People always say that home renovations are challenging. With Duncans Creative Kitchens, the experience was a breeze. We had two major renovations - a library and then a few years later, a kitchen. Scott listened carefully, made great suggestions, and made it happen. He has great attention to detail and he walked us through every step of the process. His entire team was professional and trustworthy. I will use Duncans Creative Kitchens again and have recommended them to family and friends.

We are only partially through our kitchen project, but I just could not wait to say how wonderful everything is going. We went from a 1960s kitchen to a new white shaker kitchen. not only are we delighted, with the customer service Scott provides, the workers are professional building artists!! Scott remodeled our 1985 kitchen and came out and listened to our dreams. He measured, provided guidance, took us to see granite, plumbing, lighting, appliance vendors to complement the gorgeous cabinetry we had selected. Scott gave us a timeline, communicated on a daily basis with us and made us aware of any delays ( if any). We have subsequently had Scott remodel our Master Bath and Guest Baths. There is no one else Id consider to do any updates to our home! You will not be disappointed!

My wife & I approached three formidable kitchen remodeling companies to transform our plain, 50, three wire shelf pantry. Scotts design by far was the most gorgeous and practical. His craftsmen were able to install the customized cabinetry and make it appear the walls were built around it.

So we are now enjoying our new remodeled kitchen completed by another company and paid for with cash. Scott Duncan at least came out to the house once but never again did we hear from him. No options.. No suggestions.. No rough estimates.. Nothing. Oh well I guess he didnt want our business.
