I usually make appointment with Tom! He does a great job and my nails last longer. They have room for improvement for the timing! I had appointment at 4:15 and they started at 5:15! It’s really hard for me to spare 2-3 hours for my nails!

The best nail salon in town. My nails looked wonderful. Staffs and manager were so nice and friendly. It was so relaxing, My technician gave a great massage. Definitely will be back. Thank you Zen Nails, this place is worth to try.

Just got my nails done here. Theyre better than the picture I showed her. I took my little. I will be back with my other little to get pedicures. Sweet staff. Just know, it gets busy after work. Best to make an appointment.

This is the second time I’ve had an appointment and waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and still waiting. Very disappointed- will not be back. No apologies given ... customer service is definitely a thing of the past. Such a disappointment 😔

First time here. Highly recommend. “Kim” was great. Her work on my nails was very neat and fast. They didn’t have the color that I wanted, but she came up the solution that made the result looked like what I was looking for.

Paid for the zen pedicure. Didn’t receive it what I paid for. Brought it to the manager’s attention. All she could offer was for me to call her before coming in so she could get me a good person to do my pedicure. So steer clear bad service and not hygienically run as the man didn’t wear his gloves nor sterilize properly.

Zen nails NEVER disappoints!!!!! Very competitive with pricing and the service is better than anywhere I have ever been. The PEDICURES will spoil you so much that this will be your nail salon FOREVER!!

Why havent you gotten your nails done here yet!?! When I walked in I was immediately warmly greeted, offered a beverage, and the customer service was amazingly kind from start to finish. The quality of the work (I got a basic manicure and the Zen pedicure) was exceptional. Great attention to detail!

This was Saturday August 17, 2019 at 4:30, after multiple worker reluctantly looked at me one of them finally said what do you need I said I just need a pedicure, she said come back at 5:45, I said okay. I show up at 5:43 and said Im back the lady said we booked, you left, come back Monday, so sorry. I said no, you told me to come back at 5:45, she said, oh we booked Monday too, Tuesday what do you want. My point is POST APPOINTMENTS ONLY on your door, be courteous, hire a receptionist to greet your consumer. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. The management has changed, it use to be the NAIL BAR and ever since that change this is just another ANTIOCH nail salon that happens to be in Brentwood!

Nice salon, and they try to give you accurate wait times. The only drawback is they only offer a very limited number of colors.

Tom and Trang run an outstanding business. The salon truly has that zen feeling, and the services they and their staff members render are top-notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I’m on my husbands account writing this. *Beyond rude. Was blown off by 2 people in there, a male and female. Needed my SNS taken off, (they they applied 1.5 week prior) however they don’t take appointments for that. Was told to be there at noon. Once arriving, “we too busy” “very long wait”. Guess I’m going back to Dolce.

I really enjoy this nail salon. Its very relaxing, they have a great staff who is very kind. I have worked with Bon both times that Ive been in and he is so sweet and incredibly thorough with his work! He really takes his time to make sure your nails are nothing less that perfect. I definitely recommend them.

Wonderful experience this morning at Social Grace! They were very busy because of the upcoming holiday but my wait was only 5 minutes for a pedicure chair. Modern spa-like facility with great massaging chairs. I like that there was no TV that I had to listen to, much more relaxing than some nail places Ive been. I didnt have a manicure, but their set-up tor those is sitting up at a bar rather than individual tables which I thought was nice (especially for the Mother/Daughter pairs that were there).Michael did an wonderful job on my Deluxe Pedicure--I have to admit theres just nothing like a large mans hands when it comes to the leg massage part.Will definitely return--Thanks Social Grace!

This is an awesome place and they did an excellent job in my nails and my pedi. First of all if you come here the moment you enter the place you wont smell the strong chemical odor unlike the other nail salon Id been too. Their toilet is clean and the place is clean too and very very pleasant athmosphere. I will keep coming back here because of how they took care of their customer and their very excellent attitude. I very highly recommend this place and I found the place where I will do my nails regularly. Thank you staffs of this place for the awesome job and for taking care of my nails.

Very clean, professional, and relaxing environment. I received the Zen Pedicure and William was amazing! I have eczema, so my skin peels and cracks bad. He was extra careful and really had my feet smooth and soft afterwards. The foot and leg massage was OMG amazing. Im from out of town and that was the best Pedicure I have ever had. Definitely recommend this nail salon.

I am absolutely disappointed. I couldnt be more angry. I been going to this place for a long time now and have had no issues whats so ever. Justin was my tech and he was amazing. I needed a pedicure really bad so I went in and he was out of the country so I got stuck with some other guy. He litteraly is the worst tech ever. He cut my toe nails so short it hit my skin and it hurts. He massaged my legs supper fast took him a minute. Then he brought the hot towels and placed on my legs for 2 sec exactly and removed them. Then started painting thinking he was going to place the towels back on my legs as his way of doing things. Then he switched with another lady in the middle of him giving me the service. And she took the color I chose and placed it on one foot. She realized that the bottle was dry and went to get a color that was close and didnt even ask if that was OK. The worst part is that she repainted over the color that was already on there. At this point I told her to remove them completely. I walk over to the manager and talk to her and she said because they spent more then 30 minutes on me that they are charging me. She didnt try to accommodate my concern or that I was an angry customer. If this is not bad service I dont know what is. I will NEVER step foot into this place again. Zen nails you got the end of me.
