Absolutely in love with this apartment complex!.....it is so perfect, it has a tranquil / peaceful atmosphere about it, the pool is beautiful, And The other tenants all seem lovely.Gabby was the one who has been helping us and from day one, has been so attentive to detail and such a tremendous help with us....having life changes, she has made us feel so welcomed here! If coming out here to tour the complex, ask for Gabby!

Moved in 2 weeks ago and i absolutely love this place. Definitely was a good choice. My only issue is my washer does not work but i am hoping they fix soon. Overall i love it❤️

As previously stated for the last 3 weeks it is not worth it. Visited with management multiple times and nothing changes, company is more concentrated on getting people locked into leases then taking care of the existing tenants. They talk the good talk but in they ignore us residents. Apartments are very nice but you pay for the amenities and right now not great. Pool has not been cleaned in weeks, garbage accumulates. Landscaping is beautiful but dying, they have the sprinklers during the hottest part of the day when it should be at night. Plants are all dying in the pots around the pool. I will more then gladly remove or modify my review once things change. We expected the transition between developer and management company to be seamless as advertisement and it definitely was not. Please do your due diligence before signing. There is great potential but it is not there yet. There is no security as the front gates have been opened since we moved in 30 days ago.As stated in my initial post Im more then willing to adjust my review to take into account any improvements. While its not perfect (nothing is really) they have improved on keeping the grounds cleaner and I must say that maintenance does respond quickly. Ive seen improvement, just dismayed about the lack of working front gate, while it is only symbolic i would still feel better with a working gate. Thank you

This place is great, clean and management is super helpful! Kelly helped me with a huge package from the clubhouse and drove to my apartment for me because I was struggling with it. She is always super kind and very helpful. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Sasha and the on call maintenance guy, Danny, are absolutely incredible! I had their help early this week when my alarm system wouldn’t turn off. We aren’t connected to any service so when I came home and it wouldn’t go off, I had no idea what to do. Sasha stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of and Danny came right away to help!Today I was able to meet more of the office staff. They are all incredibly nice and so helpful! We had a few issues signing our contract/logging into our accounts that Sasha helped get resolved and Danny is coming by to check on our alarm system again! Truly an incredible staff that just needed a little time to adjust to their new work place as management just changed! Remember these people are humans too, that are trying their best! Have a little compassion and patience! Today I saw how much they care about their residents! Now that everything is resolved, I really am excited to be living here!!

When we toured Watercolor Place back in January, my fiancé and I were more than impressed. The units were nice and spacious, but we were incredibly impressed with the amenities. Everything was pristine and we were more than excited to move in. The coffee and juice bar was fully stocked with several snacks to chose from, the gym and yoga studio were very clean, and the whole experience being advertised seemed great. When we moved in we were informed that the management had changed and the amenities were not up to standard. The coffee and juice bar is empty (no juice or snacks at all) and the coffee machine barely works. The pool isn’t clean and the flowers surrounding the pool are all dying. The dog park is a joke and is full of dog poop. The yoga studio floors are frequently dirty and mats are not cleaned. Definitely not the way things were advertised to us when we first toured and currently not worth the price. Management doesn’t seem to care about making their current residents happy, only about getting more people in the door to sign a lease.

I highly recommend thinking twice before moving here. What are advertised as “luxury apartments” are anything but. This place is extremely loud. Both from our upstairs neighbors, and we live by the pool where there are loud late parties with music blaring every weekend into the night. Always young children running around the pool screaming well past the 10pm “close time” to top it all off last weekend there were gunshots being fired in the middle of the night. Of course we heard nothing from management about it, but we confirmed with our neighbor he also heard the gun shots. I could go on, no one cleans up after their dogs although there are pet stations everywhere and the gates have been closed a total of 3 days since we moved in over 3 months ago. The one saving grace has been that everything is brand new in our apartment and has been up to working order so far. Otherwise that’s all the positive input I have.

I moved here from NC a few months ago. For me and my demanding career I’m only home to rest. The amenities look great but I don’t use them and that’s okay, I knew that coming in. I haven’t needed to use any maintenance requests either so no issues or experience there. I’ve read some poor reviews and experiences and I’ve honestly not had those same experiences at all. Maybe I’m just lucky or maybe my neighbors all seem to have great respect for each other. I would like to see the gates finally work but that’s not a deal breaker for me as it makes it easier for DoorDash to deliver anytime. I don’t use the pool itself but a lot of the time it’s closed because parents let their children defecate in there. Personally, every time I get the email I laugh because who knew all these kids had no training or sense in them. I won’t be using the pool but at least stop your children from using it as a toilet.Overall 10/10 here for me and my needs and schedule.

Great customer service and great job from Danny(the maintenance guy). I put a service request and he respond within 20 minutes. From the office staff to the maintenance/cleaning crew they are all great. I am really happy and proud of living here. Once again Danny was very diligent, knowledgeable and great communicator. @Danny U rock!!!!

The property has nice amenities, a new build and an upscale feel about it. When we walked in we were greeted by Gabby, the assistant property manager. She was very professional and answered all of our questions without feeling “salesy”. I just hope that the residents are as nice as the property staff was! Generally it’s the residents themselves that make or break the experience for us. Fingers crossed!

I had the pleasure of looking at new apartments at Hue Watercolor with leasing agent Sasha. She was extremely knowledgeable, very welcoming and provided a comfortable professional experience. Its a new apartment complex with great floor plans. Definitely a place I would highly recommend to check out and will recommend to my friends. Cant wait to move in next month!!

Weve only been here for a few weeks, but so far, our experience at Hue Watercolor has been exactly what we had hoped for! Leasing agent, Sasha, has been extremely helpful and did a great job in finding us the perfect unit. Amenities are as advertised and the move-in process was seamless.

We just moved in a few days ago, I know they have been undergoing a management change, but all of their staff has been kind and professional. We could not get water in the washer, arranged an online maintenance request and got a call within 5 minutes and the issue was resolved immediately. Every time we walk into the office, Sasha is a welcoming smile and so helpful. We’re off to a good start at Watercolor.

Gabby did a great job taking time to show us around the well maintained complex. The move in fees are comparatively low to other places nearby and pet friendly which is a plus. Fingers crossed they have a 2bedroom 2bath around the time I relocate.

Just visited hue watercolor let me tell you 5 star all the way. Met the maintenance supervisor Danny and he knew everything answered every answer I had. Super friendly staff .

I leased an apartment here specifically because of its gated entry and other amenities. I have been disappointed thus far as the gate has worked for a total of about 4 days since March 1 2021 and the pool has repeatedly closed for treatments or cleanings for multiple days at a time. Ive paid for these amenities in my rent and have been deprived of them. My building also has an alarm system that goes off constantly. I live on a upper floor and can hear this beeping all day and night. Management is very dismissive and has done nothing to remedy these issues. When asked what they are going to do for their tenants, they responded with The amenities are free so we cant do anything for you. Included in rent, not free Hue! I suggest steering clear for the price paid

Sasha did a wonderful job helping us find the right place for us. She was patient, energetic, and thorough with her tour. This place is new and maintains a very clean facility. Office staff is very friendly and the communication from their leasing staff is prompt and friendly. Thanks guys!

Love it here ! It was a rough start with all the changes but things seem to be improving . The new maintenance manager Tommy is really helpful and gets stuff done ! Bonnie is great too her and the cleaning team work hard! Hope to stay here a while

These were by far the nicest apartments that I have locked at in the Bradenton area. The amenities are great and Kelly was extremely helpful. I am looking to relocate, and I believe this complex will be my first choice once I’m ready to make the big move.

These apartments are top tier the amenities are amazing. Free coffee and snacks are always stocked. I see Bonnie every morning cleaning and restocking. She’s always super nice and friendly. Highly would recommend.

We were one of the first tenants to move in, in January and we have had nothing but frustrations. The other reviews that call management out for only telling you what you want to hear to get you in the door to sign a lease are absolutely correct! As a resident, I do not feel valued by staff, merely disregarded. Every time we have addressed any concerns with the staff, they have not helped us, always said it was out of their hands and nothing they can do. To keep it short, here are other grievences:- the grounds are not kept clean, there is constantly broken glass and trash in the parking lots- dog park is smaller than our living room- there is no dumpster for residents to use- the amenities are NEVER stocked- the movie room is locked most days/nights not allowing use- there is algae growing in the parking lot from irrigation issues that have not been addressed since January. (See picture)- the walls are paper thin and you can hear talking in the unit over-mail gets consistently lost and the package room has no security. Anyone can walk in from outside and take the overflow packages- the staff NEVER answer the phone- the gates are non-functional and we were told they would be operating in two weeks (per an email sent 4/6 but still nothing)They have already changed management and this new one is not impressing us. Overall the units are alright, however, its the management/lack thereof that is pushing us away.Oh and who is Bonnie? All the 5stars are about Bonnie and I have no idea who that is!

Took a tour with Sasha and she was fantastic! Really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. She seems to really care about the place and the people walking in the door. The property itself is very beautiful and has great amenities.

The staff at Hue Watercolor Place are all amazing. They are also very friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is beautiful, and I love my modern apartment and the awesome amenities. I also want to say a special thank you to Valerie for taking us on such an awesome tour and for her continued assistance. I feel that ALL of the staff members here in the office, maintenance, and construction are professional and truly go above and beyond to make this a great place to live!

We moved into hue watercolor luxury apartments when they first opened. It was awesome fun and all the amenities made the price of rent worth wild. Recently they have switched to new management and everything seemed to stop. Supposed to be a gated community but the gates are never closed. The amenities are depleted, they would have snacks and beverages all over the clubhouse but they fail to keep up with them. Towels by the pool are rare to be washed and clean for me and my guests. Overall not worth the name of luxury apartments!. The prices of rooms are going up but the services are depleting.BONNIE D IS FAKE!!! They are trying to just get the reviews up!! Because this place is just bait and switch!!!

My daughter who is a first year student at LECOM elected Hue because of the locked gates and getting a 4th floor apt. Unfortunately, the gates are never locked and the 40 or so air conditioners over her apt make so much noise she can’t sleep. She called me and her visiting sister, which nothing bothers her, concluded last night sounded like a helicopter. My guess, these units were thrown up so fast the dampening material was either not put down or defective. She has to move but will face a big fine for breaking the lease. I believe she should have been told about what was above her apt prior to lease signing as she was specific about not wanting to hear noise above her. Maintenance said they will take a look....so far nothing.

Overall the apartments themselves are very nice but as stated in other reviews noise does travel quite well between units. The new management that has taken over seems to be in over their heads regularly, a balcony inspection has been scheduled three times now, meaning we have had to rearrange our schedule three times due to our pets. The trash is constantly a problem as well, currently there is a rotting dumpster that has been sitting in the parking lot that is approaching a week in age. This has been one of the most frustrating aspects of living here so far. I would give hue water color a very mediocre recommendation mostly due to the disorganization of the on site management. The reviews appear to have improved nearly overnight as well which seems a bit on the suspicious side.

We would like to thank Ms. Kelly Chaffin and her excellent staff for showing us several rental choices at the Hue Watercolor Place Apartments. Ms. Chaffin took time to explain all the options and amenities available at this complex; it was a breath of fresh air to see customer service again. We really liked what we saw here and will put this complex high on our list of possible choices for our move. We would highly recommend this facility and its staff for anyone looking to upgrade their living accommodations.

Lots of improvement to be done... big thanks to Bonnie for being super attentive and always keeping the place clean and in shape and for always getting a smile out me and my daughter every morning!Things to be worked on:Enforce the non smoking policy (Ive seen a staff member smoking in his lanai)Security gates need to be up and running properly!Better communication (calls, emails are rarely responded)Trash is always over filled/ piled up and super gross!No interned at clubhouse, office area or theater.Staff is not very nice... very rude at times (staff members are seen smoking and have extremely aggressive dogs and no one regulates anything )

Met Bonnie while studying in the lounge taking care of the coffee area and making sure it was clean and ready to go- much appreciate all that the staff here is doing to make this place great!

Bonnie is a wonderful! She keeps the apartments as clean as possible. Counters and floors always clean and snacks always stay stocked.

I have been a resident for about a month and love living here. Bonnie goes above and beyond to keep the main areas clean and stocked. All the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful.

Sasha was amazing ! Helped me a find a place for me and my girlfriend, in this crazy market. Would recommend her any day of the week!

The staff that works at the front desks are awful! They are rude and almost never have answers for literally anything! In order to get someone to answer the phone down there you have to call 3 times, before 1 of the 3 people hiding in the back can be bothered to answer. Maintaince took OVER 20 days to respond to 2 issues (eletricial & AC) and im stilling currntly waiting for them to fix those two issues (Day 22 & counting!) The gates still dont work, and are continuously left open and NEVER CLOSED. And fellow residence are incredibly DIRTY & unaware of keeping common spaces clean and usuable for other living here! (The coffee bar constantly left a mess by residence & multiple occassions of the pool being closed due too fecal matter. I will say the cleaning people are very nice and friendly, the only people working here who seem to do anything!

Complex is a like resort, lot of amenities. Bonnie Daniel is an awesome housekeeper, very helpful and always keeping areas organized and clean.

Worst staff ever, I arrived the leasing office after multiple time calling and leaving a voice messages, of course no one called back for days, at the least office the guy was playing on his phone, not paying attention to what I was asking, then he said when don’t have apartment available even before asking me what size I’m looking for. He was rude and busy with his cell phone, not welling to help or treat visitors nice.

Hue at Watercolor is a new and refreshing property added to Bradenton Fl. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, with places to go and things to do around the Bradenton and Sarasota area. This property is away from the “hustle and bustle” of the fast pace life of Florida. So coming in from a hectic work day, to a beautiful apartment, is refreshing and rejuvenating. The property manager, Kelly Chaffin and her maintenance team, Danny and Drew are always ready to handle, execute and resolve all inquiries and concerns.The amenities are in by far a “state of the art” kind of vibe. The pool area offers a refreshing invitation for a simmering hot days in Florida. Since a gym is high on my list of de-escalating my day, the ample amount of weights and equipment coupled with natural lighting offer more than enough motivation to inspire the most reluctant workouts.I enjoy my time at the property and look forward to any upcoming summer community events!

I recently had a maintenance issue and used the resident portal to reach the service department. I got an immediate response and the maintenance team showed up exactly at the scheduled time. They took the time to research and explain the situation to me and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. They did stay a bit longer to make sure that the issue was completed to my satisfaction. Very polite, conscious and knowledgeable! I love this complex!
