I had a perm and cut done. The woman I had was very polite and listened to what I wanted. She was on time for my scheduled appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hair cut or any other thing you want done to your hair or eyebrows.

I have anxiety since my hairs been messed up on numerous occasions by stylist that dont listen but I love place for the price. My number 1 recommendation is Ashley, she is talented, she listens and does exactly what you want. shes even offered to do what ever touch ups I thought I might need after going home and styling my hair the way I do on my own ( which wasnt even necessary) it was perfect.

My 1 year old was turned away for not wearing a face mask. In Maine the mask mandate says 2 and under does not require a mask since it is deemed unsafe for that age group due to suffocation risks. Not happy for being turned away because my baby wasn’t wearing a mask. I told the ladies working how old he was and they still told us no. First time ever this was happened. He doesn’t even need a mask in the doctor’s office.

Didnt really listen to what I wanted for a cut, straight up wanted a faux hawk with a fade. Got one side short one side longish and no hawk to be seen. Looked like a anime journalist/business woman. Good if you want basic cuts or styles on typical people I guess but I had a picture to give reference to and they didnt get the idea.

I have been to other smartstyle salons and they were not even close to as good as this one. My hair came out amazing. They took the time to make sure what they did wouldnt damage my hair. Everyone working there is so friendly. I will definatly be coming back

My son can usually get in for a quick touch up, without much waiting. Prices are not very clear, kinda up to each stylist on their perception, of type of service provided.

Very $$$ for childs shampoo and dry..went with just the shampoo.
