Ive been here twice now, and had a pedicure twice as well as my eye brows waxed. I took my husband for his first pedicure for his birthday. I even brought my daughter. The staff were extremely friendly and sweet. The sevice was prompt and a great experience all-around!!! We will be back! Kudos to Nikki!!

After making an appointment I came into Nail Country where the first tech did not know how to do fills at all so I had to wait for a licensed tech. They sat and began working on other customers and completely left me to wait for an entire hour. They have any 20 gel colors to choose from which are all ugly. Do not go here. They have gone down hill and Ill never return to this salon.

I walked in as a first time customer without an appointment for a fill, but ended up having my old set removed and a new set put on by Bruce. Let me first say how freaking FAST he is! I was in and out in no time, and he did an amazing job, AND they had my favorite OPI color. I had been previously going to a different nail salon for over 2 years, but I think I’ve found my new place! Thank you Bruce! You’ll be seeing me again!!

The business is clean. And they get you in fast.Make sure you ask the price first and what comes with it.I was charged $40 for a basic pedicure. They did nothing special for that price.She rubbed lotion on my legs and threw a hot towel on and walked away. She didn’t wrap it on my legs like they normally do.I didn’t get a scrub or foot massage.So for $40 I received, lotion on my legs, one hot towel thrown across both legs and gel polish on my toes.Not worth $40I was really disappointed

I have gone several times and while everyone is friendly the past 3 times have been awful. In less than a week, my gel nails have chipped and peeled off completely.once okay, but now 3 times is unacceptable. Tried to have them fixed, they said no. Good for pedicries but thats about it.

Just ask for Linh you wont go wrong. If you are trying to relax it gets noisy so you might want to go when less people are there and/or bring in headphones/ear plugs to relax. The ladies here are so kind and always make room for us (we come for family pedicures, so theres always at least 3). The deluxe pedicure includes extra massage and hot stones, its wonderful!

2 stars because they took me as a walk-in with no wait. Had acrylics removed by prying them off rather than waiting for them to dissolve. Gel manicure is really streaked. Wont go back.

Very friendly service, no prep or cleaning before the eyebrow wax and no cleaning afterwards.

Beware when you use your credit card the owner is a crook and will double charge you. Even after showing proof the money was debited she is not willing to refund you she will swear that she did not receive your money. She truly lacks professionalism!

It really is disappointing when I am sitting here in front of my mirror doing my eyebrows that I just had paid to get done at 5pm. She was nice but in a rush to get back to other client. My money is just as valuable as the other. I won’t be back.

Ive going here for over 6 years. Google finally asked me to write a review. LolIve been going to Bruce forever. He knows my nails and their faults to a T, and does everything to make sure they stay on since my job is very hands on. The owner Amy always makes me laugh with her stories about her kids. Nikki does amazing eyebrows and nails, too. Along with her husband, Shawn (sean?), who is always cracking jokes with everyone. Brittany, at the front, is the sweetest. Always there to help, especially when Im scatterbrained and cant focus on a color to pick! Thank you to the entire staff for always being so kind to me all these years!

Very expensive. For a full set and pedicure that left my cuticles bleeding and sore it was $85 without a tip. I was very confused as when I came in a few months before it was $60 and I got fancy designs on both. The pedicure was given and they used cuticle oil for the lotion and it really burnt. That was weird as well. We tan here monthly and I dont think Ill be returning to get my nails done here for a while.

Got ripped off. I asked when I went in how much a gel pedicure was and they said $40 which is on the pricey side. I was in a hurry so I said OK. When I went to pay they told me it was $45 and I said they had told me $40. They then replied, “you had gel on. To take gel off cost an extra five dollars.” I have never been charged to take off gel polish before. If that is a policy of theirs, which I don’t think it is, then they should ask you when you’re getting your quote if you have gel polish on. They just lost three customers. I feel conned and taken advantage of. Be aware! I could tell I was being played.

I decided to come here instead of my normal salon because I was in a rush and this is close to my house. Staff is friendly and I had no wait. However.. two days later, I have a throbbing, infected toe. Ive had a ton of pedicures and never had this happen. Wax was too hot on my eyebrows and left blisters as well. Everything looks nice but the pain is definitely not worth it. Disappointing and I will not return.

This place is a joke. Rude workers and even worse owner. Absolutely refuse to believe whats right in front of their eyes - the color didnt take. Always give excuses about waiting 24 hours. I assume theyre just hoping you get too busy to come back. Will not be back.

I showed what seemed to be the manager a picture of the nails I wanted. She was very nice in trying to find the closest color, but the shape was awful. I got a full set hoping to get the coffin shape and they ended up being very round and bulbous and tapered way too much. I asked her to file them but they could not be saved. They also topped dip nails with a weird gel topcoat and they peeled within an hour. I also got a pedicure of white polish and they didn’t put a clear coat on the whole toenail. The parts with the clear coat turned yellow within a day and I wear socks and shoes. I had to go to another salon the next day.

The people here were friendly and kind but it was too expensive for the quality and service given. My set of acrylics were extremely rushed (which is a good thing if you don’t have a lot of time), my cuticles weren’t trimmed instead they were shaved off and hurt with the nail drill, my nail polish is sloppy and doesn’t cover the whole nail, the nail itself is very thick, and the nail tech smudged my nail and left it with a big smear at the tip of the nail. Also, at first before the nail tech started gluing on the tips, they spent less than 1 second drilling my nail in which I’m not a nail tech but I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to drill the nail down enough to smooth out the nail so the the tip can stick. Anyways, because they only spent not even a second drilling each nail, like I predicted the tips wouldn’t stick causing the tech to keep applying more and more glue. Also, they wanted to charge me extra to shape my nail which has never happened to me before. That was just my experience because I had a specific technician but my friend with me had a good experience. The only thing we were confused about was the fact that my friend need two repairs and needed her nails to be filled which ended up costing more than my actual full set. I wouldn’t recommend this place but the people are friendly and it’s okay if you’re in a rush.

Quoted me a price for a full set of $25.00 I make an appointment get the nails done all of a sudden its $55.00 Fingers hurt for days. Not worth it. I will find some place else.

Even though I made an appointment, the tech was 1/2 hour behind and the owner Amy (like thats really her name), who greeted me, was rude and unapologetic. She actually compared her business to that of a doctors office where one might have to wait an hour to be seen and insisted how valuable HER time was when Im the one who had to leave work early because I couldnt have an appointment for any later than 4:30. Dont be fooled by the post below, everyone except the front desk girl is speaking Vietnamese, English is not fluent there. The place looked dirty and the help is rude, I went somewhere else!

Every time I went the person doing my nails would write one price on the slip and once I went to pay, the owner would add $10 to it?? Also, in the middle of getting my nails filled, the owner comes out of the back and starts yelling at all the employees in front of everyone. Very unprofessional. My nails didn’t even look that good..

I would not give Nail Country even one star. This is a horrible business. Over priced pedicure for the service received. The management and nail techs are very unprofessional and not properly trained. By far the worst experience in a salon.

Worst place ever, very bad service, I went for a gel manicure (shellac) and the girl was doing a horrible service putting gel polish all over my skin and cuticles, when ask her to clean it and fix it she stop the service and walk away with out finishing my nails... very rude!!! Person

Terrible nails uneven extra big, also they kind of made a big deal that I wanted long nails. Its no surprise these people mock us while in your face
