Waited over 45 mins to be seen after calling beforehand to see if they had availability. They barely acknowledge you or reassure you youd be next. Super unprofessional.

Staff is not friendly, they look like they hate their job. Much rather go elsewhere where I am acknowledge as a customer.

They are the longest wait salon i ever been. They weren’t even busy. I had to wait for 2 and half to be seen. The only reason I waited it’s because I had a wedding the next day.
