Work was done with good quality. There were custom aspects to the work that required adjustments and changes. Good problem solver, clear communicator. No misunderstandings or ambiguities. All details were well managed. It is evident that they are committed to making sure customer satisfaction comes before all else. Not just lip service.

Poor communication and no follow through from this company despite repeated efforts to follow up to make sure they were on schedule. The front door install was scheduled a month out and I was not notified until three days before the job was supposed to be done that it could not be completed on time due to employees quitting the week before, though I had asked for a week notice in order to schedule the day off from work in order to be present for the install. They missed scheduled pickup of door and absolutely no communication it would not be picked up on time, leading to last minute scrambling on my part to make sure was it was picked up by another contractor so as to not be charged. The necessary permit had not been pulled when job was accepted though there is currently a three-week delay for permits being issued, which now will delay the job even more. Also the highest estimate of any estimates I received for the job by far.

Made appointment for interior house painting quote. Day of appointment, after leaving work early so I would be on time, I receive a TEXT not even a call but a TEXT from Lisa that sorry she won’t be able to make it today 4 minutes before she was due to arrive. No further communication to reschedule or recover my business. Must not need the work! Better to find this out before I pay for the job and then they don’t show up. Very unprofessional. Plenty more companies to choose from that will respect my time and show up.

Just started my project. All new tile floors, doors and bathrooms. Very professional. Owner meets with you at the time of scheduled appointment. Employees are working as promised.
