The worst experience. Wait time was longer than 45min for just returning equipment and nobody seems to care. Very little employees and they seem to take their precious time having no regards for people waiting. Definitely not a smart business model! Don’t want to come back here ever!
Took a little bit to find the store. If youre planning to head in near red robin, go to the left instead and enter there. Spectrum will be on the right. Once inside the store itself, the associate was quick to greet, friendly, and set me up right away with all the equipment I needed. I had my daughter with me and thankfully I was in and out with no issues. Really appreciate it.

Poor time management. Most of the customers were there just to return equipment and some waiting 45 minutes. It would have made more sense to be able to scan the equipment manually and drop off the items to help things flow easily. Other than that the employees were professional and willing to help.
Yeah yallneed an express lane for people who just want to drop off stuff. The gentleman I had to take care of me was very nice and professional however,it seems like there could be just one lane or one place that people who want to just drop off their equipment can do it because, it didnt take that 5 minutes after I got up there..... so thank you very much.
Nice store... however as everyone else mentions, a VERY UNNECESSARY wait for equipment return or to swap a bad modem, while you endlessly wait for cell phone sales and activations. A dedicated window(s) for home services would be great.
Make a reservation! We had a reservation for 3:40pm with about 4-5 other customers in the store. We showed up 10 minutes early and were called promptly at 3:40pm. The associate who helped us was professional and polite.
If I could give this a 0 review I would. My boyfriend set up our account, he is currently deployed for the military and told spectrum over the phone that he cannot pick it up since hes out of the states. He was told that they cannot deliver either so he told them Im the only person thats able to pick up the router and they told him that I can go to any spectrum, give them my account number and They will give it to me, and my info was added from the apartment automatically. I walk in and let the know whats going on and he told me I cant pick it up unless Im an authorized user. They wouldnt even check to see if Im an authorized user and they sent me out. Customer service was rude and useless, didnt offer to help or nothing. I shouldve went with frontier
As soon I arrived I registered for service..So I was number 1 on the list. Mr Eugene skip me twice..not even say my apologies. Not a good customer service. I dont care if u skip me but acknowledge it will be nice. thanks
I am forced to have Spectrum with my apartment. Spectrum customer service said they could help me with port forwarding for PSN because Spectrum is having issues with it. Spectrum knows it’s a known issue. They escalated it, but per usual they cannot help me. Literally paying for internet I cannot use. The rep stated that there’s nothing we can do and I won’t do anything for you. Most disrespectful customer service. Their services are a scam. Go with a different provider. This review isn’t just a one off, I’ve been trying to get it fixed for months and still no progress.
Good enough store, but between waiting in line for a half hour behind a dozen people who couldnt be bothered to ask simple questions over the phone or internet and the fact that half of the customers werent wearing masks, I wish I hadnt gone.

Be prepared for a long wait for service if you dont have an appointment. Poorly staffed, 10 people waiting but only two waiting on customers. After being called to the desk help was efficient and pleasant.
Got charged for service I did not use and had to pay cause if I didnt pay it would go into my credit. Worked to hard to have the credit I have. The store was nice. The customer service guy was kind. Upset with the company. I work hard for what I have. Will never go back to spectrum.
Extremely poor management and time management. Despite being early for my appointment I still had to wait over thirty minutes to simply return equipment. In the setting of a global pandemic it is irresponsible to have so many customers waiting at a time, especially in a place with highly touched surfaces. For as much as spectrum costs, their service in person is garbage. That is aside from the fact that our internet never worked half the time. This is not a review of the store, just spectrum in general.If your outage involves less than 4 houses, they do not care about you. At all. We have been without internet for 5 days and are being given the run around on the phone with promises that people are coming to fix itThis is 5 days without internet in the work from home era we are living in. Are they going to reimburse my wages? No course not. Do they care my kids cant submit homework? Not at all. They wont even give a generous credit to our account, only for the days we were without internet SINCE a technician has been to our house, which takes 24 hours after reporting you are without internet.Being without internet for almost 1/4 (and counting) of a month in unacceptable, especially without generous compensation in this period of our lives where being without internet you lose a lot more than what youre paying monthly.
Inconvenient location. Walked 20 mins in the mall to return a cable box, only to get there and have a rude employee tell me it was a 2 hour wait.. to return a cable box? Yeah no thanks. Inefficient and sloppy execution of what otherwise should be a quick and easy transaction.
This location is terrible!! If I had known that I would have to walk through most of the Mall to find the Spectrum store, I would never have gone. The customer service person should have know where in Mall it was located. My back is still hurting from carrying the cable box through the whole Mall & the replacement back to my car!! If I ever need repair again, the serviceman will be coming to my house. I hope I receive at least 2 days out of service credit on my bill.
This store does not have the best customer service. They refused to even look in their cabinets and entire storage room for a tuning adapter (STA1520) that I needed to have swapped. They were telling customers that we do not support these anymore which is a complete lie if the equipment is still deployed in the field. No apologies at all, and they couldnt care less about a customers issue.
If I had the ability to choose my internet and tv provider it would not be spectrum. This is the worst media communications company in the united states with the absolute worst customer service.If you have the ability to use another company do so even if it means that you will pay more.
Im very disappointed with this place, Stanley added without my permission tv services to my account when I went to pick equipment to this store. Make sure they tell you what they are doing when you get your stuff from them.
I have been going here for a good 2 months now before work 6am.The employees who have taken my order have been friendly and always say good morning and have a nice day, except the tall skinny male manager. Never good morning just says order when ready and if thats it just pull up he is very unprofessional. Hey Spectrum when an existing customer is trying to transfer their services to a new customer don’t make those two people have to get paperwork notarized by them for a $50 modem you guys get manufactured for $30. Make matters worse you then require these people to go in store to wait for hours - see upload picture - without any sense for a queue or wait time.Not very customer friendly at all Spectrum. Shame companies force people to jump through hoops just to keep them around as customers. All it does is drive frustration and low retention rates.
Came to return return equipment you sent that was not ordered told to put my name on the list 45 minute wait to give your equipment back. I asked if I could receive a text or a call due to the fact I was going to have lunch in the mall. “We don’t text we don’t call”. Said the African American with gold sunglasses on. As I walked away I looked at my girlfriend said we should have gone with direct tv the spectrum man said “yup”.

Beware!!! This location is adding tv essentials as a”free 30 day trial” but the service is showing up as charges to your account, in my case the very next bill and my first bill with spectrum. Please check your bills for unwanted services added to your account by the store.

Horrible customer service actually there was none at this location from 4 employees when I had gone. 25 minute wait with 4 employees not tending to anyone. Rude unable to problem solve unable to communicate professionally unable to have any attributes of a customer service representative. And to top it all off the asst. Manager Tyrone Gayle lacks any professional ethics has very LOW patients. Acts childish for example turning his name tag when I asked for his name and far more childish behavior that I wont get into. Training/retraining for these folks are recommended asap with problem solving techniques knowledge etc.

Spectrum is down all the time lately. It works well for small spurts of time then is terrible for weeks. Maintenance is never mentioned ahead of time, all of a sudden mid work no service. Too expensive for whats being offered. The wires at the apts are all exposed to the weather and draped across the property. It looks terrible, works poorly. Please fix the service. I bought new equipment as directed months ago, seemed to get better but now just as bad as it was. They always try to say its your connection or equipment but we started a neighborhood thread and its everyone all saying the same things pretty much.

Your bill will never stop going up. Mine has gone up twice in 6 months. Mine has gone up 20% since July and Ive made ZERO changes. They even charge a WIFI Service fee despite the fact that Im using my own hardware.
Awesome Quick Same Day Installation/Self Service. The Only Reason I Gave Them 3 Stars Is Because The Actual Monthly Fee Is Triple What I Paid For My Previous Wifi Provider. But Beggars Cant Be Choosers Right 🤷🏾♀️

After reading the reviews I was sure I was gonna leave this place angry. I must say their experience wasnt mine. Eugene greeted me at the door with love and patience. He immediately took the bad thoughts away. My next stop was with Chris Kostoff whom was as pleasant as Eugene. He assisted me with returning my box which lost sound after a storm. He traded out the bad one and I was in and out in about 8 minutes. I am 100% recommending this store, especially Eugene and Chris! Thanks for the great experience!

This is the WORST store in history. I have been here an hour only to return equipment. They have 5 kiosks and only 2 people working. 1 guy was just looking at his computer.
With a place that busy you would think they would have enough staff on to accommodate the service of the people. They only had 3 people and the wait time was ridiculousle. I was the 5 the person that checked in. It took them 45 minutes till they got to me.

I could tell by his Professional demeanor that he cared about what he did. I would send anyone to that location and to David.
It would be nice if you could actually call the spectrum store directly to ask them a question about inventory and not have to speak to customer service everytime and they can’t help with anything. Why don’t they have direct phone numbers to call the stores? Ridiculous

The phone service is somewhat complicated. Im paying $189.00 for unlimited data on my samsung A11 smart phone, which I dont recommend. (2 unlimited and 2 limited, 4 smart phones total.) . But once I reach so much data, its slows everything down. The phone is already slow. I have spectrum cable, phone and internet at home. And I believe its about $150.00 (the shows on cable are mostly reruns and outdated, alot of channels dont even come in). Its depends on the package choosen. 😪

If you can, avoid the simulation lifestyle of sitting in front of a screen all day watching others have a better life than you. Obtained internet package, was provided with wrong equipment. The employee seemed new, the supervisor assisted the employee. Im new to the area, so I would not know what equipment is correct. Luckily we contacted the 855 customer service line, and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. So 5 stars for customer service line and informing me of what my next steps should be. Less than 1 star for the in store service due to not being knowledgeable and providing me with the wrong equipment. Ive never experienced this before, and Ive moved quite a bit.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Waited 20 minutes in line to swap out my modem that died and was told that there were none in stock and that I’d have to come back at a later date. I spent over an hour on hold with customer service who told me I could switch it out at this store no problem. The lack of care by the employees in there was mind boggling. After spending four hours trying to get this fixed and wasting my day I will be cancelling ALL my spectrum services and switching to frontier.
Took my two set boxes and cable/voice modem in to the Westfield Brandon location to return, as I moved out of Apollo Beach to another cable company’s area.My almost 3 years in Apollo Beach was by far the worst cable experience I have ever had, with God knows how many service calls, and I never really did think it was totally fixed.So I was quite happy to be able to return the equipment and cancel service with my move. But the experience with the rep just culminated the rotten experience with the company. After he beeped everything in from the barcodes, and handed me a receipt, did he say “thank you,“ or “Let us know if we can ever help you again,” or even the overused “have a nice evening?” Nope, none of that, only one word at the end: “done.”Not even a hint of appreciation or thanks. What does that say about the companys dedication to customers?

The employees were knowledgeable, but need to be more helpful (physically)...I came into the store with a rolling suitcase, like you use at the airport, since I had to return several cable TV boxes, cords, etc. The employee asked ME to lift that heavy case up onto the counter...did NOT offer to help me...Im 75 years old...! Also keep in mind, dont visit Spectrum store on Sunday, late afternoon. There are no places to park!The closest entrance is near Dicks Sporting, and I drove around forever...
Let someone behind us go infront, evan was polite, but then tried giving us an older model than the one we were trading in, i asked him why we couldnt get the newer model (the same as the one we were trading in), evan said he couldnt due to them being in short demand for special costumers only, i said no we are leaving with the same one we returned, then said they only had 6 ft corax cable and he would have to check in the back, i then walked over to the first gentleman i talked to that said they had 12 ft cable, told him, he said they arent in the back, pulled it out and gave it to me no problem even though we directly asked Evan for the 12 ft. And ontop of all of this we have to due the whole new set up system which they should have been able to do themselves. Spectrum is rude, and disrespectful, will be telling everyone and sharing that spectrum takes as much advantage as possible of their customers as possible. BEWARE! And now they just CANCELED OUR SERVICE. RUDE!

They need a better system in place for equipment return. It takes entirely too long. Designate one associate for equipment return. Supply large plastic bags, information sheets with required return information, and a designated return box so no one has to wait...do something cause this is terrible.

Completely, embarrassingly awful for this store to even be open. I’ve never seen such slow, inept employees in my entire life. I totally understand that things happen, but it really shows the lack of thought into their processes when out of 4 different employees, they cannot process a customer faster than 20-30 minutes per person. They should quarantine this place purely from the amount of stupidity surrounding it.
Did not follow queue, at one point 21 people were in line and an associate was spending 20 minutes small talking with a customer. The manager was busy flirting with a customer at the self serve ATM. All we needed to do was pick up a cable box. I guess we shouldnt have expected any less with Comcast/Spectrum.P.S. You shouldnt add cellular if youre not going to dedicate team members to it. Tying up an associate to explain to someone Apple/Android and different phone features instead of getting the queues down does nothing for throughput.

Sacks, a month ago I canceled my internet, and the cable come through my association but the contract is going to be over in june 30 witch they are not going to renewed. So when I canceled my internet I also requested to cancel my cable as soon the contract is over so they supposed to be shutting down on July 1 so today is already July 3 and the cable has not been shutting down yet, so I call spectrum and tell them tha I place the order tu cut my cable and the havent done yet, so they told me that they can cancel my cable because I have to pay $ 65 cancelation fee, and I said why a cancelation oh because you already a month behind and I said Im not a month behind because the contract was over june 30 so is only 2 days pass and I place my orders for disconnection 30 day ahead to make sure I dont receive a bill for it, I said I dont have a contract with you guys, so the keep insisting that I have to pay $65 if I want to cancel my service. I have to faith with them because they keep insisting that I need to pay $65 to disconnect my service, I have to talk to the manager and fight for I told him tha thats not the way to keep customers trying to force them to stay with them. I told the manager to check the system tha my disconnection order should be ther because I call 30 days ahead to make sure that I dont get charge because the contract between the association company and the cable company was only until june 30. So on July 1 they should disconnect my service.

I give this a 3 star simply for the fact that the store moved from an easy access walk up to the store location in a small shopping plaza to the Band on Mall which is a nightmare accessing in and out, but what is worse is now a customer has to fight to find parking space at the mall THEN spend another 5-10 minutes getting to the store depending on what entrance one enters to the mall! Just MY luck...the rain POURED 😳😳down my first and only day I visited the new location, and STOPED as I finally got back to my vehicle 😣😣.

Shfting your store next to Apple store doesn’t make you smarter as Apple!! It takes at least 2 hours just to return your device or pickup devices. A simple drop-off could have save hours of many customers. While 80% of their costumers in the store waiting for Internet services only, mostly equipment exchange (you can see all of them standing with a modem or router). But they want you to stay in the store as much as possible - just to showcase their new offers and mobiles. Not Good Spectrum!!!
