I am pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by David. It is very evident that he knows his trade. I appreciate how he focused on helping solve the problem I can to him with. He made a few recommendations based on our conversation and his observations, but didn’t try to get me to spend for any needless work. I like that he took the time to show me the failed catalytic converter and the appearance of a new or properly functioning one. His work is quick, efficient, and he went above and beyond to explain what I am likely to experience. I’m pretty cautious about referring and recommending, because I feel that whatever my referral’s experience is, it is a direct reflection on my integrity, for having sent them. I can say with confidence that David will handle your exhaust issues with the same professionalism given to me.

Dave, just made me comfortable with what I needed done, brakes all around, but I went with the front first. Then ill be back for the rear brakes, He had a bit of problem with order and it was a head ache but he handle it with ease. Id recommend them, tell them Lilly sent you. 😁

I called in with an exhaust repair, and not only could they fit me in that day, the person who fixed my vehicle volunteered to delay their own departure (on a Friday evening) to wait for me to get there, even though it was past the end of their shift. When I got there, the problem was quickly assessed, explained, and options for repair given. I chose the repair option that was right for me, a d the work happened immediately thereafter. None of the waiting around for parts (or no reason at all ) that Ive experienced at other shops). Within 30 minutes of my arrival, my car was fixed and ready to go. And how much was this magic service? Lets just say that the price was low enough that I was certain there was a mistake, and made them add it up again. And when the same price was given to me again, I almost felt guilty of taking advantage of them. Seriously, it was that low. Another way to say it, is they have gained a loyal customer.

All the guys at Midas are wonderful.. theyve been working on my car off and on for the last few months.. recently I had alternator issue they got me in right away and got it taken care of that day..

They are always looking out for their customers best interest.

I had an emergency with low oil pressure and my engine sounded like a tractor, so I stopped here which was the nearest to me at the time. It turns out the oil leaked all the way down to the rear of the car. The owner showed his expertise, fixed the issue, did an oil change for me, and cleaned up the bottom of the car in the end. Entire process took less than 15 min. Highly recommend.

Midas in Bremerton is the first car repair shop I’ve ever been able to whole heartedly say that I’ve received a 5 star experience! I’m beyond thrilled with everything. Excellent work for a decent and honest price, which is well explained and worth it. Kind and very engaging staff, left every time with a smile or laugh. Great service and easy to make/get in for an appointment

Ive went to a couple different Midas shops for the same maintenance and noticed a discrepancy. On the same mail delivered discount, the Bremerton location upcharged me an additional 30$, compared to the Port Orchard location. They also took my cabin airfilter out and just left it on the floor of my vehicle. Top notch service.

Did an oil change with them a few months ago and thought everything went fine. Now when doing a new oil change at a different shop, we discovered that they tightened the oil filter way beyond normal amount. So much so that it broke in pieces when trying to remove the oil filter. Extremely unhappy with the clean up and repair that Im now tasked with months after there job.

They dont try to overcharge you and genuinely make you feel like they care.

Refused to install a catalytic converter i purchased because they couldnt mark it up 300 percent.

I showed up last minute for an o2 sensor replacement and the second that I parked the gentleman was ready to help.I got out he got in and within 10 minutes I was ready to go.I asked how much I owed and he Sayed it was on him. So professional and extremely kind.I would highly recommend this shop . 20 out of 10 stars.

Desk guy was friendly but when he tried to up-sell, he said parts were there. Ended up waiting and hour because was waiting on the parts. I dont mind the up-sell just dont lie about the parts being there. Thats all.

If I could give them a zero I would they are by far the most unprofessional people I have met they received my car part Tuesday. When I called on Thursday and checked on how long it would take they told me Friday.I call Friday to see what time I should pickup my car they said it’ll be finish Saturday when Saturday came they told me that they was short staff and wouldn’t be able to fix it.Even the guy I spoke with had a really bad attitude as if I inconvenience him or something. He also told me that since he was short staff he had other things to do that was top priority.Even when I was told my car was top priority since they had my car for almost two weeks waiting on the part and this being my second time there within a month for the same problem that was supposedly fixed. If the costumer service was better I feel that they wouldn’t have so many problems if they only would keep the line of communication open and keep people up to date with what’s going on with people cars. But since everyone there seem to be either super rude and or sarcastic the reviews will keep piling up and continue to be negative. I plan on calling corporate first thing in the morning.

They did 400 dollars worth of work and didnt even fix the problem they actually made it worse and if they would have looked better they would have seen the problem and they showed have let me know that the work they did would not fix the problem so 400 dollars later my problem is much worse than before

Sounds like A bait and switch by the sending someone who was easily confused about what vehicle he drove. Id say the owner of the vehicle should have called Midas to explain the repairs identify the vehicle and leave a phone number to be contacted if problems arose. Shame on Charlene Carpenter. Ive had tons of repairs done on my 1999 Ford Ranger 4x4; expensive ones and they bent over backwards to keep me informed, kept the costs close to the estimate and worked with me. I find the shop to be knowledgeable, honest, and customer friendly. Again shame on Charlene Carpenter for degrading an honest business.

Great work on my car looked every where and found problems that i was interested in, but they are a little pricey. They did a great job on my control arms and the alignment.

Made an appointment to have my serpentine belt changed for my Nissa Versa, around 8am today, guy said they had open availability the same day, at 11am. I bring my car in, and lady at counter don’t know what’s going on, tech comes from back and says we’re having trouble getting the part. Why didn’t they call me prior? Why make set up an appointment if you don’t even have the part. They’re a waste of time and unprofessional! NEVER will I go back to them! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!!!

Will not let them work on my car again. Feel i totally wasted my money.

So we had to change the clutch out on our 2004 ford focus. That was $900. Then 2 days after we had to go back becuase they put in a bad clutch. Ok they said they would change it out again for free and they did...but while doing that, they messed up something else. What the heck. So they took forever to fix it and now when we go pick our car up, out of no where we need a new transmission? It worked fine before we dropped our car off. Just a waste of time and money. Dont recommend this place at all!

I wasnt happy with the price of an oil chamge considering I could have gone to the dealership for that amount. I am giving them 2 stars because after they told me they couldnt reset my maintenance light on my Prius, I went home and looked in the manual and did it myself. Also, no military discount here amd right outside the base. I will not be going back.

I took my 2006 Suzuki Gran Vitara to Midas, W Bremerton. The Millions Midas Experience has been the best I have had in 55 years of car repairs! The diagnostics were explained in detail. Dan is co-owner and chief wrench. They have all the same information as the dealer, so no need to return to the dealer. They were prompt, patient, and friendly. the repairs were done exactly as described, old parts were shown me without me requesting to see them. Some repairs were found not to be needed, saving me $. Chel is the Business manager, and she is very competant handling warrenty and payment processes. the whole staff operates in a family way. Next time I go in for routine oil changes, I will hang out in their comfortable waiting area, and use their free wifi and enjoy a coffeed. toys for the kids. I will never go anywhere else. Switched a far more expensive repair--one I had specifically told them I did not want made-- for the one I had actually scheduled with them; then refused all offers to compromise, claiming that somehow I was to blame for their miscommunication with my son who delivered my vehicle for the scheduled date and correctly identified it as a fan that I wanted fixed. When they realized he couldnt tell the difference between a sedan and a truck, far less a fan and an exhaust manifold, they got him to sign for what turned out to be a muffler instead of the requested clutch fan. If indeed they had been honestly confused about what I, the owner, wanted repaired, all they had to do was phone the owner! But when he couldnt tell them whether he had brought in my old sedan, or if it was the truck I wanted repaired, and had to go out in the parking lot and look for themself, I guess the temptation for a bait and switch to a three times more expensive repair was just too great for them. For shame, Midas Bremerton! I dont care if you consider him my agent, someone who doesnt know the difference between a sedan and a truck drives in asking for the scheduled fan to be repaired, you dont trick him into signing for a muffler! ...At least call it a muffler, for goodness sake, so that he knows its the part I said NOT to replace; instead of calling it an exhaust manifold letting him think that must be just another name for the fan Id scheduled the appointment for. Shame on you!!
