Was in a rush, usually do this kind of stuff myself. Got the service done a while back, but just coming to give good credit. I was a new client and got in so fast, friendly service, and they got me onto my next chore in life. I am not sure on the quality of oil they use, but this being a local business, I was willing to give it a shot. If ever I am in a hurry and dont feel like changing my own oil, I will return. Price did seem a tad high, but reasonable for not doing the labor myself.

Quick and helpful, these guys know what theyre doing. The guy behind me had a really minor inconvenience, but they gave him a coupon for his next oil change.

The guys here were great! I went in here May 1st, 2021 for an oil change. The young man insisted I get my transmission flushed, it was needed. The 60,000 miles I have had the vehicle it hasnt been done and Im sure Randash did it prior to my purchase in 2015.. I was concern for damage to my transmission as I paid my bill however the young man reassured me that their process causes no damage and that Im good to go.

I went in intending to have a coolant flush on an old 1992 car of my mothers that we were driving to Utah the next day. As promised, I was immediately helped upon arrival. I interacted with 3 employees, all of whom were welcoming, professional and eager to help. After several minutes, I was called over to the car and shown that the coolant was already extremely clean, and they also showed me that the oil and transmission fluids were in great shape as well. They said the filters and belts also looked good. They could have just done the flush, charged me and sent me on my way, but they were completely honest and up front with me. I was so impressed and wanted to share my experience with others. I felt much better about driving this car 400 miles to get it back to Utah. Thank you so much!

Speed is not the adjective that I would use to describe lube Alley. There also seem to be a significant amount of confusion happening inside of the garage as I waited outside. I don’t know the industry well enough to speak to the quality of the products but at $50 per oil change I don’t know that this is my ideal business to work with.I also found that the paperwork was off by 100,000 miles on my next oil change. Seems like details have been missed.

I was traveling from Twin and I had left my money at home. I was so nervous on how I could pay. So as I was pulling up my information for them to collect to insure I pay. The team had decided to pay for me. I attempted to rebel and that I would come and pay. But they kept instead of not to worry. THANK YOU so mush. I have no words for the teams gratitude. I feed wildland firefighters in the summer months and have been very busy this year. Leaving montana and heading to California for a very big fire, I stopped in to have an oil change. It took a out 10 minutes. I cannot thank #girlboss enough for getting us back on the road and back in the fight!! We have nothing but love for your crew!!

Replace my oil plug, checked rear differentials, Anti freeze, Oil level, And gave me a car diagnostics to where I was having a leak all for free and all very quickly I highly recommend them. I had a leak from my car they werent able to take care of they recommended a mechanic in town at a good price.

The oil job was fine. what wasnt was they told me all my fluids (brake, steering, transmission) were shot and needed to be replaced. I declined and later went to the place down the street I normally go for oil changes and asked them to replace all the fluids. they looked at everything and asked why because all the fluids were absolutely fine. If I hadnt trusted my instincts I would be out 400 bucks. Stay away from this place. they are not ethical.

Outstanding service. We arrived in Bozeman after a 2200mile trip and stopped in for an oil change and service. The had an issue with a stripped out drain plug and went out of their way to address the issue. Great customer service and staff!

They were very friendly and accommodating. Quick service, even with a multiple cars ahead of me. I was in and out within 30 minutes. They were also very professional and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt actually need like some other places I have been to.

Need to start this off by saying I had a 5 star experience at the Belgrade Lube Alley, they made everything right and were super helpful.. thank you very much for helping us!! That was after my horrible experience with the one in Bozeman.Drove up for an oil change and asked if they filled tires too, knowing one of mine was a little low. I was told they do that and much more as part of their full service, sounded awesome! Was in and out in 15 minutes, and that was great. Got on the road and my tire low warning was still on, so I called to ask about it. Long story short they had to ask the technician if my tires were done and that person said he got too busy and forgot. There was 1 other car besides me there, thats not busy. And I paid $83 for a full service oil change, asked specifically about the tires before I even handed over the car. Asked how am I supposed to be sure everything else that was checked as done on the print out was done if the tire technician is telling me he forgot but the sheet says Checked?Took our car to Lube Alley in Belgrade after Kaitlyn told me she would give them a heads up about what happened so I wouldnt have to come back to Bozeman. They never received a call so I had to go over it all again. They were so helpful there and said theyd just do it all over again, make sure it was completed right. Im so glad they did because not only were my tires not touched but my air filter was gross and obviously had not been checked or mentioned at the previous place.Im disgusted by what happened here. If you charge for a full service oil change and call it that, thats what needs to be done. No tricks, no cutting corners, its wrong. I wasnt asking for anything that wasnt already promised to me.

Ive never had a bad experience here with any of my vehicles.

My wife brought a truck in for an oil change a few weeks ago. It turns out Lube Alley forgot to put oil into the truck after the engine was drained. The engine was ruined and we never even received an apology, though I must say that their assistant manager Tressie was very professional. Unfortunately, their general manager Gary was prickly from the start, unable or unwilling to provide a rental vehicle that our employees could drive and tow a small trailer with. Whats more, we received an invoice for the oil change yesterday. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and that a business proves its value by how they correct their mistakes. Lube Alley has failed repeatedly at correcting their mistake. I would stay away from this place. If the owner reads this, do yourself a favor and promote Tressie.

Went in while driving through because a check engine light had come on. The workers had our car in checking on it in minutes. Had trouble with oil leak and pulled in. Service man and woman checked the car out for us for free and told us what was wrong with it and go to a mechanic. They dont offer that type of service. They were wonderful, friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I would go here again.

They took me in to change oil and flush my radiator and replace antifreeze after they had closed their doors and only charged for labor since I brought my own oil, oil filter, and antifreeze. It was less than what other facilities would have charged. Job well done and speedy service. Very friendly also. Willing to work with me.

I went in to get an oil change expecting to be there for at least a half hour or more. The manager was absolutely amazing and so beyond kind! I freaking love this place. They are super fast, always polite, never sexist, and don’t over-charge. You don’t need an appointment, and their waiting room is very cozy and cute. A+

They didnt even say hello. Took my keys when I pulled up and asked if I had been there before with that particular vehicle, that was it. I waited in lobby to see if they would ask me what kind of oil I wanted. They called me to the cash register to pay without even telling me what was done. I asked and Nicole very rudely said an oil change and filter. Well thanks Nicole, you made up my mind to go somewhere else to have these services done. VERY LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!

I wasn’t able to get to the lube shop until they had just closed. The manager Brynon White saw me outside and opened the place back up for me! He and another employee took great care and changing the oil on my tundra. First time I had been there. Definitely not the last time!

Best service I have ever had! I came in ten minutes until close (feeling like a jerk, but my schedule is pretty hectic) and they happily took me in. They did oil, differentials, and changed my air filter so fast and were so friendly. Wonderful customer service!!

We were greeted fast. They rotated my tires, oil changed, in about 30 minutes or so. Very friendly all the way around.

My review is a bias one. As Ive wrenched for decades. Never really been a fan of drive thru maintenance. However if your in a hurry, dont mind being price gouged and taking longer than advertising boasts. Then youll be just fine. Good people making a living as I see them.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, not only fast but efficient and thorough. They don’t just give you the minimum, either. It’s why I always come here when in town and about to hit the road again.

Been going here for awhile but this time I was met with people who did not seem to have it together. They tried to sell me on a number of expensive unneeded services but could not find the know-how to drain a bit of antifreeze out of my system and refill it up to strength. I had a fleet account (Ive brought 4 of my 5 different work vehicles in here but these workers had no way of knowing this) and I am always having to ask for the discount. I asked again this time and was told that it was in there but it was not on the receipt as it should have been. No eye contact from the employees is usually a dead giveaway to less that honest interactions. I will not be going back.

Decided to stop here because my usual place was a bit full, and I wish I would have just waited for my regular place.Staff was not friendly upon arrival, and though the oil change was quick, I still was not happy with the service.They did not review what services were done to my car, but looking at the checklist they say they checked my wiper blades. If they did check, they did not care to inform me that one blade is falling apart and needs replacement.They also did not reset my mileage indicator on my dash, and they gave me the incorrect mileage to return for an oil change; 3,000 miles under what I am currently at.I returned to have these items addressed and they were less than pleased to help.
