Quick turnaround, quality work, fair price - and another thing that is difficult to find any more - old school integrity. Its a family business that deserves your patronage. I have been in the area for 18 years and have not found a single shop that can hold a candle to them. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew; they are truly the best. Period.

My daughter and son-in-law recommended Kitsap Kustom and I had my truck towed there. They were busy and booked for a week, but Jeff diagnosed my truck as soon as they were able. He called with a detailed estimate and worked to within minutes of closing (on a Friday) to get my truck done. The bill was exactly what the estimate was, and I felt it was very reasonable. Jeff is personable, knowledgeable, and honest.Have already recommended to a friend.

Didnt have the greatest experience was treated a lil rude all because they didnt really know what they were doing!! Got in over their head with a simple head swap! Oh well live n learn.

I live close by and asked Jeff if he could please take a look at my car because it was overheating. He called me 10 minutes after I dropped it off and told me what was wrong. An hour later he had it fixed and ready for pick up. The guys at the shop know where my house is and when I got home my car was parked in my driveway! I would highly recommend Kitsap Kustom. They completely exceeded my expectations of service and quality of the work performed.

If there was any way to put more stars I would. Jeff has helped me out tremendously amount of times, Ive gone to him with numerous amounts of problems with an 07 eclipse and even sometimes those problems came out of worst time for him, even though he was in the middle of something and I knew it was an inconvenience, he would still take time out of his own day to help and give advice on what to do for the car . Hes honest hes reliable hes badass. I trust his mechanic .probably wouldnt trust anyone else in Kitsap County. he knows his stuff and not by text book . but by pure experience.Thank you Jeff. We hauled our mini van to Kitsap Kustom last Friday. They are closed weekends, but had it done by Tuesday afternoon. Jeff said it was a melted wiring harness, and he had done two others recently on similar vans. So we only lost 2 workdays use of the van, and it was only $141 (including tax) to fix it. I think we found our new shop.
