Since moving in 2 years ago. Theres been over 100 cars broken into. Someone held there momma hostage. Check the video it on my Facebook. Theres bugs that come out of seemingly no where. If you have no where and I do mean no where left to go come hereAt least maintenance is nice 🙂

I lived here back in the day when I first moved to FL, and now recently I moved back here and everything still very well kept. Could use an update on a couple of things but other then that everything has been great. Maintenance is great here too.

Best living qtrs.in yrsEverything is perfect for us elderly. From cleaniness, wide doorways(wheelchair),plenty of storage, awesome, friendly, helpful staff who do the extra mile. Highly recommend! Great location too!

The first night someone set off fireworks or something and the cops where blocking all the streets. The neighbors are a little noisy in the early morning. Its a beautiful location and space.

The leasing staff is very nice and very friendly! Very quiet area not too much noise. My apartment is in a great area/location with a nice scenery of the playground and massive open landscape.

Moving here was one of my best decision. I Enjoyed this community. The office staffs are so wonderful and kind. Shout out to Jessica, Marilyn, Cindy and Maria. The Maintenance staff are totally Awesome. They work very hard to keep things rolling and come very quick when I put in a maintenance request. Kudos to Peter, Edwin, and Hector. Love these guys. Im very happy living here. Thank you to all of you for doing a great job. Be blessed!

They connected the hallway light but is not working.The matinance staff is awesone.Very positive active men. They do get the work done as soon as they can. They can use more helpers.

Been here since the 15th on Jan and still no Maintenance have yet to come to my Apartment and fix what needs to be fixed Put a work order in and no one has even responded

Your chances of getting in are slim unless you are the same as the other occupants(seems to be a trend). My family income meets the criteria, my family is good people with good rental history and for the last 2 years I have not been able to even look at an apartment! I call no one answers, Ive made appointments online and the girls in the office told my daughter and i that the online appointment system doesnt work, and if u leave a message they wont call you back ! They have a new text system and I cant get an answer back from that! If I go in and talk to them, which Ive done repeatedly they keep saying they dont have anything and it doesnt matter what time of year you go in there. This place is locked down tight.

Love living in this amazing property!!! The curve appeal is spectacular, maintenance crew are always prompt to fix any problem. The office staff is very attentive to your needs and concerns. This is the place you want to call HOME!!!!

Would recommend. Never had a problem, I feel safe and Ive lived here since they were newly built in 2001. Office staff is always friendly and helpful, thank you Jessica and staff. Maintenance is superb, thank you Peter and your manly men.Rent increase has gotten a little out of hand in the past 18 month imo close to 100$ more a month.My only question is when do the new owners plan on renovating.....upgrade bathrooms, kitchen, carpet, ceiling fans, light fixtures?Ive had 1 repaint and carpet replaced in 18 years.

Love these Apartments. Been here for going on 14yrs now. The crew is always on top of any maintenance request. Never more than 48hrs before its fixed. Love it here.

I love living here. I pay little in rent and I get so many amenities. I visited several of the Wilson Companys apartments in Tampa Bay and the best locations by far are Brandon and Riverview. I highly recommend this place for people who cant afford the ridiculous rents landlords charge in this area. Ive been living here for almost a month and I dont have any complaints about the residents. I feel very safe to raise my family here and I will be staying at Westchester for a long time.

Everyone in the office is amazing. They are friendly and on top of everything. The property grounds are really nice. The apartments arent modern at all, but still decent. No matter how times I bleach my kitchen and call pest control theres always gross roaches. My kids(3 and 9) cant go outside without me b/c the kids are always cursing and trying to fight them. Some of the kids around here are brutal. My upstairs neighbor is always stomping and fighting, which is annoying when your kids are trying to sleep. Other then that, its not a bad place to live. Definitely better than Waterford in Tampa. We are moving in a few weeks.

Bad notes-I live In the same building as one of the girls who work in the office. Shes the worst person in the whole building! Shes rude, I listen to her fight and scream and stomp all night long. Multiple neighbors of hers get mad and go door to door trying to figure out who is making all that noise then they realize she works here and they just go home and have to suffer through it. She also has zero problem yelling in the breeze way and fighting out there for all to here her personal business. It Is unreal to me you can be so loud even the neighbors who dont have shared walls or shared floors have to listen to your crap. Its both a reflection on the quality of the build of the apartments and the quality of company that would employ you.people stuff gets stolen here everyday you have to lock your car in between each trip in with groceries its so bad. A reflection of the quality of residents here.People smoke pot all over the place here. On play grounds at tables in the parking lot you name it. occasionally I can smell it in my own home coming from neighboring apartments.The kids here are almost all horrible.they cuss all over the play ground (Im talking like age 3 and up screaming curse words at other kids) they fight beat each other up all the time and their parents laugh about it instead of talking to them.they steal stuff sit on your cars, they are out till like one in the morning screaming their heads off.Despite the fact that its against the rules there will always be people smoking in the breeze ways sitting in chairs or on the steps and they are loud and they are there all hours of the night and make your house smell like smoke.And finally no matter how offend pest control comes its never enough because your surrounding neighbors are all so gross they cant keep them away. (No fault of the pest control or office here I belive its just again the quality of residents )Good notesEveryone else but the one person who works here is very nice.The actual apartment is nice cool layout and all. Landscaped well and pools kept up.And they are cheap. Which is basically the only reason at all that I stay.

I cant stress how the awesome staff is! as long as you take care of them they take care of you. great neighborhood, family friendly, convenient location, reasonable price. i had a great time living here with great memories. I highly reccomend it.

I’ve seen these apartments around for years - but I’ve been trying for 2 days to get ahold of someone to speak about leasing and I just keep getting a voicemail. I’ve called 6 times and left 2 voicemails. No one seems to return calls.

This is an amazing complex I remember coming here once to visit my brother I fell in love & told my husband we have to move here & now we raising our daughter here, the staff are awesome everyone here is friendly & the landscaping & pool is always kept up with !

Honesty, this place is horrible. Management is unprofessional and terrible, smile in your face but quick to stab you in your back. God forbid the manager cracks a smile. Living here wasnt worth the pain and hassle. The walls are paper thin, I could hear every word that came out of my neighbors mouth (and her late night flings.) I could hear my upstairs neighbor stomping and nailing things at ALL hours of the night. It sounded like someone was moon walking with timberlands on upstairs. Not to mention there were so many cockroaches and ants. No matter how much we complained and asked for help they NEVER solved the problem. The trash compactor would be so over filled that you couldnt throw away your trash for hours. There was anyways some homeless dog walking around at night. The hallways were always filled with Childs yelling and running around at all hours of the night. Plus, the smell of weed was overwhelming in the hallways. I give credit when credit is due but these arent the apartments you want to put your family in. That is just my personal opinion.

I have lived in this community for 10 years and I have always had good attention in the face of any difficulty, very good treatment of the staff who attend us. The buildings and their surroundings are kept clean. Whenever I have the opportunity, I recommend it to family and friends. I am happy to live in this place. THANKSSSSSS

I am very disappointed in this Westchester apartments😔 community I have a stress of life I do not recommend anyone move to that place really. When they take you with you to get you invent whatever they want, there is no professionalism on the part of those who work there, because if they want to take you out, they can do it without proofs, there is no camera they steal from time to time and they are not done responsible, apart you have to carry your trash to the front of the condominium messing and mistreating your car, do not receive any kind of shipment in the office and you have to go to the mail to look for it, they do not leave it at the door either because what more there are thieves in that community I stole a motorcycle and a bicycle with everything and its lock put 🤦🏻♀️Increasing never lived in such a place and less with that stress of life, I have always paid my rent on time, people who they live in my building, together with those who work, they have taken care of making me a campaign to send me letters, I am very tired I can not work quiet I have 4 children and I live in an effort to not do anything of bull and my children are not at all noisy, I have an autistic Child that behaves very well but they do not really care that I do not recommend this to anyone.I am very disappointed in this Westchester apartments😔 community I have a life stress I do not recommend anyone move to that place really.
