We decided to pick-up because we were far out of the delivery area and the cost was too high. I was extremely pleased! We had the 18 water slide for a 30 yr olds bday part! All you need is AT LEAST two strong men or women and a truck to unload and re-load. SUPER simple. You may want to have an extra extension chord (they provide one tho) and you may want to have two water hoses or one really long one to hook up to the one thats already connected to the slide. The businessmen were super nice and super helpful and told us that we could call them if we had any further questions! WONDERFUL!

I rented a waterslide from Bouncearoo in Brandon, MS and I am sure they will take down a negative review there on their web page but I will post on several other sites. We had a very negative experience with this company. To start with we were not told if we were paying by check the check must be approved a week before delivery. Next the contract said we needed one 120 outlet and two days before we found out the slide needed two blowers which each required 10 amps so a single 20 amp would not work and two 20 amps would have to be supplied and the two extension cords would have to be heavy duty cords. The delivery was excellent, but pickup was horrible. They were going to pickup at 6 PM on Saturday. At about 4:30 our group had burned out so we called the person picking up and told him he could come ahead and pick up the slide. He ask if we could keep the slide inflated because it would be easier to take down. We agreed since it was a short time before he was coming, wrong!. About 7 he called to say he would pick it up at 10:30 Sunday morning, at 11 AM he said it would be 2:30, at 3 he would not answer phone. He got it at about 7 Sunday night. We had stayed home all day waiting and had to return borrowed extension cords before they showed up. When we complained the owners showed no concern for how we were inconvenienced. I would never rent from them again or recommend them to anyone!

The equipment was fantastic, I did not appreciate having to pay extra money for the holiday they added to the purchase (HALLOWEEN) when the birthday party I was having for my daughter did not have anything to do with the reason why they added the extra surcharge. Because of that I am very skeptical about renting from Bounce-a-Roo in the future.

Great Gaming Experience for a 9 year old boy birthday party

I have rented several times from Bounce-A-Roo, and will continue to do so in the future. Each time I booked via the website with no problems, and was always contacted if there were any problems. This last time the particular bouncy house that we ordered online wasnt available, but they upgraded me to another bouncy house that was even larger than the one that we wanted.Weve always picked up our own and dropped if back off and they were extremely friendly and fast.I highly recommend using Bounce-A-Roo to everyone I know that is looking for renting any of the things they have to offer.

We had a large crawfish boil and had one of Bounce-a-Roos large slipnslides... They were easy to deal with and delivered to our venue for free with no hassle. We had a blast with no issues from the inflatable and when the event was over we were able to just leave without worrying about our rental. Simply called the deliverer and he picked up the product. Great service. Great product. Great fun!

My wife and I rented a bouncer for the first time for our daughters birthday. Everything was a huge success. We booked the reservation online and got the discount. We were called day before to confirm that we were still on due to possible weather conditions. We said yes, and they offered to deliver early and let us keep the whole weekend. Even though it was rainy, it didnt rain on the big day.

Ive rented from Bounce-A-Roo twice now and both times I booked online without any issues. I live outside the coverage area so I pickup and dropoff myself which they make extremely easy, simply pull up and while youre signing the documents they load it up and ensure you have everything you need. I would certainly recommend them to anyone searching for items that they rent.
