Huge disappointment. Kyle built an in-law addition to our home. The work was poorly supervised with inferior subcontractors, especially the horrible painters. We had a hard time getting him to honor his warranty and have given up on that. Once he was paid, he was unavailable. At this point, 2 yrs. after moving into it, the paint is peeling off the outside doors (they were never correctly prepped), the inside woodwork is like sandpaper (again no prep), the pocket doors are rough and don’t look like they were painted and they won’t even stay closed. The wood floorboards are coming up. Kitchen appliances not installed correctly. There are too many things to list here, but this gives you an idea of what he didn’t respond to. Some other things, like outside cabinets falling apart, he did respond to after many frustrating communications. But he didn’t fix them very well because they’re falling apart again. Once paid, he didn’t want to hear from us. Sorry Kyle, but you know it’s true. Worst contractor experience in my old life!
