This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We are a family of 6 and had PLENTY of space. It was very well stocked with lots of extras like beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys for the kids and even a pack and play for our little one. The views of the sunsets were absolutely beautiful! We hope to be back next year!

The Sandbox was the most beautiful, tranquil beach cottage! Throughly enjoyed every aspect of this private vacation home. The hosts were fantastic and provided every detail in service and amenities. Looking forward to renting this cottage more in the future! Definitely a 5 Star rating!

Star Peach Beach House -We really enjoyed our time at this rental! We were surprised by how spacious it was! Lots of room to spread out and feel comfortable. It really has pretty much all you need away from home. An added plus was a wagon, chairs, and a few inflatables for the beach. The location is great. Right across the street from the beach with balcony views of both the beach and the bay.

We rented a house not cheap but very nice. In a nice and quiet neighborhood. Was as promised. Clean and well cared unit. We had a good contact to beachrentals they helped immediately. Good value. Recommended

We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for 25+ years. This is the first time we have rented with this agency and it was an exceptional experience. Very responsive to our questions via email and phone. Super easy to chat with. We rented Ride The Tide and it was an amazing house. It had so many things available and it was the perfect size for 3 couples. The layout inside and out was wonderful. The owner was the absolute best to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed including installing a new TV which had broke right before our arrival. It is a very beautiful and well kept home. We loved it so much we have already reserved our spot for next year. Cant wait!

My family and I LOVED our rental home in Anna Maria Island. We have been to the island several times and Ride the Tide was one our favorite homes we’ve rented. The outdoor layout was AMAZING!!! The owner was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was well stocked with necessities, bicycles and everything that we could possibly want or need for the beach! We miss the house already (we just got home 2 days ago 😜). Can’t say enough about the rental company and owner.

My family stayed at Gulf Place Unit 2 in April 2021. We loved the entire experience! The condo was perfect. The sunset views from the balcony were magnificent. The grad kids loved the pool and we loved the restaurants and shopping on the island. We plan to return next year.

This group was so helpful. I had initially booked for April 2020 but COVID postponed our trip. I was allowed to reschedule at a time of my choosing and they were very understanding. The unit was terrific!!!!! Probably the best I have every stayed and I travel a lot!

We loved staying in Bradenton Beach with Mobi Rentals. Our place was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The vibe was really cool - loved the style and comfort. The newly remodeled kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The beds were comfortable and the baths were really attractive too. We loved having a washer/dryer and back porch as well. The beach was just over the bridge and had so much parking as well. We would definitely stay again! Ann

We stayed at Live Oak Lodge in Bradenton Florida and had one of the best vacations ever. The home was a short drive to all the nearby beaches and one of the best parts was this home has a nice inground pool that the grandkids could enjoy while at the house. BeachRentals were very easy to work with and the price was great for that area. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

The vacation rental was sold and our reservation canceled. We never actually got to stay there and when I asked about other rental properties I did not feel like the response showed interest in helping me find another property managed by the same company.

Well equipped with bikes and beach wagon. Everything you need. Very clean when we arrived. Super impressed! Master suite king bed mattress has seen better days and was rough on our backs:(

The condo was extra clean, had all the little extra amenities you need for the kitchen and was in a great location. Grilling and eating on the patio was nice after a fun time at the pool or after the beach. They were very responsive to my questions. We had an enjoyable time!

We had an excellent rental experience with BeachRentals.mobi. They were very responsive to any questions before our arrival and responded to a problem we experienced during our stay to our satisfaction. We stayed at Sun Plaza West 215. The unit was as described in the rental listing. We are already planning a return to the same unit.

The cleaning was terrible. Dead bugs in the corners and an infestation of bugs inside and outside.Bathrooms smelled sour. Furniture had a foul oder.

The Bay to Beach Bungalow did have a beachy vibe in its decor, but the cleanliness was not up to par. All the white doors in the house were black with fingerprints etc. All of the ceiling fans looked like they hadnt been cleaned since their installation. All of the cloth-covered furniture was dirty and/or stained. The slip-on couch and loveseat covering was stained and dirty as well. But the most outrageous was the beg bugs or mites in the mattress of the master bedroom. Each and every night I spent in that room I was continually bitten. Sorry, but this place needs a DEEP cleaning before they continue to rent to unsuspecting guests.

The house was lovely and had everything we needed! The business was quick to respond when we noticed we didnt have enough towels and this was taken care of right away. Everything was perfect, including the weather! The walk to the beach was the only downside. It was a long walk when pulling a cart and it was very narrow. We used the public walk many times, but trying to get the cart to the back yard was quite an experience. This is the only reason we did not give it 5 stars. I would suggest clearing a larger path.

Renting from Beach Rentals.mobi was a great experience. Erika has been particularly helpful and responsive to all of my questions about the current and future rentals. I cant say enough positive things about BayWatch 3B which was a beautiful, wonderfully updated bay-view suite with a 2 minute walk to the Anna Marie Island Gulf beach. The heated pool was an extra plus as were great neighbors. Will return year after year!

We never were able to stay at The Big Chill because it was sold 5 weeks before our trip, disappointing Grandparents, parents (one of which was a nurse who had no time off due to Covid for 18 months) and grandchildren who had been looking forward to a beach trip for 2 years (missing due to Covid the Summer before). This was out of the control of Beach rentals.mobi and they refunded our money but it seems there should be a policy in place that new owners need to honor existing reservations for at least 6 weeks out. When it was cancelled we were unable to find another rental on such short notice. Very sad, disappointing and frustrating! During the Covid shut down last Summer Beach rentals.mobi did let us transfer our reservation to this Summer and they were good to work with so this frustration is directed to new owners, not rental company.

We loved the unit. The high quality of furniture n decor was obvious. It was clean and well stocked. Definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed. There were 2 negatives....first was the not well insulated walls. We could hear people as if they were in our unit. Second was the ridiculous amount charged us for retrieval of the keys that were accidentally dropped down the elevator shoot. $150 was extreme. We could see them there and know it took but a few minutes to get out. We had a great family week. Loved the proximity to the beach n the views from our balcony were breathtaking.

The amenities promised to be available were not. The pool was not usable. The dock was not available for our boat. Had to use a marina 1/2 an hour away for the month we stayed. An exterminator had to come for bugs. The washing machine leaked horribly. Was promised a partial refund for the inconveniences but haven’t seen a cent!

My family, 4 adults and 2 children, stayed in Carissa Villa 201 for 10 days. It was wonderful! In these days of the virus, we were able to easily social distance with our private pool and fabulous kitchen. We only ate out twice and both were within walking distance. Beach access is 1 1/2 blocks away and a super easy walk. The house itself was fantastic! The only thing that didnt work was the ceiling fan in the patio area. About the only negative I could say about the company is that it does take a while to get the $500 deposit back for the elevator. It was so worth it though. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Sea U Soon. It was a cute place and pretty clean (hey, no one cleans like I do). We loved the private pool and we were within a 5 minute walk of the beach. There was a nice wagon provided so we could lug all our stuff. I will rent from this outfit again.

We rented a beautiful home in Anna Maria Island. It was clean and well kept. We had beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach and a floatie for the pool. Can’t wait until we can make our way back to Florida for another stay! Definitely would recommend this rental company again!

Because of my mom’s dementia, I’ve had to go to Anna Maria multiple times to help out. Ed, Candy and the Crew have been amazing. All go out of their way to make sure you get the right property at the right price. And they have a lot of wonderful properties. I felt they respected Covid-19 in sanitation and helped out in every way they could. I am definitely a repeat customer. Forget airbnb or vrbo. This is a local company that really cares. Ed is a ROCK STAR!We rented a house for 2 weeks and had paid for a heated pool/hot tub.The pool heater broke, I text the number that was given to me and he responded within 30 minutes.....this is Christmas/New Years week.He then called and apologized and jumped into action to have someone at the house the next morning.The pool heater was fixed within 36 hours on New Years Eve Eve.Thanks for everything Ed!!!

The view was fantastic. It was super clean and tidy! It had everything needed in the kitchen and the rest of the rooms! The instructions were clear which made checking in a breeze! I had a fantastic time!

We had a mixed experience, so its somewhat hard to rate. Overall, I would give this 3.5 stars if I could. Its fairly good, but not great.The location is wonderful, on the north end of Anna Maria Island with easy beach access, and the house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and a great little back patio and pergola covered in jasmine that made an awesome dinner spot. The grill outside is great, theyve stocked the kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils, and there is a nice washer, drier, and dishwasher. It would be easy to host people using the bar at the front of the house, if you were so inclined. The dining room with 180 degree, floor-to-ceiling glass windows was also nice. Because its spacious, it was easy to spread out when we wanted some privacy. The rental agency was responsive, the rental price was reasonable, and the neighborhood is generally quiet and people are friendly. There are plenty of quaint little shops near by, two fishing piers, and abundant restaurants.Still, the first thing I noted when entering this house was the overpowering smell of mold. They had set the thermostat to 80, and it was fairly humid inside, with what looked like spots of mold on the ceiling around the A/C vents. Mold is essentially a given in Florida, but this was definitely more than typical. It reminded me of an older home I lived in previously that ended up condemned due to overgrowth of mold and required professional treatment; it had that same smell. Once we got the A/C turned down and the air dried out, the smell mostly disappeared and everyone was more comfortable. One person couldnt stop sneezing the entire visit and her allergies became a significant problem, so she tried to stay outside a lot. The carpet upstairs looked ancient and frankly disgusting, and there were multiple small problems, such as sliding doors that fell off the tracks, fan blades that were sagging and nearly hitting our heads, and it looked like water damage had rotted the bottom of the back door. We did mention these concerns on our last day, so they may all get fixed.Overall, this place is showing its age and needs some TLC and some new carpet, along with a mold inspection IMO. Hopefully, the mold concern is just oversensitiveness on my part, but I really dont think so. Otherwise, we had no significant problems, and the location is awesome.

It was great. Kate was so helpful with all the covid uncertainty. The only improvement would be keyless entry. It would be much more convenient to go directly to the rental rather than stopping by the office to get and return keys.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My wife and I decided to book Heavenly Sunset and the price for the location was well worth every penny. This property sits literally on the Gulf Side of Bean Point on AMI and you have your own personal beach path. You personally have front row seats to the sunset every evening.We stayed here with our 2 year old son and the home includes a beach cart/chairs/towels for the beach. We definitely abused this as we went to the beach everyday that we were there. We also purchased some minor beach toys/buckets/truck for our son and we left those there for the next family to hopefully enjoy with their little ones.The home itself is fairly big for us, a family of three, so if you have several more kids, or 2 couples, there should be plenty of room.Only hiccup that we encountered was checking in, which was quickly resolved and zero issues for the rest of our stay there.The home was well cleaned and well stocked to get you going for a few days. Everything had labels, so you knew where to return items. Even the light switches had labels so you are not second guessing what turns on what.If we decide to return to Anna Maria Island, I will definitely look up this home again.If youre still deciding on where to stay, this place is a no brainer for its location and price.Minor note which has nothing to do with the rental, the beach path has a slew of red ants and sandburs, (which is quite normal for wild beachpaths) so do not attempt to walk this barefoot which we quickly learned not to.

Booking a beachfront cottage through beach rentals was the best thing. We had a great time. As I was taking my whole family for the tour. I was in search of a place where all 15 people can accommodate. Booking a five bedroom cottage helped me a lot.

What a great experience! Anna Maria Island is a hidden gem! Our family stayed in the starfish cottage and it was such a magical beach vacation. The house was super clean and up to date. The kids used the pool more than anything else- its so big! Its a great place for new couples as well. The back yard is completely private and feels like your own paradise. Its so close to the beach and right next to the pier. Our older kids were there a lot Fishing and catching all kinds of species of fish. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We will be staying here every year (as long as we can get availability!) as our family vacation. My whole family looks forward to it.

The property has a gorgeous view from the patio and the deck outside the master bedroom - direct to the beach and stellar sunsets. Sand dunes are the only thing separating the house from the beach. The short walk to the beach provides just the right distance for privacy in the house from the people on the beach. Management of the property was very attentive to the guest. Quiet northern end of Anna Maria Island, nearly at Bean Point. Short drive to restaurants and attractions. Quiet. Relaxing.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo in Indian Shores. Were happily surprised to see its located next to a small seabird sanctuary, housing many pelicans, which is one of my wifes favorite animals of all time. Condo had plenty of space for our two grown-up kids, teen son and us. Very close to the causeway and nearby lots of restaurants. Nice place. Wed stay there again.

We stayed at heavenly sunset, a two story on Pine Avenue. Its beautiful inside and it has a huge back porch that is screened. Theres a personal path that takes you down to the beach. We like going to the beach and want it to feel like we have it all to ourselves. This house is perfect for that. The upstairs suite is really nice and has a waterfall bathtub. We already have it booked to go back again!

This was the best condo our family has ever rented. Very nice layout. Very clean. The screened in patio was nice for relaxing in the evening. The second bedroom had two nice size beds. The showers were great. The main television was huge. The beach access was a relatively short walk across the street. Plenty of beach towels and chairs were provided. Siesta Key village was a very short drive and had a good variety of restaurants and shops. The pictures of the condo show exactly what it looks like. I would definitely recommend this property and our family would definitely stay in this condo again.

Stayed at Sandy Feet Retreat in Holmes Beach. Nice location close to restaurants and beach. Quiet, even though just off main drive. Nice outdoor seating. Grill a plus. Very comfortable.

Is all I can say about the home I stayed in on Anna Maria Island.Mango Beach house was a very comfortable home for me and the family.It was great to be able to walk out the back door and be ON THE BEACH.Ed and Candy were very helpful with giving me the local insight on things to do on and off the island. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I will be back this summer and will stay at this home.

This was the perfect location for our Spring Break trip with our family. The kids loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. My mom and I loved the lay out of the house and how clean it was. Very close to restaurants and shops and easy access to either bridge over to Anna Maria Island. Quiet neighborhood with pleasant and friendly neighbors. Would stay here again.

We just had an amazing stay for Labor Day week at one of their properties and it was perfect! Candy and Doug took care of every detail to make sure our stay was the most wonderful time. The house was amazing, the area had plenty to do for me and my family and the process of staying was extremely easy and effortless. We had a blast! Cant wait to do it again. This little gem was the perfect home away from home for our family of 6 with kids ages ranged from 23 to 10. Plenty of comfy beds, ample linens, beach towels etc so we were never without. The backyard is truly an oasis. We opted for the pool heat and were happy we did. We used every inch of the back yard, music played daily, walked to the beach to play bocce and football, and just relaxed in the sun. It’s in the perfect location too - easy access to the trolley and shops. You can’t go wrong with this house and we would absolutely rent it again on our next trip to AMI!

We saw lots for pelicans and parrots and even dolphins one day. We weren’t too far from beach and the island has many great restaurants. The home was a little dated but fulfilled our needs! We would definitely stay again. I hope the new owner completes the renovations quickly, so we can book for next year.

We have been to about every beach on the Gulf and Indian Shores has to be the best!!!This condo was nicely appointed and felt like home!!! We had no issues from the time we got there til the time we left.... We have never been to the same beach twice, but i believe we will make this our yearly trip now... Even our kids want to stay here again and they love gonig to different beaches!!!!

A clean and charming cottage with all the amenities needed for a week long stay. Decor is tasteful and the furniture was very comfortable. Its located 1 block from the east-side beach (we watched the sunrise multiple days) and 5 blocks from the west-side beach. Next door is an exceptional seafood restaurant, The Waterfront Restaurant, and if you have room be sure to get ice cream from Two Scoops. Our week was capped by with a sunset wedding at the The Sandbar Restaurant. In all, an excellent option for anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. P.S. Be sure to use the free trolley service around the island which has a stop at the City Pier. P.P.S. Make sure you get the shrimp and grits from the Sign of the Mermaid and bacon and chocolate donuts from The Donut Experiment.

We booked through beachrentals.mobi for our Florida vacation. From the time we arrived to the time we left we had an amazing time. The staff was more than helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation great. They were only a phone call away 24 hrs a day to help with any problems. We would highly recommend using them for any vacation you are planning to the gulf coast paradise.

Perfect vacation property. Very clean, close to the beach with access to restaurants and shopping. Bikes were available to explore the island which helped to make this a fabulous adventure. I wish I could stay another week. We plan to return for more fun in the sun as soon as we accrue more vacation days at work 😊

The condo had everything we needed for our 2 week vacation. We enjoyed listening to the live music from across the street while relaxing on the large screened porch. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, Bridge Street, and to the Coquina Beach Market.

Stayed at beach condo September 2016 and it was the perfect place. Condo spotless and in the closet there were lots of beach toys umbrellas, etc for us to use. Walk out back porch right onto sand. Perfect location. Reminds me of when I grew up on Anna Maria as a teenager.Will definitely stay here again. I think Anna Maria is the best beach in the U.S.

Absolutely loved this property. Its right across from beach. The unit was super cute and the perfect size for my husband and I. Lots of yummy places to eat. The only thing I wished was that they had a pool. But I got over that real quick when I saw just how close to the beach we were. The unit had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be returning. But for longer next time. And to the same property. We had an amazing time.

We have been renting a property managed by BeachRentals.mobi for the past 5 years usually for six weeks in the spring. Dealing with Ed, Candy, Kate and Lori is a pleasure, they are pleasant, helpful, welcoming and professional and have gone over and above to ensure our vacation is stress and problem free.

You could not ask for more personalized customer service. They run a 24/7 helpline for any and all issues! Their properties range from luxurious to cozy, but all are well-kept and close to the beautiful beach. I will definitely be using them for my next vacation.

Had a reservation from 3/28/20-4/4/20. Unfortunately are unable to go. This would have been our 5th trip to AMI. We have twin sons and this is their senior year. We were also bringing two of their friends with, one of whom is going into the Army in June. So, we were looking at giving them a memorable senior year spring break. Up until 3/23/20 had still planned on going especially since these boys are missing out on so much as they approach graduation. However, it became clear that this trip just wasnt meant to be. Worked with Ed and his team on re-booking for different dates. They were very understanding and very accommodating. I understand during these trying times its difficult on small businesses, especially ones in the tourism industry. The dates we have changed to are at a lower rate and Ed has graciously offered to refund the difference. This was our first time booking with his company but if we return to AMI after this year it probably wont be our last. 4/5 stars, waiting to actually stay in the house before giving the 5th star! See you in September!UPDATE!!!Arrived at the house on a Saturday evening with the key code. The code worked however the door knob lock was also locked and we didnt have a key. Candy from beachrentals.mobi got there as quick as she could with a key and let us in. She also helped carry our groceries and bags in when she didnt need to.As for the house, if all of our original group would have gone this house would have plenty of room for us. As it turned out it was way more house than just my wife and I needed but we made it work. REMEMBER, this is an OLDER house, it isnt perfect. The interior had a great beachy cottage feel to it from the design choices to the decorations. We loved it. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with decent equipment. We have stayed in other rentals where the pots and pans look like an assorted cast off collection but not here. Plenty of books for reading and games for playing later in the evenings after a day at the pool or the beach. Cant beat the location right across the street from the Bay and right on a canal. There is a storage area by the pool and it has a bike, fishing equipment, beach chairs and toys and pool toys. Very relaxing to sit in the spa by the pool and fire up the jets. The only MINOR drawback for us was the pool. At least at first. It is an older concrete pool and could stand to be redone. When you first see it you think its dirty, however the water was clean and clear. The filter ran and the pool guy was there checking on everything. This house isnt the Ritz and its not one of the many fancy new homes being built on AMI every year. However this house did feel like and home and we enjoyed it very much.Very happy we didnt cancel our trip. Had a good time. Enjoyed the house and enjoyed working with the beachrentals.mobi staff. I added the 5th star.

Property was great location - great view of gulf - right on trolley stop - across street from Gulf Dr Cafe. Property was over 2300 sq ft and we enjoyed all of it with my son, daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters. We enjoyed the pool and the beach/gulf. Could not get enough of the beautiful sunsets. The rental process was easy. Kate was in the office on our arrival and departure. We did not need to contact rental agent after our arrival as we had no problems. Would highly recommend this rental. We want to rent it again.

I had an amazing time! The location was just across the street from the beach; easy to walk to (not so far one has to drive), but not so close that one has to deal with people outside all of the time. The house was lovely; full of good appliance and necessities. I had a wonderful girls weekend and hope to be able to return again.

The view is terrific and the condo is well furnished and comfortable. Were looking forward to a return in the fall or again next year. The pool is one of the better positioned ones in the mile of beach we walked and the entire facility is clean and well kept. A great place to relax.

Had a great time at Sunplace 3B. Unit has a great location. You are on the second floor corner unit. Which adds to privacy with no one on your left. Parking garage is underneath unit so no one is under you either. 2 balconies was very nice. One off the bedroomand living room. Unit is very spacious. Kitchen has everything needed. Previous review mentioned entry way as needing sprucing up but we did not see it that way. Very private and clean. property provides a nice shower area and walk to the beach is seconds.We ate at some great restaurants. Guppys on the Beach, Osaka Sushi and the Columbia. Condo is location 1.2 miles to a grocery store Publix. Wonderful beach get away will be recommending to friends and will love to return next summer.

Our family has stayed at a great condo for the last several years managed by Beachrentals and have always been more than pleased by the service. The condo is always spotless and if we ever have a question, it is immediately taken care of by the great staff. We love Anna Maria area as well as the Indian Shores area and beaches and look forward to going back again every year.

We stayed here for a week in February 2018. The duplex is classic AMI--green cinder block, jalousie windows, bottle brush tree outside. The best thing about this property was the location. We always stay in Holmes Beach, but this Bradenton Beach location was great because we were two blocks from a park on the intercostal and two blocks from a beach access walkway to the Gulf. Also, a large portion the beach was shady until about 11:00 AM at this time of year, which is a huge plus when traveling with a toddler. This was the most affordable two bedroom option we could find for this time of year, and it was worth every penny.

We cannot say enough about our stay at this property! It was recently remodeled and has all the amenities --right down to beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. The three bedrooms (with very comfortable mattresses, I might add) were roomy and more than adequate. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, which is perfect for watching the magnificent sunset! The kitchen has everything possible needed to create wonderful dinners right down to the kitchen utensils. There is a gas grill on the deck with a large table and umbrella. Having two full baths was great and they have been recently remodeled. There are plenty of towels (including beach towels) and linens, negating the need to bring them. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. They thought of everything: DVDs, cards and tvs in all of the bedrooms. I should add that the unit was spotless! The listing was just as they described and we are scheduled to return next year. The unit is in a perfect location; it is within walking distance to many restaurants and little shops. This place is definitely a home away from home.

We stayed at “Ride the Tide” which was managed by BeachRentals.mobi. This house is immaculately presented throughout and a real joy to be in. We travelled as a couple with two boys (9 and 11) who couldn’t believe their luck at having their own “den” in the top room! Everything is supplied and the beach is so close and so beautiful. The A/C decided to misbehave on the first night and it was fixed again in the blink of an eye after the owner, Ken, came round to check it out then called his A/C guy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful it really made a difference. We’ve stayed in some lovely places in various different counties and this was hands down the best. Thanks to everyone involved with our stay - we will be back!!

Our stay at Peach Beach House in Bradenton Beach was fabulous. The property was beautiful, very clean, well equipped and well maintained. The location was perfect. Yes it can be a little noisy because you are right across the street from Gulf Drive Cafe but that is where we wanted to be. It was perfect for us and we enjoyed the night life at that location. And its not a rowdy and out of control atmosphere. We enjoyed the live music every night. The property is very spacious and beautiful. We loved it and will return. The staff at BeachRentals.mobi was very professional and accommodating. We were very impressed.

Beautiful condo, perfect location and excellent customer service!

For me this is a perfect spot, I love the property, stayed already few times, each time I try to get different unit, this unit is beautiful!, granite countertop, modern appliances in perfect working condition, everything you need for kitchen usage and more! I appreciate the items left behind like spices, salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee filters and many more. Plenty of towels and TP in bathrooms, extra pillows, the décor of the whole condo is very inviting. We loved the storm shutters, you can lower them to hide from sun. My absolute favor is No Keys to carry, keyless entry! love it. We will definitely try to get this condo for our next vacation. Complements to management, very easy to work with, nice people especially Kate, thank you and till next time.

Worst company ever. Stayed at Beach Cottages (Unit 1214) over 4th of July week and had a MTV Spring Break party bust loose on site. Literally 100s of 18 to 20 somethings clogging every bit of the pool/hot tub and beach. Found out after the stay from a resident that they were all staying in three units (despite a max of 6). Pool was so full it was impossible to use. Hot tub designed for 6 to 8 had over 20 jammed in it at all times. More weed was being smoked than a Bob Marley tribute concert and alcohol was flowing left, right and center until these kids could barely walk straight. My daughter (20) and niece (15) were accosted in the halls with multiple guys yelling Hey b$&ch come suck mu c!@k. At the pool it was no better and seemed like a meat market. My elderly parents couldnt take it any more and eventually left after three straight nights of 2am pool parties with blaring music (despite rules saying pool closed at dusk). Cops were called but only helped for the short time while on site - next day all started again. We contacted the rental company - crickets. We contacted them again for help with a name/number for someone on site - no help. We asked for the name of the owners so we could write a letter - refused (thankfully though there is the county property records). We asked for a refund - not a chance. Do not use this company! The reviews either have to be friends, family, employees or folks that didnt actually need the property manager to do anything to actually earn their fee that you are charged on the rental. When I posted a review on Facebook the company disclaimed all responsibility for any actions outside the unit and told me that I should have rented a a quiet single family home on Anna Maria Island. Just terrible in every aspect of dealing with this disaster of a vacation. You dont get to charge for a service fee, induce people to rent through advertising facilities unusable during the bulk of the stay and then point the finger at the real property managers at the Beach Cottages in Indian Rocks Beach. At minimum an onsite visit and demands to the onsite manager and/or the HOA could have been undertaken or a contact/number to the onsite authority with actual power and authority could have been provided but even that was refused. Simply cannot say enough how terrible we found the services of this company and how utterly unhelpful we also found them to be including failing to take ANY responsibility whatsoever and then trying to shame me on social media for posting so others can be fully informed before renting from this outfit.

We stayed for a week in early March, principally to attend Phillies Spring Training, but also to relax and enjoy the beach when we werent attending baseball games. Sand Castle I was a convenient place to stay for access to Bright House Field in Clearwater. Traffic permitting (some construction on Ulmerton caused delays), we were able to get back and forth to the stadium in under a half hour. We liked having a parking spot under the building, and close to the elevator. We had several attractive dining places, many within walking distance, if you dont mind walking 1/2 mile to 1 mile, plus Gulf Drive has nice pedestrian walkways with lighted cross walks. The closest restaurant is the Waterfront Pub, almost right across the street, and we also have to recommend Haze Ice Cream, directly across the street, where they make all their own very delicious ice cream. If you drive back toward the Causeway, youll find several casual dining spots like Crabby Bills and LuLus, with delicious Grouper sandwiches, prepared just about any way youd like. I could eat them every day! Or drive south to find Hawaiian barbecue, pizza, and more casual options. Turn right out of the elevator, walk through the garage, and you will have access to the pool and the beach. Sand Castle I has its own decent-size pool, with plenty of chaise lounges, tables, and chairs. On the beach, you can rent a two chaise cabana, with an extra umbrella if you need it. Our unit had beach chairs and some toys, so we didnt have to take advantage of the rental cabanas. The owner also supplied beach towels - just wash and dry them before you put them back. The unit itself was very comfortable and serviceable. Plenty of kitchen equipment, dishes, and flatware if you want to prepare food in-house, and the appliances are up-to-date. The furniture is laid out nicely, with a dining table, couch and chair in the living area, and plenty of sleeping options - a king in the front room, two doubles in the next, and a double (maybe a queen) in the third room off the kitchen. There were also plenty of sheets and towels, too. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the unit, plus Sand Castle I has a laundry room with 4 large washers and dryers - $1.50 in quarters to operate one. We really enjoyed our stay and were sorry when they day came to pack up and leave. We had a great time and hope to return.
