I’m very appreciative of the quick response I received when I called today and spoke with a gentlemen, I explained to him the concern I had with my central air system and he politely explained his professional opinion which made complete sense. Instead of charging me a visit fee he took the time to explain over the phone. Thank you so much, will definitely keep you guys in mind if service is needed in the future.

We had no hot water for a while. We called Hector and he responded right away. He was here the next day and diagnosed the issue, and he did not charge me for this visit. He came back a few days later because of issues with his van, he couldnt come out sooner, but he was communicative with me the whole time. He said he was gonna be here between 9am-10am, and he was. He fixed the problem in 2 hours. This is the 3rd time Ive used his services and will continue to use his services. He was punctual, affordable, and thorough. Thank you Hector! Youre a life saver!

Over promised and under delivered. I called in the morning and was told “I’ll grab the part and come by this afternoon”....he didn’t show but texted that evening saying he hadn’t forgotten and he’d be there the next day - he didn’t show the next day either - I followed up a few times and he strung me along for another 2 days before I realized I was clearly not a priority. Last I heard he was “going to let me know how things were looking” at his last appointment - and I just never heard back. I finally called a competitor who came by the same day to diagnose the issue. If you value your time, don’t bother with this company!

Same day service came extremely professional new exactly what the problem was fixed it and now my boiler is up and running again thank you Hector🙏🏿

Hector was amazing omg I can’t Thank him enough. My family was using heaters for a month long. After calling multiple companies and getting no response and being told by one that I needed to replace the entire furnace And it would cost me $2300 for the furnace and $800 for the labor. I paid them $160 just to come lie and tell me that. I found park city heating. I called it was a Sunday afternoon hector was prepared to come that night but I choose for him to come in the morning due to price difference. Hector showed up on time even gave me a courtesy call. Hector fixed my furnace in under 5 minutes. He was honest he could’ve told me anything was wrong I wouldn’t have known. I’m so happy, my husband is even happier he doesn’t have to hear my mouth anymore. The price was unbeatable out of all the companies I called park city heating was the cheapest to come out. I will never use anyone else. Having no heat was miserable. Thank you hector your the bomb.

Hector picked up on my first call when 8 other contractors left me waiting for a next week technician visit. After his service we now had heat and hot water and completely affordable for the professional level of service. Park City Heating just left my house at 7:43pm. I have an old dying oil hw boiler. We had no heat and my wife was ready to kill me. Hector came with his big truck full of supplies for old and new systems! He was able to fix everything on site because of all the parts that he has at his fingertips. He actually swapped out my oil burner and its never worked better. It’s so quiet, my wife thought it was still broken because she couldn’t hear everything rattling and rolling!! I had 2 other companies look at it this week and they were literally double what Park City actually charged me. You can’t go wrong with Park City Heating and Cooling!!

Hector was great! He was courteous, thoroughly explained everything that was wrong with my heater. He fixed my heater and he did it in an expeditious manner. I am so disappointed in hector, I referred him to a client of mine and he took most of the money ($7,000) and just stopped the job. He is no longer taking any of our calls. NOT NICE HECTOR!

Hector came out and diagnosed my furnace problem and I paid him. He promised to go see if he had the part to repair the furnace& he would call me back. I never heard from him again. My tenant had no heat and I had to call & pay another company to diagnose and fix my problem. 😕

Hector came out in the middle of the night to service out furnace that was damaged after we took on water in our basement during the flash floods 2 weeks ago that destroyed everything in our finished basement. Had heat issues at 10 pm, I panicked because had my kids in the house it was one of those coldest winter days I called hector and with in an hour he was over and figured it out right away . Excellent service, Hector was referred to me by a friend. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and walked me thru what the problem with my heater was, I will definitely be referring him to anybody that needs help with their heat or a.c. systems.
