Friendly, no sales pressure and upfront with all details and fees. Did my homework on the Internet and visited another dealership before I visited Advantage Nissan. I spoke with the Connor prior to visiting to make sure the car is still available. Sales person (Connor), sales manager (Bill) and finance person were helpful to get the best financing deal. Arrived from east of Puget Sound 15inutes before closing and they all stayed well after hours on a Saturday to get all the paperwork done.

We had a great buying experience at Advantage Nissan. I was put in touch with the owner, Dean Capps. He was on the tarmac taxiing to take off for a flight. I inquired about a sedan, he asked me for the stock number and gave us a price. Who does that today? The salesman Dan, manager Joe, and finance manager Brad was honest, with no pressure to buy. We looked for a car for several weeks, with selection low and prices high it is a difficult task. We found a beautiful sedan at a fair price. The transaction was handled quickly and we received a better rate than our credit union. I highly recommend shopping at Advantage Nissan and will go back when were shopping for our next vehicle. Horrible bussiness never going back I am ashamed now we got our used car from here. 600 dollar payments on a 30,000 dollar car not very affordable. Didnt work with us said our trade in was basically no good. Too bad I thought you were a good company I was wrong.
If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle look no further! Our experience at Advantage Nissan was excellent. My daughter was buying her first car and Mark, Joe and Shane were absolutely the best!! Mark really took the time to go over all of the instrumentation and made sure she understood what everything did and what it was for. He never pressured her and didnt try to up sale her. He answered every question she had with the utmost respect and I will add he is super funny and easy to talk to! Joe was also a delight to work with. He again was easy to talk to and just a pleasure to work with. Shane was our financial person and he took the time to explain everything especially since it was her first time buying. He had no problem with her saying she needed a minute to digest all of the info and again answered all of her questions. Went to advantage with my wife.just moved to the area and wanted to check out the new rogues. The manager was pretty condescending and acted like he had better things to do. Maybe it was just my experience because everyone I know tells me this is the place to buy nissans. Maybe I’ll give them another shot. Bummer

She went out of her way to attend to my special needs for something in particular. She is personable, friendly, and very service minded. When I drew attention to something, she was on it. I will be looking to work with her again and continuing to return to Advantage. I enjoyed working with Terry, but he’s retired now. Good for him. Rian was a perfect replacement.

1st of all I enjoyed the no pressure. I was trying to find a particular truck, S model King Cab, Long bed, 4X4 in red. I looked all over and could not find one. When my sales person, DAN PACUT, called and said he had one but it was silver, I had to go check it out any way. I loved it and bought it the next day. DAN did a great job, 10s across the board. the finance guy wasnt pushy, and because of that I did buy the add on warranty. All in all a great experience and first time I ever paid full MSRP, yet I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off!
Due to prior less than enjoyable car buying experiences that left us very apprehensive imagine our surprise when we stopped by Advantage Nissan!! Never were we ever pressured to buy and they wouldn’t even take a deposit until they made sure they had the car we wanted! How many times has a dealership turned down your money??? Rico and Ernest were both so wonderful to work with and even offered to give us a class any time to make sure we understood how to use all the fantastic features our new Rogue has. The package that was put together for us by Derek and Brad was above and beyond one that we expected! Needless to say we’re very happy customers!! Don’t buy anywhere else until you visit Advantage Nissan, you won’t be sorry!!
This dealership does have the correct name for themselves! Yes, they will take ADVANTAGE of you. Since buying my new Titan from another dealership, Ive been taking my Titan to Advantage Nissan for routine service. This is, because it is closer to my home. All service has been done at Advantage Nissan except for once (20,000 mile oil change) while on a trip. After one complaint on their follow-up questioner about returning my Titan dirtier looking than when I took it in (dont let them wash your vehicle, what a joke), I was never never sent another follow-up questioner after that. Very interesting!!! Id also like to mention that they will tell you that your air, and cabin filters need replaced without ever taking them out and inspecting them. After my 30,000 mile oil change, I decided to do it myself at 35,000 miles. I didnt want to wait the normal 2 to 3 hours for Advantage Nissan to do it. This is the normal wait time Ive had at Advantage Nissan for a simple oil change by appointment. I also didnt feel like getting told I needed air, and cabin filters replaced after replacing them myself. So after getting under my Titan to remove the plastic splash shield to get to the oil filter, I noticed that out of the six bolts to remove the shield that the two back bolts were missing. This left the back of the shield just hanging down (happy it didnt get torn off by anything). After removing the cover, I discovered a very dirty outside looking oil filter. Then upon draining the oil, I realized the oil was dirtier than it should have been having driven it only 5,000 miles from the last oil change. Now as a senior with plenty of automotive experience (retired Industrial Technology teacher) (five years teaching auto mechanics), I can say the oil, or the oil filter never got changed at the 30,000 mile service. Having worked on plenty of vehicles myself over the years, I believe they must have taken the two back bolts off the splash shield. Then they must have gotten busy doing something else (cigarette break maybe) and never completed the job. Probably just dropped the Titan down off the rack, and said good to go. If the splash plate had been removed completely in the first place, then why wouldnt you finish putting the last two bolts in especially seeing that the back of the shield is hanging down? I then decided to call the Nissan Customer Service to complain. They gave me a case number, and said Id be contacted the next day. The following day I got a call from Advantage Nissan. I point blank said to them I dont want to talk to you. Why would I want to talk to the dealership that I turned the complaint in about??? I then called Nissan Customer Service back. I was told that all complaints about service is dealt with by the General Manager of the dealership. They explained that the dealership is independent of Nissan itself. They told me that they only deal with warranty issues, and not service issues. So, I basically got told that their dealerships can do whatever they want when it comes to service of your vehicle with no consequences from the Nissan Corporation. Please be cautious of this place especially if you are a senior citizen like myself! Im sure your going to see some sort of a follow-up response from them about this message, but believe me it will be nonsense. They will only come up with non-truth replies, because they want to keep their star ratings from being crushed. Oh, and the $650 estimate they gave me for flushing brake lines, and power steering fluid only cost me $215 from a legit, respectful, service automotive repair shop. Again, ADVANTAGE Nissan will take ADVANTAGE.FOLLOW UP TO THEIR REPLY!!!As stated I did tell the service manager I didnt want to talk with him. Only thing I said to him! I did call and left message for your GM to call back, they never did. I have faithfully done 5,000 mile oil changes. I have receipts! If you read correctly, you will see the dirty oil came from your own service department not changing it at 30,000 miles. Your response to everything is a total joke!!!
Bryce Gaskill was polite, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We were dreading the car buying experience as it has not been great in the past. Bryce made us feel welcome and was not at all your typical car salesman. We were so impressed with our experience at Advantage Nissan that we brought a friend back the next day and she purchased a vehicle as well!
I went to Advantage Nisan to have my AC repaired, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and drove me to, and picked me up from work on time. The staff is business like and professional. Although the transaction isnt complete, I am confident it will be completed in good time.

Home of over priced vehicles. Im ALWAYS skeptical when prices arent shown clearly on vehicles or websites. Call for price means they can give you any price they think they can get. Their overall rating is decent. I want to know up front what the asking price is. Ive adjusted my rating considering Ive not actually purchased here but just browsed their web pages.
This my 3rd and 4th purchase from Advantage. The level of kindness and professionalism is a rare find in a car dealership these days. The staff treats you like an old friend and I truly believe they have your best interest in mind at all times.Our salesman, Rico, was kind, knowledgeable and no pressure from the moment we stepped on the lot. We were there for many hours and he checked in constantly to see if we needed anything and to update us on the status of our purchase.The finance guy, Brad, was friendly and thorough. Again, it was like seeing an old friend. He even remembered me from my last purchase 7 years ago!I dont think we will be in the market for new cars for many, many years, but when we are we will return. And I will continue to refer anyone I know to Advantage Nissan for all their car buying needs.

The car buying process is scary! Derek the sales manager and Ernest were amazing not to mention their whole staff. They are out to earn your business truly. My wife and I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry from them they are a Nissan dealership. They even knew about the possible updates on Toyota’s software. We talked to Ernest for a couple weeks before we came to a decision. Once we came to a decision, Shane in the Finance went through every single cent with us. Even buying used non nissan these guys are extremely through.

I paid nearly $400 to confirm what I had already diagnosed,A clogged heater core,this is not a complicated component, and should not have cost nearly that much to diagnose.The remedy was nearly 40% of the original purchase price of the vehicle, which I feel is outlandishly expensive. I regret taking my vehicle here, I feel like taking my vehicle to this service center was a waste of my time and my money.

I first met Mark at Advantage Nissan in Bremerton a little over a month ago. I was in the market for a new/used car and had pre-approved financing. The local dealer where I went first could have been the poster child for the typical car buying cliché experience. I was disgusted with the lack of basic customer service and frustrated with their ugly high pressure tactics.I then reached out to Advantage Nissan. I told them what I wanted and that I had looked at the pictures online and liked what I saw. I made an appointment and drove an hour and half to Bremerton. The people there are very friendly. Not just professional friendly, but made me feel they were truly interested in being my friend.It took all afternoon working with Mark (negotiating) to get to the price we were both happy with. I even received a better interest rate letting them find alternative financing than what I had come with.I wouldnt hesitate to suggest to friends and family where to go the next time theyre in the market for a car.Thank you Mark, I really appreciated the time and attention you gave me to ensure I didnt leave feeling anything less than excited with my new car!

Advantage Nissan is an amazing dealership, there was no time waisted, and staff was super friendly. When trying to purchase a Nissan pathfinder there, i looked at the website and found one and talked to the online sales rep. about it, it seemed nice, and the price was around $29,000. when we got there, they said that they had sold it and would show us one exactly like it, we went ahead and test drove it and i noticed that everything was exactly the same as the one online, same color, same trim, and same interior color. Ive heard of car dealerships doing this to get the most money out of people (pretending to have sold the car youre looking for and jack up the price) but would have never thought advantage Nissan would do it to us, we continued on until we got tired of waiting and decided to leave. they stopped us at the door to find out they jacked up the price to $39,000!? When we got home i was curious and looked on their website to find it was still there but i thought it was a software glitch at first, so i emailed a lady that worked there to find out that it was indeed there and has not been sold yet... Also, this happened a bit back around 2019 or so, i was just talking to my family about it and made me furious and made me want to write a review, so maybe they have changed. i havent been back in a while so take my review with a grain of salt. My car had a rattle clunking noise my husband thought was from a fan by the radiator. They got me an appointment right away and gave my car a complete look over. They were very kind to keep it long enough to allow my car to make the noise for them. Turns out it was a bad fan and they were able to replace it. Wonderful service and thoughtful staff.

Bought a used Kia there and have returned multiple times for routine services. Car has been a solid performer, service has been covered as advertised in prepaid plan, and completed far quicker than I always expect based on other auto places. Overall, very pleased.
Service? I took my car in for service and they gave me a $1000 bill and said it was fixed. I found out later they didnt do a thing except charge me for services not done. I took it back and they said they would make it right. They said they replaced and fixed everything. They did not. They didnt do a thing. Now the valve gasket they said they replaced is leaking and I had to take it somewhere else. The plugs they said they changed I had to get replaced somewhere else because they didnt change the plugs. The coil pack they said they replaces did not get replaced. So much for multi point inspection when none of the mechanics pay attention to it. Highly recommend you dont go here for a car or service.
