I was a previous employee here and I can comfortably say that you will receive the best customer service and care here than almost anywhere else. While working with customers, I was always taught to be truthful with them about the best way to get their needs taken care of in the safest, least expensive, and quickest way whether that cost us a sale or not. Everyone here treats you like family and they care more about customer care than personal gain. I also taught to pack packages in the safest and most careful way possible whether we got a sale out of the service or not where as a big chain like The UPS Store might just tape the box up and call it a day. While UPS uses less materials in their packaging in order to save their material, the All Service Mail Room packs everything in the safest way. The store owner, Aaron, is very skilled at art packing in particular.

When I saw on Google Maps this place, generically named the Mailroom, I was pleasantly intrigued. Im used to seeing places like the UPS Store everywhere. So, one day when I needed a stamp, just a single postage stamp, I walked to Village Square to check this Mailroom out. I dont know of any place where you can buy a single stamp, except driving all the way to the Post Office. I entered the shop, and I immediately felt the warmth of a friendly hometown local business; seemingly to have been around for a long time, it had the look and feel of an independent business. Free from the standardized, glossy, fancy business chains the world has become accustomed. This was truly refreshing. Very sweet, polite, and friendly a young girl greeted me - I asked, hesitantly (I didnt want to have to go to the post office), if I could possibly buy a single stamp, or if I have to purchase a book at minimum. Thats when I became elatedly surprised. I had found a place where I could purchase stamps individually. She had no problem selling me just a single stamp. At the Mailroom, you do not have to buy an entire book of stamps if you dont need an entire book. There is no corporate mindset here that if you want a stamp, you have to buy a book. Kudos to you. Thank you. I look forward to returning for packaging materials and supplies and boxes (they have a great, and I have to say rather unique, selection of sizes of cartons). That you have shipping services also saves me time from the hassle of traveling outside the area here where I live. Absolute convenience.
