Was greeted warmly immediately upon arrival to pick up a package. Doesnt sound like much, but sadly that doesnt happen everywhere. I really appreciated the acknowledgement.

Just completed a local move and utilized this location for our moving truck rental. The move was unfortunately delayed a week due to unforeseen circumstances. Steve and his team were extremely helpful and assuring that this was not a big deal and we would have our trucks despite the delay. Steve was very understanding and offered solutions to our move issues and accommodated all our last minute requests. Trucks were clean inside and out and were in excellent working order. Highly recommend using this location for moving trucks and supplies.This will be my new go to local location for my truck rental and shipping needs.

They have taken very good care of me every time I e needed their services. Theyve beaten prices all three times I needed a moving truck.

Steve and Jean the owners have been wonderful to me. I have had a box there for years. They are exceptionally warm and friendly folks. They have actually called me when they think I have received an important piece of mail. I mean who does that? They do! They are the best.

I had to have a few things (fragile family heirlooms) I needed to send to my children in New York and the guy (Steve) who helped me was beyond helpful. Not only did he help me pack the box he also followed up to let me know that my package was delivered. I highly recommend this pack and ship store.

These guys went above and beyond for us when we rented a Penske truck from their location. Steve and David answered all of our questions and assisted us with setting up the car carrier. They even gave us recommendations on where to stop during our long drive. Very helpful and overall great experience.

They should not allow people to go into the store without masks. I was going to bring a package into their store but once I saw someone enter without a mask, I left to go elsewhere.

This place is so overpriced to ship something. Ill never go back here. Ill stick with The UPS Store or Goin Postal who dont rip you off.

I used their shipping service for the 1st time about a week ago. Frankly, I am surprised how this place is still in business. Not only was I lied and overcharged on the shipping rate, my items were all packed poorly. When they arrived at the destination, the items were broken. Needless to say, I will never be using them again. They are supposedly professional packers??? I dont think they know the first thing about packing. Very very angry and unsatisfied that I actually paid them for such poor service.

My husbands brother, a fine artist, is retiring outside of the US and is unable to take most of his paintings with him. Pak-N-Ships owner, Steve Grebinar, sensitively worked with us to pack 32 paintings for shipping from Boyton Beach to our office & home in New Jersey. Steve patiently calmed my nerves since the shipment was precious to us and had to make it on schedule through the Nor-easter we had last month. The shipment arrived in excellent shape & the driver helped us unload and unpack the shipping container. He was warm, considerate and a pleasure with which to work. Thanks Steve for your top-of-the-line service. As I sit now in my office and enjoy one of my brother-in laws beautiful paintings hanging across from me, I thank you!
