Joseph was very nice and professional. He listened to what we wanted, offered improvement ideas but ultimately followed our final decision. He was also very mindful that he did not track debris through the house and cleaned up behind himself. Stephanie in the office was very quick to handle any administrative details. We would absolutely hire Jsan Corp. again.
Joseph and Jessica are an awesome team to work with. We recently remodeled our kitchen which resulted in a unique problem with matching floor tile. Joe solved our problem by cutting each piece of tile to fit our space and it looks perfect! He also installed our backsplash which looks awesome. The workmanship was outstanding, always on time, very knowledgeable and a joy to work with.Jessica coordinated the the project and was always pleasant and promptly responded to requests. We found their price to be reasonable and will certainly consider using their service again for future projects.Dave & Linda Wilson
Joseph installed bathroom cabinets for me and I am extremely happy with the results . He modified the design slightly and it looks so much better than I imagined .
Joe and JSAN get a 5-star review for the recent work at my home. I am moving to Anna Maria Island and am fixing up the place before I move in. I wanted to replace the vanity and fixtures in a bathroom, and I knew I needed help for that, but I thought I would try to paint it myself. After totally destroying the sheetrock trying to take down the wallpaper, I called JSAN to come rescue me. (They were the first to answer of several calls made to vendors found online.) From the beginning, their communication was great. Stephanie is immediately on top of all calls. Joe squeezed me in for a quote and the first short visit to start smoothing out the sheetrock. It needed several trips to dry and be re-coated, and this was great for me as it gave me time to find lots of other ways Joe could help me. He is a master with sheetrock, and my final walls look perfect. After fixing the bathroom walls, he painted it, turned its stippled ceiling into a beautiful smooth one, replaced the vanity and all fixtures, and installed floor molding and quarter round. Outside of the bathroom, I picked his brain for other things I had going on (roofing and electrical). It turns out he is working towards being a fully licensed contractor, so he knows about everything. The last day he was at my house I kept giving him little projects like re-calking my kitchen to make it look fresh and re-installing my dish-washer so the door worked better. Even though I must have been messing with his schedule, he happily did everything. The total job cost was very reasonable. I will be having him back to hang cabinets, move venting ducts for my dryer and bathroom vents, repair rotten wood and other issues on the outside of my house, and paint it. I am so glad to have found my “go to” person for all my future needs!
