beyond not only installing the new units but correcting mistakes made during previous installations. I can’t tell you how happy we are that we chose to have work done by Basso Plumbing and HVAC.

We had a gas leak that needed to be fixed. Steve Basso’s company came out to our house right away, was very professional, quick and competent. Have used them in past for general heat maintenance and believe their prices are fair. Highly recommend.

The most professional and knowledgeable crew i have ever seen in action. From the first appointment with Steve Basso who came and measured everything and explained to me the whole job to the last day when they started my new Central A/C these guys were on point. They made sure everything was perfect when they left the job each day. They were all very nice to my children and they even let my son pretend like he was running the job. Such a disappointment. My original review is below, but as I co tinier to call Basso I received worse and worse service. The third time I reached out to them I was ignored completely.Sad........I dont leave many reviews but Steve went above and beyond the call of duty to help us fix a sewer line that was destroyed. He did a incredible job of managing all aspects of the project and it was a tremendous amount of work. He dealt with the insurance company and the city and by the end of it all the price came in lower than the low estimate which was a life saver seeing as we discovered this problem right after we moved into our home. Best plumber Ive ever dealt with and a great guy. We will use this plumber whenever we need one. He is fantastic and the guys were so professional and helpful. Thank you Steve!

Steve Basso provided excellent service when our HVAC died this summer. His Gold Medal installation team was professional, trustworthy and efficient. On installation day they worked diligently to get our system up and running so we could receive relief from the high temperatures and humidity.This is our second major project, as our water heater died during the winter and they were professional and swift in getting us the hot water needed within 24 hours.I highly recommend Steve Basso.

Excellent service. Steve Basso, the owner called me back within 30 minutes. Ricky, the technician, was at my house by 9:30am to fix the Air Conditioning. He got it up and running in less than 30 minutes with on surprises on the final cost. Also, Ricky was very respectful of my home--didnt track unnecessarily through it. Will always use Steve Basso.

Had a leak from a defective drain pan on a 4 year old furnace. Kevin, Dave and Victor did a great job in scheduling, identifying the problem and replacing the defective pat within a day at no cost!

Victor rescued me from freezing...got the heat up and running right away! Professional, friendly service, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and potential solutions for other issues with the heating system.

I just had them service my furnace, which is only 3 years old, after their maintenance. Within a week, I have no heat. I called their emergency number and they told me that they will be at my home the next day. They did not find the problem but clean the sensor and shop vac the water from the pan and charged me $158.00! The technicians sat and were on their phone for an hour. They are liars plain and simple. Don’t use them.

I cant say anything better than the past several years with them. This company and Steve have been fantastic to work with. Im honestly quite surprised of the negative feedback, as I have worked with this company for over 4+ years if not longer and they have been always responsive, timely, and get my customers taken care of on the rental homes. AA+++++ all the way and overall!

I was having trouble with my furnace, I gave Steve Basso Plumbing Heating & A/C a call. They came serviced my furnace, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. Multiple plumbing companies could not solve my issue until Steve Bassos team came in and solved the issue.

Very expensive despite having them come out and inspect my boiler a month later it failed and a $10 part cost them $490 to replace. I was in a bind, having to go to work on a Saturday and they took advantage of the situation. Stay away, the positive reviews are fake; Look at yelp if you think Im lying.
